Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Modica

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. Alessandro's villa is a perfect place to stay and enjoy your holiday. The equipment is great in each dimension. We had even amazon echo dot to play music and wooden pizza oven . I was impressed by the immaculate surroundings – the garden and outdoor areas were carefully maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the stunning beach, just a 5-minute walk from the villa. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sun and sea. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place close to a beautiful beach. I would definitely love to return!

LOVED THIS PLACE! We have stayed many places on airbnb this was our favorite. Beautiful location, everything was great and the hosts were awesome. Well equiped kitchen. Not one complaint and we hope to make it back soon.

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

Very clean and well-kept apartment! Luca made us find clean towels and especially plenty of coffee. I recommend it!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

Ivan was a wonderful host. The setting of the villa is idyllic and peaceful. The hot tub is a lovely addition! Dino greeted us and was wonderful during our stay, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a beautiful setting not too far from many of Sicily’s beautiful places to visit. Thank you Ivan and Dino!

The property is a beautiful lodge not far from Marzamemi and the beaches of the area. The location is convenient but sufficiently isolated to ensure privacy and complete relaxation in the garden, with a hot tub and barbecue. The price is low compared to what is offered and Ms. Carmela was available to provide us with advice on the most beautiful restaurants and beaches.

Beautiful accommodation. The sea views are breathtaking, the back terrace is well-suited for barbecuing. There's even a pizza oven, but we didn't use it. The pool is small but well suited for cooling off and massage. The house was super clean and Chiara is very nice and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful location across the river from Noto - the property is well-thought-out and cared for, large variety of interesting trees and plants (lemons, oranges, pomegranates, almonds, etc) around the house, fun pool for the kids, well-appointed kitchen and beautiful spot for evening meals looking over the vista of Noto as the sun sets. However, the highlight was the hosts - Emanuel and Sebastiano - flexible with check-in and check-out, Emanuel took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to all of the interesting parts of the property, and provide local recommendations, and Sebastiano was very helpful and patient when I forgot our passports at the house and had to return to get them - he safeguarded them and met me in town to return them. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessio’s place! The villa was just like the photos. Spacious bedrooms, great AC, and a perfect outside space for lounging and meals. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, we have to mention the neighbor's dog(s) right away. He barked for hours during the day. The stay in the beautiful outdoor area was considerably clouded by this. It was really a blatant harassment. We urgently need to find a solution together with the neighbor. Otherwise, the villa is simply beautiful and the new extension and the kitchen with new furniture are very tasteful. The many terraces and outdoor areas are perfect. The communication with our host was excellent. Problems have been resolved right away. Great! We really liked the surroundings, especially Ortigia. We would book again immediately if the dogs were not from the neighbor. The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and the upper terrace offers a magnificent view.
