We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described – and even better in person. The place was spotless when we arrived, including the beautiful pool which was very well maintained. The amenities were a big highlight for us – we loved having a small basketball and football court to stay active, and the ping pong table made for some great fun as well. Our host was fantastic – super proactive, responsive, and full of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It really helped us make the most of our trip. All in all, it was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended!

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Petar and his wife were wonderful hosts. We were welcomed with a bottle of local Montenegrin champagne (very delicious), chocolates, fruit and snacks. We loved this lovely cottage by the sea with all the comforts of home. Firm bed, hot showers, towels, even beach towels for our swim. The spacious patio with lounges allowed us plenty of the Mediterranean air we came to enjoy. It is shoulder season, so it was quiet and relaxing watching the occasional boats go by and the locals taking their evening strolls and fishing off the pier. Nearby were several restaurants we enjoyed as well as a market . The village was coming alive now that season was near, but a car is needed for day trips. We loved that we could relax away from the big city maddening crowds but had easy access to all that Montenegro has to offer. Petar was very responsive to our every question and need. We loved the area, the people, the local food and can’t wait to come back to this relaxing seaside retreat!

This villa is very special - we really enjoyed the privacy, lovely outdoor spaces and its proximity to restaurants, supermarket, bakery and walks by the water. Check in was straightforward and communication with the host excellent. It's certainly one we would return to - we loved it!

Wonderful stay at a truly stunning villa! Immaculately put together with everything you could think of catered for. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor pool was superb, the kids (and adults) loved the foosball and ping pong, lovely big TV to unwind in front of after a busy day exploring. Bedrooms were lovely with balcony’s and en suite shower rooms. All kitchen appliances supplied, bonus having a washer/dryer to clear some washing before departure. Little supermarket 2 min walk up the road plus Lidl a short Uber away. Lovely quiet area with friendly locals - it’s a little remote from Dubrovnik which is why I’ve slightly marked the location down, but close to Srebreno/Mlini which has a wonderful beach/bay and some abandoned hotels which interested me at least! Stunning scenery - magical view of the mountains/Bosnia border every morning. Honestly couldn’t fault the Villa Invigo and would 100% recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay at this property while celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and spend time together. The pool and grounds are spectacular and the place is quiet and peaceful. Jas was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay — who shared useful suggestions for things to do in the area and helped us arrange a chef for three nights, which made the trip feel extra special.

Really enjoyed the property. We had a group of 11 so we had the entire place and thought its location, space and cleanliness was good. As you might expect in Europe - be prepared to walk some stairs!! The location is a bit tricky but there was some parking available so it worked. Roko and his dad (Ivo) were good to communicate with.

Ivana went over and beyond, she helped sort out a taxi from the airport and took our luggage down the steep stairs, showed us around and gave us great reccomendations. The location was incredible and right by a delicious bakery, but still very quiet and you were not disrupted by street noise. The place was lovely and clean and spacious we really enjoyed our stay, excellent location for exploring the old town and easy access to the baza gate for easy taxis out.

Villa Enjoy was exactly what our group of 7 friends needed. Plenty of room, very scenic, cool dips in the pool, and the villa was immaculate from top to bottom. Having laundry facilities was a bonus at this point of our trip. It is close enough to Dubrovnik without having to deal with the crowds in the city. What made this place stand out above and beyond every other place we visited in Croatia was John. He went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He arranged private day trips to Bosnia, Montenegro and a tour guide for the ancient city walls. He included stops for wine tasting, fresh oysters, and historic towns along the way. He also cooked us an authentic Croatian meal at the house. Our group of 7 felt like rock stars with the VIP treatment. There is no way we would have been able to experience as much as we did if we hadn’t booked and met John. Thanks a bunch!!

Jelena was a great host. She met us shortly after arrival, allowed us to leave our luggage prior to check-in and was super friendly. Very responsive to our questions and was even kind enough to organise takeaway pizza to be delivered.

If I could give six stars I would. We stayed at the villa for for nights in june, and it was exactly as in the pictures, maybe even better. The villa is clean and comfortable. Every room has airco, beds sleep well, the kitchen is well equiped and the basics like coffee, tea and such are there. Maro even provides a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine, Maro (and his brother) was very responive, friendly and pro-active in his communication. The minute our plane landed, there already was a message og Maro's brother welcoming us and giving us clear directions to the villa. We also booked a boat trip via Maro, which was a fantastic experience. But actually the villa is not even that important, because the garden with all its teraces, the view, the pool, the sea is the most amazing part of it. It's even better than the pictures!

Maxim’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were 6 ladies so all had own bedroom and bathroom. Living area, patio and pool area were all perfect for our group too. Location is fantastic, beautiful surroundings and short walk to pretty shingle beaches and some wonderful restaurants. Quiet, peaceful location. Natalia and Maxim were responsive, helpful and informative. Also allowed us late check out due to late flight as villa was free for couple days after we left. They also got some shopping in for us on arrival as we didn’t arrive until late eve, and arranged airport transfers. Wonderful stay thank you!

We had an unforgettable stay at the villa in Lozica! It was absolutely perfect for our group of 10 ladies celebrating our 50th birthdays. The house was beautiful, spacious, and homely —ideal for a relaxing getaway. We loved the terrace with good space for dinners and chilling. The sundeck was nice, it was actually one floor above the pool and offered great views of the sea. It was the perfect place to lounge, sunbathe, and watch boats go by. The beach was just a few stairs away, only a couple of minutes’ walk from the villa—such a luxury! The location was peaceful and scenic, yet still close to Dubrovnik. Easy to reach by bus or taxi. We took a lovely boat trip from Dubrovnik to Cavtat and back, and one evening enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Restaurant Storia in the old town—highly recommended. Our host Vesna was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy for us. We truly had a fantastic time and would love to come back. Highly recommended for a special holiday with friends or famil

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

My wife and I stayed for a week here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were met at the door and shown around. We were given a phone number to get in touch if we needed anything and then we were left alone. The accommodation and outdoor areas were immaculate and comfortable. Our host did laundry for us when we needed it and also made us a beautiful apricot cake. I would highly recommend this property and my wife and I will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Croatia.

We have just returned from a stay at this beautiful villa. Amazing views and the villa has everything you would need. The facilities are great including hot tub, sauna and a heated pool with great views and perfect sunsets. Nikoleta is by far the best host I have stayed with and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect with little touches including essentials in the fridge and fresh fruit. Thank you so much for making our family holiday so memorable.

Our visit was a group of 7 girls celebrating having been friends for a considerable amount of years ! We had a brilliant time at Antonija’s villa . The villa was very spacious and well laid out . Plenty of room at the table to eat inside or out . Bathrooms modern and kitchen very well equipped . We just loved the villa - almost the same as our trips to Dubrovnik & Cavtat- amazing holiday , thank you Antonija !

We have just returned from a week in this stunning villa and couldn't be happier. Firstly the villa itself is absolutely gorgeous, everything is to a high standard and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week away. The views are incredible and the villa is perfectly placed for exploring cavtat. Andeusko was the perfect host, always responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the front door during the visit (fault of our own) and he was extremely helpful and sorting the issue straight away. We will 100% be recommending this villa and would love to travel here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Rina is a lovely person who prepared the accommodation to a very high standard, including a few essentials on the table and in the fridge. She was very personable, friendly and was always available for us throughout our stay. The location has the perfect blend being a stones throw from Old Town but not in the hustle and bustle. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool to relax and further enjoy yourself. I would wholeheartedly recommend a holiday at this place

Beautiful modern home, clean and well equipped, a real home from home. Lovely garden and pool with stunning views, plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing. Maro was a super responsive friendly host, with great communication at all times. Highly recommended.

My whole family loved staying here. We wish we could have stayed another week. The house is perfect, there was plenty of space and the outside area is amazing. Everything was nice, modern and clean. The hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful and super responsive. I definitely recommend staying here.
