Walk down the quiet street to enjoy our access to two private homeowners association beaches, only for neighborhood use! One beach overlooks the mountains, the other in a sheltered cove with a sandy swim area and picnic tables. Located less than 10 miles to Old Forge and 2 miles from Inlet. Dine together on the new pine screened porch, sit together by a fire, or relax in one of two living rooms. Our cabin is walking distance to ice cream, doughnuts, a bar, and more- just park the car and relax!

Located within walking distance to a beach access where you can enjoy and stroll the miles of white sand beach shoreline. Log cabin living with this beautiful cozy getaway right across the road from Oneida Lake. Private back yard with a grill and firepit for a relaxing afternoon. Great place for a romantic getaway. Sylvan Beach is a 5 minute drive for great dining and night life. A short 5 minute walk will take you to Verona Beach State Park for great family picnic or romantic walk on the beach at sunset. Full kitchen with everything included, as well as linens, towels, and a laundry area.

The Marvelous Beach House

Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home right next to the beach. You are steps away from the sand and the lime life the beach has to offer. Fully furnished with all that you would need. There is central air and heat. I supply the some toiletries, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, washer detergent, and there is some shampoo and soap if you forget yours.
