We had a lovely stay! The place was just as described and seen in the photos. Everything was clean and tidy. Marco was a great host, he was very responsive during our stay and helped us check in and find parking and also provided local recommendations!! Thank you!! :)

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nicoletta's Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and transport to Palermo. The rooftop terrace and sea views were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere after days of sightseeing. The space was bigger than it looked in the photos and there was a community feel in the common areas. Nicoletta and her team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we had a mix-up with our transportation, they were very understanding and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and that everything was resolved. This level of support made a big difference and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without any added stress. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent hosts.

we loved our stay at here! it's a truly beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Palermo, many attractions and great bars within a short walk. the terraces are just a dream, we spent a lot of time just enjoying the space. Valentina was very responsive and helpful: there was some construction and scaffolding that went up on the facade of the building during our stay, and she checked in with us to make sure it was ok. would absolutely recommend staying here! just be prepared for the 4 very steep and narrow flights of steps: wasn't too much of an issue for us but it is quite a climb if you have any kind of mobility issues.

We had a great week here! Antonino and Eleanora were extremely helpful in giving recommendations, showing us around, and trying to help accommodate us as best they could! Mondello is beautiful, and the transportation to Palermo was very easy!

Our stay at Giuliano's apt in Mondello Beach was on point. The apt itself, the convenient and secure parking, the surrounding area and proximity to the beach and the piazza w restaurants was excellent. As a host, he left nothing to be desired - one night someone at a party nearby had parked in our spot and after exhausting all efforts to locate them and get them out, we contacted Giuliano who responded immediately at a very late hour and showed up right away without complaint to help us. I hesitate to add this because I dont want to make it seem like parking was a problem because it was not at all besides this one strange instance, I only want to illustrate the host's commitment to our comfortable stay at all times. We would absolutely stay here again! If you come, and you love to swim- be sure to visit the Riserva di Capo Gallo a few minutes up the coast from the Mondello piazza and main beach. It's based on rock formations and is a beautiful spot, the best we have been in Sicily.

Fantastic stay! The apartment is everything that it is announced and more. You will be surprised by the attention on the details (cudos on the amenities). The location is very special and the view is absolutely beautiful. The beach is quite busy on weekends but much calmer on the weekdays. We had a perfect stay. Giuseppe made everything even more special, the most thoughtful and caring host I've seen. Ricorderemo sempre questo viaggio con grande affetto. Grazie!

We loved everything about staying at the La Veranda Sul Mare!! The house was beautiful and very well stocked kitchen was all new and had everything you needed. The private beach access was awesome. Domenico was very helpful throughout our whole stay from helping us with transportation on the way to a smooth check out at the end. The home is quite removed from Palermo central, ~30 minute drive, but perfect for a peaceful getaway while still having some stores and restaurants within walking distance. We would wholeheartedly recommend booking your holiday with domenico at La Veranda Sul Mare!

Stunning beach house in a magic spot. The views are genuinely next-level — you walk out and it’s just ocean. House was clean, stylish, and felt like a proper getaway. Host was lovely and made everything super easy. Stayed here with my parents and we all absolutely loved it. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Thanks for everything Salvatore, for sur well come back to your villa.

Sergio has been a fantastic host! We received excellent tips about the local area. He picked us up from the airport late at night, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is in a prime location - just a few minutes from the beach and a variety of restaurants. It was spotlessly clean and free of clutter, making it a comfortable place to relax. Sergio and his wife took wonderful care of us throughout our stay, and we are truly grateful for their hospitality. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Mondello!

This is the perfect place from which to explore the wonderful historic centre of Palermo! The flat is gloriously restored - you feel like Sicilian nobility strolling through the beautiful rooms on cool tiled floors and out onto the balconies. We arrived late in the evening but this was not a problem, Anna and her father could not have been more accommodating. There is a vibrant and bustling market in the street outside (but this was no bother at all from the first floor).

We had a lovely stay at this place. The premises were very clean and spacious. Having a full bathroom per room is a considerable asset for a large family. Our hosts were proactive and responsive. They were very kind, gave us a lot of advice and recommendations. Everything went smoothly and easily. Upon arrival, basic food was waiting for us in the fridge and in the cupboards, which we greatly appreciated after a long trip. The accommodation is easily accessible and free and shaded parking just in front was always available, which is a significant advantage in the area, often crowded due to the nearby beach. The only drawback is the fact that the accommodation is next to a rather noisy boulevard. It is difficult to relax on the terrace because the noise of cars, trucks and motorcycles is incessant from morning to night.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely wonderful and truly faultless. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Andrea, who not only gave us a tour of the apartment but also took the time to show us around the local area, pointing out some hidden gems and local spots to explore. Throughout our stay, Andrea made himself available for anything we needed. He was always friendly, approachable, and happy to help. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and clearly well thoughtout they really have considered everything a guest might need. The location felt safe and private, and the secure parking was a great bonus. Before our arrival, we had a small request for our son, and they went out of their way to make it happen. That kind of kindness and attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed, it meant a lot to us. We also had the pleasure of briefly meeting Andrea’s family, who were just as kind and welcoming. Thank you to Andrea and the family for making our stay so special.

Absolutely amazing location, the sea view from the balcony was breathtaking!!!! Waking to the sound of the sea was therapeutic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palermo, thanks to Maria and Livio’s hospitality. They were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process - accommodating our later arrival and departure, and providing a detailed optional itinerary with sightseeing recommendations around Palermo. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and it was a lovely and memorable stay.

Manuela was a wonderful host! She was kind and helpful. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and the views were incredible! We loved Sicily and felt safe and welcome in her home. We can’t wait to return.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Great start of our holiday in Sicily. More quiet place with beautiful sunsets every night on the roof terrace or boulevard. Well located for trips to inland, Palermo or west side of the island.

Such a hidden gem walkable to most sights and easy to get around. Silvia was so easy to connect with. And even helped schedule a transport at the end of our stay. The flat was beautiful, modern and super clean! Everything you could need AND a hot tub too!! the Air conditioner worked great and the patio was perfect for coffee in the morning. We would return if in Palermo again

The host was extremely open and friendly from the first contact. Communication was smooth and fast; all our questions were answered almost immediately, which made our stay much easier. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and cozy - care and attention were felt in every detail. We felt completely at home during our time there, as if we were in our own apartment. We spent wonderful days in this place and will definitely return. I heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a calm, comfortable and friendly environment.

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

we had a lovely stay. everything was perfect apart from the smell of humidity quite strong that can't leave despite the means tried by the host because lack of natural ventilation and air current possible. I think the hot tub is useless and adds even more humidity but that's only our opinion. and the mattress can be too soft but for a few nights, it's not a big problem. we loved the location, the ease, the exchanges and the availability of MAuro compared to our requests. thank you again! we had a great stay

We had a wonderful stay and the host was so helpful! This is a perfect location to explore all the best things Palermo has to offer. Everything is a short walk away and so close to the train!
