Logement très bien agencé et équipé. Hôtes des plus accueillants. Le fait d'avoir une place de parking est très appréciable (Petite voiture). Le petite plage située en contrebas permet de se baigner très facilement (Non accessible aux personnes avec des soucis de mobilité car bcp de marches). Suivant sa sensibilité, le souci pourrait être le bruit de la route qui est très passante (Comme le logement est très bien isolée phoniquement et dispose de la climatisation, le bruit ne gène pas pour dormir). D'un autre cotè, le fait d'avoir la route à proximité permet d'aller, à pieds, aux arrêts des bus 600 (Nice-Menton) et 83 (Village d'Eze) très facilement.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser FeWo. Sie ist gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar und wir haben die Liegen oft nutzen können. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt auch schöne, mit Ziffern gut gekennzeichnete Rundwanderwege. Die Anfahrt zum privaten Parkplatz ist etwas schwierig und die Dusche etwas eng. Ansonsten alles bestens und Andrea ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Beautiful house in peaceful surroundings. Amazing pool and the house exactly as described with everything you could need, everything had been thought of and provided. Devil is a very attentive and helpful host. We loved our stay!

Beautiful, comfortable and private appartment, located very close to the center but away from crowds and noises. A little difficult to find in the beginning. Would definitely stay again!

Väldigt trevligt par som erbjuder detta boende. Lugnt och fin utsikt. Vår familj på tre trivdes mycket bra här. Fina stränder och värt att ta sig upp till gamla staden. Varmt rekommenderat att komma hit.

Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Zeit in der alten Ölmühle verbracht. Das Haus, der Garten und die gesamte Umgebung waren außerordentlich schön. Besonders hat uns die Nähe zum Ortskern von Ceriana gefallen, den man auf einem schönen Fußweg erreichen konnte. Dort konnte man die nötigsten Dinge in einem der beiden kleinen Supermärkte bekommen. Sehr gerne haben wir abends in einer der beiden Bars draußen gesessen und dem lebhaften Treiben rundherum zugesehen. Die Einheimischen waren unglaublich nett und zugänglich. Da die Temperaturen noch im mäßigen Bereich lagen, haben wir direkt vom Haus weg einige sehr schöne Radtouren unternommen. Die Straßen, die in die Berge führen, sind zwar eng, aber wenig befahren. Sicherlich ist das in der Hauptsaison anders. Es geht jedoch an sehr vielen Stellen steil bergauf und wer nicht absolut fit ist, dem sei ein E-Rad empfohlen. Wir konnten unsere im unteren Teil des Hauses sicher unterstellen.

Ein schönes Häuschen in erhöhter Lage. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist fantastisch, der Strand war via Shortcut über Treppen einfach erreichbar. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Ausstattung in der Küche mehr als ausreichend. Die Vermieter haben immer sehr schnell auf unsere Anliegen und Fragen reagiert. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen ist es sehr heiss im Haus, es kühlt auch während der Nacht kaum ab. Eine Klimaanlage für erholsamere Nächte wäre eine Überlegung wert. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, insbesondere die Terrasse.

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Die ganze Gruppe war begeistert von der super schönen Villa, dem ganzen Komfort und der liebevollen, gepflegten und durchdachten Einrichtung in allen Räumen. Es hat einfach an wirklich gar nichts gefehlt. Dank eurer Unterstützung wurde es ein schöner Aufenthalt der uns in Erinnerung bleibt. Das Haus, der Garten, die Lage, Einrichtung, Sauberkeit und die Gastgeber sind auf einem hervorragenden Niveau wie es besser kaum geht. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Manon was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived Manon greeted us with fresh pastries, fruit and wine, and gave us loads of information and recommendations for the area. The accommodation itself was stunning, spacious and clean, and the decor and artwork were incredible. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night. Everything we could possibly need was supplied, and even things we didn't know we needed! I would return in a heartbeat to this beautiful villa😊 Thanks Manon!

We had a great time in Villefranche-sur-mer thanks to Rudy and Alexandra’s home. They are wonderful hosts. The furniture, linens, and accompaniments were of the highest quality. A pleasant surprise! The bathrooms and kitchen were very modern - with high end finishes. They were very responsive to our questions about the area. We would stay again. Check out had minimal tasks. Everything was made so easy.

Dorina's place was a perfect stay for our family while we visited Monaco. It looked exactly like the pictures posted, and was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and outdoor areas, and the VIEW! Careful with delivery services and Uber, as the address listed does not come to the gate, only the end of the driveway (we learned that the hard way, but thankfully had a great Uber driver). Dorina was responsive and helpful at all times, even came to fix a few things that weren't working quite right after we arrived.

Host was amazing. Very responsive and house is great. Very spacious!

Hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Check In and Check out were a breeze. The view was amazing and the photos don't do justice on how nice the space is. The property is on the mountainside, but it is very modern and extremely functional. Only a short drive from Nice, and within an hour from Menton, Monaco, Cannes, Grasse, Ez, Bellet(Wine country) and Antibes for a day trip.

Vacker omgivning med pool som fick oss varva ner med sol o värme! Dock lite långt utan bil.. Det gick bra trots allt att ta sig med buss o tåg samt taxi till Nice! Nästa gång blir det o hyra bil!

Sejour de 15 jours chez laetitia et Frédéric ou nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement, avec des petits présents. L'endroit est magnifique, nous avons bien pu profiter de la piscine. Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances très agréables et avons pu profiter de quelques recommandations et conseils sur certains lieux a visiter par laetitia et frederic qui sont très gentils! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Superbe logement proche de la Turbie, sur les hauteurs de Monaco. Spacieux et avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix, merci à Thierry !

Le Logement est dans un emplacement idéal ! Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et il y a la possibilité de faire le bruit que l'on souhaite ! La piscine est tous les jours nettoyée par David, et c'est une bonne chose! Mis à part quelques soucis logistiques, David a su y répondre à la minute et nous a toujours mis dans le meilleur confort possible ! Merci ! David a toujours été disponible! Petite note pour la sécurité, nous avions des enfants et on doit faire attention, car il n'y a pas de barrières, ce sont des cordes et la chute est possible. A noter, que les chambres ne sont pas toutes réunies, il y a 2 chambres, coupées du reste, au sous-sol. Donc il faut laisser la maison ouverte la nuit pour que les gens puissent aller aux toilettes. (ce serait bien de le stipuler) Si non, tout a été super !! Il a mis à disposition le charbon pour des grillades et du bois pour un feu sympa en soirée. Pour faire la fête c'est un endroit parfait que nous recommandons ! Merci pour les citrons :)
