Holiday rentals with lake access in Moltrasio

Absolutely lovely stay! The villa is beautiful, clean, and very authentic with a cozy atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, she gave us great tips on places to visit and a local café that was both delicious and affordable. We especially appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage after check-out, very thoughtful! The view is stunning, the beds are super comfortable (both a large one and two smaller ones), and the bathrooms were great. We also loved the little treats left for guests, such a sweet touch. Highly recommended, and we hope to come back soon!

Would recommend this spot - you are right in the middle of the busy waterfront! We loved - location (next to where we rented a boat, literally next to the funicular (this is busy frequently so we were able to watch as the line became more manageable) located just steps away from the Airbnb, VERY close to train station, very close to a supermarket, kids loved the hot tub. The host is so responsive and friendly, loved him. We received a welcome bottle of wine which was nice, thank you!! Only minus - (this was NOT terrible) but there is construction next door and they begin early (8am) which woke me up but no one else in the home. The ants, there are some ants that live in the yard in front and end up in the home - this was not overwhelming just slightly annoying.

We spent three nights in the April home - the perfect spot on the lake to enjoy the surroundings (e.g. a hike to Montepiatto with the hilarious view over the lake … or a boat trip to Como or to Lenno or to any place on the lake … or enjoy an Italian breakfast in the Bar Italia in the pittoresk Marina … or have a first class dinner on the lake in the Vapore restaurant … or or or. That is what we did during our three days ) Everything is in walking distance, so: Italian dolce vita at its best. We definitely recommend.

Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! The apartment was exactly as described, and Silvia was incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. The arrival instructions were very clear, which made checking in easy. It’s true that you need to climb some stairs to reach the place, but the view is more than worth it, the view was absolutely breathtaking. The location was also peaceful and quiet, and we slept really well. Our stay was truly exceptional, and we would definitely stay here again.

If I could give it 10 stars I would!! The view is stunning, the flat is right on the lake and has everything you need. Betty goes up and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable!! She has thought of everything! The place was stocked with water, coffee, snacks and breakfast items and made it so easy on us. There are many small touches like shelf’s in the bedrooms, QR codes to access things and so many more that make everything easy. The parking space worked great and she met us there and even insisted on helping with luggage. I cannot say enough about the kindness of Betty and Markus!! She gave great recommendations. There is a beach here and they provided wet shoes and beach towels for swimming. And a covered area with nice chairs to lounge by the beach! The patio was awesome, overlooking the lake and where we loved to have our morning coffee! Only regret is that I wish we could stay a week. Highly recommend! Would love to come back! I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful apartment with magnificent view This apartment is very airy, with lots of big doors that open to fresh lake air. The views from the apartment is stunning. It is very clean and beautiful, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and all the amenities including washing machine. There is reserved car park next to the apartment building. Lenno is a very small town and peaceful compared to Bellagio or Varenna, and we prefer it. Practical advise - there is ferry terminal close to our building but the ferry is very infrequent, so you must plan your trip with precision (we did not use it though). We drove to Cadenabbia (7-10 mins) as it has more ferries there but parking is almost impossible to get. If you can hire motorbike (Vespa) is better. Sabrina our host is very responsive and very helpful with all our needs. We would love to come back.

The instructions from Olivia were clear and she was responsive throughout. The apartment was great for 3 people and our first time to Como. Apartment had everything you needed and a 30 second walk to the lake front.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was the location—just steps away from the ferry terminal, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and stress-free. Daniela, the host, was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and very responsive to any questions I had. She even allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help and really set the tone for a relaxing stay. Her hospitality made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

This airbnb was so beautiful! We had such a lovely time and our host Luca was so sweet. The view from the terrace is unbeatable. The host went above and beyond to show their hospitality. Upon arrival, he was helpful about local restaurants and transportation nearby. He also surprised us with cherries from his cherry tree, which was the cherry on top! Excellent price for the stay.

We loved the place! Awesome scenery, beautiful house, quiet and great energy.

The location of the cottage was as wonderful as the pictures suggest, you're far enough from the waters edge to have a sprawling view, and close enough that nothing interrupted the view. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful and the added touches (pastries/wine) were much appreciated. Nesso is beautiful little spot, it can get reasonably busy because of the waterfall and the road from Como to Bellagio is rarely quiet (although we couldn't hear it from the bungalow). Be prepared for some hilly steps though, we clocked up 110 floors of climbing one day (for info, the Twin Towers were also 110 floors!). We found and Cinzia recommended a wonderful restaurant called Il Briisa which we would go back to in a heartbeat. The food, wine, service and ambience were all spot on. Overall, fantastic, it was a surprise break for my wife's 40th birthday and it delivered perfectly.

The accommodation is sufficiently large with a bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. the location is fantastic with a view of the lake and a small beach is also in the immediate vicinity:) The accommodation was clean and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils. we will be happy to come back

Frederico's apartment is a little piece of paradise on earth. The view is amazing. They were super nice during our conversations and gave us great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

Daru’s place is even better than the pictures, incredible views, beautiful bedrooms and fully equipped with all the amenities you may need.
