Apartment holiday rentals in Mondello Beach

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

The stay was very pleasant, we were greeted by Martina who gave us all the necessary information and remained available. The apartment, spacious and bright, is completely renovated and equipped in a modern-functional style, it is equipped with all the necessary furnishings and towels and is very welcoming for four people. It also has two large balconies, one to the east overlooking the archaeological park and the new trapezoidal pier, an attraction with its own premises, and the other to the west overlooking the city center, which are a notable plus. The center is easily accessible on foot, some difficulty in parking the car. In conclusion, a very positive stay in a modern and very well-kept structure.

The inside was spotless, had all the amenities and necessities + more! Marco was super friendly, attentive and always responsive when we had any questions. The location was great distance wise, it was a little noisy at times due to the restaurants nearby however earplugs were provided! I would 100% recommended this place to anyone staying in Palermo. Grazie!!

Very nice and spacious apartment - we were surprised by the size ! It’s a really well renovated old apartment with amazing high ceilings and beautiful old tile floors 🤍 The bathrooms are new and very clean. The city centre and a lot of nice restaurants are in walking distance and just across the street there is big parking space.

Was the best choice we ever did choosing this place and Enrico. Really worth it for the price and in the heart of the local part of the Town, not by the port but where actually all the best restaurants are located. The house was clean and we really felt like home. The bedroom is giant and the kitchen has all you need to cook and to have an amazing lunch/dinner at the terrace, which is one of the best parts of the house. The area is super peaceful and local. Enrico, to be honest is the best host We Ever Had. He took care of literally every detail. Giving us tips for everyday, tips for even the rest of the trip after leaving his town, best restaurants choices, he adapted to our schedule and he was always answering any question we would have within 2-3 minutes. The best host ever. Thank you for making us feel like home, Enrico. 🫶🏽

We had an excellent stay at Walter’s place. A very spacious, desirable apartment that felt like home. So much care has been taken to make this place feel comfortable. The fresh drinking water on tap, the shutter blinds to keep the place cool/block out noise, the lovely balcony to chill and take in the surroundings, the high pressure shower that feels lux, the list goes on. Also, the location is fantastic, with sights to see and restaurants all within 10 or so walking distance. Very easy. Walter also communicated well and provided us with lots of info and advice. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 6 days in Julianne and Giuseppe's Airbnb. The apartment is clean, quiet and stays cool, which is very appreciable with the Sicilian heat. It is ideally located, close to beaches, shops and an excellent restaurant (thanks for the recommendations!). Julianne and Giuseppe were exemplary hosts: always available, caring, and very kind. They even offered to bring us things every time they went shopping. A perfect experience with amazing hosts!

Sabrina was a great host, she was always fast to respond to messages and was there to greet us when we checked in. The apartment was in a brilliant location, close to bars and restaurants. Although it seemed like a busy street from the outside it was really quiet inside and the roof terrace was lovely and peaceful with an amazing view. Inside was lovely, just like the photos. Spacious, comfortable and clean. We’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you

Location, location, location. This apartment is an oasis in the midst of all the main attractions of Palermo. Everything is an easy walk away and yet on the balcony it is peaceful with pretty rooftop views. Situated next to a Mosque, there is a brief Adhan at 10 pm, but we only heard it when we were outside. The living areas in the apartment are spacious and comfortable, where we could relax together. This was a great spot for exploring Palermo, and Luigi's recommendations were fantastic.

Wish we could stay longer and hope we can come back! Spectacular outlook from this beautiful place. So much history! It was the perfect base and easy access by foot to any sights. Peaceful yet you felt in the thick of colourful Palermo also. Kind and friendly host. Just book!!!!

We stayed here for two nights. The apartment is located in a great location, right behind the Cathedral, but sheltered from the hustle and bustle (it is very quiet and you sleep well at night). The possibility of doing both check-in and check-out yourself makes everything even more convenient. Don't be fooled by the outside of the building, the apartment inside is brand new and very well furnished.

Cozy and clean apartment in a great location. Friendly and helpful host. The host's father, Leopoldo, owns a restaurant a few meters away, which I highly recommend for location, quality of food and excellent value for money. Simply put, everything is perfect!

Giuseppe place was lovely, clean and in a great location. Giuseppe was so kind, providing, coffee, milk, yoghurt and water. Thanks so much for hosting us, enjoy Palermo 😉

Very spacious for 6 adults! It was so nice to be able to spread out a bit. A/C in the bedrooms was appreciated. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Beautiful view from the balconies. Restaurants, basic groceries, and paid parking are within 2 blocks. 10 minute walk to old town sights, markets, hundreds of restaurants. A wonderful choice!

Good host, good apartment 😊

Though I booked last minute, Annalisa's place was fantastic. She was very responsive and flexible which was much appreciated. Check in was prompt and easy, and the other host Stefano was very patient despite the language barrier. The apartment was clean, bright and had pretty much everything we needed for a short stay. It's also very convenient for those wishing to travel across Sicily as a major station was less than a 3 min walk away. Stefano also sent us lots of local recommendations and let us leave us our bags in the cellar so we could make the most of our last day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Palermo! Would definitely recommend.

I would definitely recommend the place! It was clean and very comfortable. Fabrizio is a really communicative host - he answered all our questions, he was always responsive quickly and gave us lots of good recommendations. There was no problem with the check in as Fabrizio was there with us to show us everything. The location of the place is good - there is a beach few minutes away from the apartment. It is a rocky beach, but around 20 minutes walk away there is a sandy beach. There is a bus close to the apartment that goes to Palermo and Mondello, so if you don’t have a car it will be good too. There wasn’t much noise, you can hear the cars from the street but it wasn’t loud at all. The only thing we were a bit disappointed is that you have to pay for the swimming pool - we paid 25€ per person for only one day to enter and use it. It was disappointing as we thought the pool comes with the price. But other than that the apartment and Fabrizio as a host were great! :)

We loved this spot! The host was super responsive and helpful. Even helped us plan our trip to the airport. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time in Palermo, we found the city very easy to reach on foot by bus or tram from the apartmentfrong door! The pool was a wonderful luxury on a hot day too ☀️ The apartment was very comfortable and clean.

Daniela made us very welcome and the communication leading up to our stay was great. The accommodation had all amenities including some we didn’t expect like the dishwasher. The second toilet was also a bonus. Very comfortable and plenty of space within the apartment. The air conditioning kept us cool at night. There’s a local bakery for breakfast only a minutes walk plus there’s a great restaurant only 20m away, which doesn’t look anything from the outside but opens up to a very pretty dining area surrounded by trees and flowers at the back. The raised deck area could be closed off if the it was raining. Mondello beach is 15 minutes walk away and plenty of public space as well as private if that’s what you prefer. As well as all the restaurants in Mondello there’s a couple, including great Gelato, on the way there. We found using the pool was a bit awkward at times because other family members also used it. If you’re staying in the Palermo area Daniela’s apt is well worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay with Giuseppe, he was a friendly and helpful host and was quick to resolve any issues. The villa was perfect, clean and well located to travel between Modello beach and Palermo, we would highly recommend.

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Very calm & beautiful place, great pool, very private with beautiful view on the mountains ! We enjoyed our time in Cinisi a lot. Mara was very friendly and quick in her reactions.

Maximilian greeted us on arrival and give us a tour of the place including anything important we needed to know. His apartment was perfect for what we needed and the pool/garden area was beautiful. Max had bikes that we could use which were excellent for getting down to the sea front of Mondello in a matter of minutes! We would absolutely return to Mondello and would definitely choose to stay here again!
