We were personally warmly welcomed by Floriana and her daughter. She directly gave us tips for shopping and restaurants in Noto. The semi-detached house is far from the street, so quiet, and there is a private parking space at the house. The house is large, comfortable, very clean. The kitchen is very well furnished - nothing is missing! Even olive oil, spices, a basil plant, lemons, plenty of mineral water, tea and coffee, as well as pasta, tomato sauce, and rusks were generously available. Bathrooms and bedrooms are comfortable. There is a small garden, terrace with table and deck chairs and beautiful vegetation. The nearest beach is 5 min and the nicer beach of Pizzuta is 15 min walking distance. By car, you can quickly reach the beautiful town of Noto, or in the Vendicari Natural Park with the beautiful Eloro beach. Modica and Syracuse are also not far away. The place Lido of Noto is not very beautiful, but you are on the sidelines and you hardly get that.

We really enjoyed our four nights at Casa Lina over Easter weekend visiting family in Canicattini. Casa Lina is in an ideal location in the center of town with easy parking right outside the apartment for our rental car. Canicattini is a very small and very safe, friendly town with not a lot to do, but is great location to visit Syracusa , Ortigia, Noto, Ragusa and Palazzolo to name a few towns. It is a short, easy ride on the freeway from Catania airport. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with Wi-Fi service and all the amenities that we needed, but we spent almost all our time in town with family and so we basically just slept and showered there.

For those like us looking for an independent solution close to both the sea and the center, this beautiful accommodation is truly ideal because it remains out of the chaos but close. Emila then with her infinite availability for directions on beaches, restaurants and places to visit complete the top everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We took a group trip (9 people) and stayed in the villa for 4 days. The stay was excellent. The house is really beautiful, very clean, large and cozy. And the fact that each room has its own bathroom is definitely an added value, especially when traveling in a group. The kitchen is very spacious, equipped with everything you need (dishes, pots, dishwasher, fridge) and also includes a large table for lunch/dinner all together. In addition, the beautiful outdoor garden allows you to make the most of the beautiful days, being able to eat outdoors or just relax. The villa is located in an optimal position: in the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle and traffic but still not too far from the center of Modica, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and from beautiful beaches (such as Playa Carratois, about 20/30 minutes by car). Giovanni is a very kind and helpful host, always present in case of need and advice. Highly recommended!!

Giovanni’s house was the perfect home for our holidays. Quiet atmosphere, plenty of space for a couple, 4 friends or a small family. The kitchen has everything you need as you arrive. The outside barbecue and the gigantic terrace are absolutely fantastic! Giovanni was really sweet, helpful and full of great recommendations for going out. We would recommend his home from the bottom of our hearts.

Very nice house in a quiet nice area. Unfortunately, without a car you can't get very far on foot, but Patrizio was very helpful and helped us directly with every problem!

It was a perfect stay! The villa was cared for in every detail, equipped with every comfort and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was strategic for reaching the sea and the center of the village. The owners were kind and super helpful I highly recommend staying with them. Highly recommended experience, to be repeated!!!

The place is absolutely awesome. 5 minutes' walk to the sea. The fact that it is not located directly on the beach has a lot of front parts in the evening, for noise levels, etc. The equipment of the accommodation is also impeccable. Above all, the outdoor shower did it to us. I really can't write anything bad. From the owner to the accommodation everything is GREAT!!!

Cozy and clean house. Very private and close to Noto centre. We enjoyed great food, street vendors and espresso just around the corner.

Spacious, clean apartment with everything you need to cook, do some laundry and go to the beach (which is also a few dozen meters away). Located 15 minutes' walk from Marzamemi, it is in a great location. The village in which it is located is fenced. When we arrived, we were almost the only ones in the complex, then at the weekend it filled up but remained quiet.

the cottage is located on Punta Braccetto in a small holiday home settlement. It was absolutely quiet and peaceful. The amenities one speak to the description and it looks like the pictures. The apartment is very well equipped with all imaginable utensils and sparkling clean. On the terrace facing the street you can sit comfortably. There is a second little one out the back where you have evening sun and see a little sea. The beach in front of the Randello Nature Reserve is fantastically beautiful and we were there at the end of May. Restaurants haven't been on nearby yet, but there are plenty of options in the city nearby. Check-in via key box was easy and we would be welcomed with little touches such as wine, water, fruit, pastries and fruit. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation if you want to visit Modica, Ragusa, Donnafugata and also relax on the beach.
