Relaxing, peaceful, with stunning views and well equipped apartment. Pavo was an excellent host, welcomed us upon arrival, explained everything we needed to know and made recommendations re local amenities, places to visit and the best way to get there. Pavo was on hand, friendly, but not intrusive, we were welcomed to a family celebration and also enjoyed an evening out at a local restaurant with Pavo. The apartment had everything we needed, the pool was a welcome break from the glorious hot weather, plenty of shade on the patio with covered outside seating complete with bbq. We were able to enjoy several meals at home, thanks to the well equipped kitchen. The views from the apartment were spectacular with peaceful surroundings. Great local restaurants, varied choice of menu, local wines are good too. Cavtat and Dubrovnik are within easy reach and we’ll worth a visit. Molunat is great for snorkelling. Just returned from our stay at Stone House, Kuna. It was even better than the pictures online. Our host were excellent and very responsive. Outdoor grill area was fabulous and pool was a welcome relief from the heat. The area of Kuna is lovely, very peaceful. We loved our first trip to Croatia and will definitely be coming back.

We loved Rowena's place! It looked exactly like the photos, was spotlessly clean, and was very comfortable. We were met by Martina at the villa on arrival even though we arrived late evening, and all queries were very promptly answered. A very nice touch was the welcome basket of goodies, and the selection of foods and drinks in the fridge and cupboard on arrival. The kitchen was very well equipped for catering at home but we also ate lovely meals out in Cavtat. The pool and hot tub were spotless and we really enjoyed them. Our return flight home was in the afternoon and Rowena kindly allowed us a late checkout until our flight. This was much appreciated and made our journey home more relaxing. Another bonus is that it's only 6 mins by taxi to the airport. We would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay at Villa Two Palms. The house was so comfortable and had all the amenities. Pool area was lovely. The balcony for breakfast was gorgeous. The bedrooms so nice and the bathrooms perfect and so clean

We had a lovely stay at Lucija's - plenty of room for a family of 6 with older teenage children! The house could also easily accommodate an extra 2 people as the sitting room now has a very large sofa. It was clean and well presented throughout. The only improvements would be the addition of a "welcome pack" including the basics such as milk, bread, salt, pepper, oil and perhaps a local delicacy. The kitchen would also benefit from the addition of an extra work surface for which there is plenty of space and the addition of cleaning materials such as a scourer and tea towels. Thoroughly recommend a visit to the castle and one of our favourite places was Molunat for water sports and general relaxation. Kameni Dvori restaurant is amazing - totally family run and really welcoming.

Pero was such an amazing, attentive host. Upon arrival he sent us links to good quality local restaurants and supermarkets and was always available on text/phone. The villa was amazing and I actually believe the photos don’t do it justice. We didn’t hire a car (even though Pero recommended to) but I would suggest to do this if you are looking to get out and about. We just used Uber so it wasn’t an issue but maybe cheaper to hire a car if you plan to head out daily. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and we all (especially my 10 year old daughter) loved the pool area! Well done Pero and family. Your service was 1st class

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Tereza. Vinka was fantastic who was there to meet us at our arrival and show us round the villa. She was able to answer any questions we had and helped straight away with any issues. The villa was immaculate and went above expectation. The grounds were beatiful where we could relax with a morning coffee and every night. The location was perfect for travelling into Cavtat and Dubrovnik and even though it was opposite the airport you would never have known and wasn’t a problem atall. All amenities were provided at the villa and housekeeping were brilliant! We cannot rate Villa Tereza highly enough, we were extremely sad to leave.

This place is like a fairy tale. Every detail was made with thoughts. we stayed for 3 days and this is place to relax and enjoy yourself. we had a barbecue the last day, but you can also have a magical dich at the restaurant. in the garden you could find two turtle families. and the surroundings are stunning. there will be nothing else you could ask for. we loved it

We have just returned from a week in this stunning villa and couldn't be happier. Firstly the villa itself is absolutely gorgeous, everything is to a high standard and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week away. The views are incredible and the villa is perfectly placed for exploring cavtat. Andeusko was the perfect host, always responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the front door during the visit (fault of our own) and he was extremely helpful and sorting the issue straight away. We will 100% be recommending this villa and would love to travel here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

This villa exceeded our expectations! As soon as we arrived we couldn’t believe how beautiful it was. The surroundings are so peaceful. The outside space was amazing, with great comfortable furniture for morning coffee in the sun. I loved the pool, which got so lovely and warm. The inside of the villa had everything you could possibly need. It was so homely and comfortable and the shutter blinds are a great addition! We wish we had booked for 2 weeks! We will definitely be back to stay again. Ivana and Mario were very kind and informative. They got book to us very quickly anytime we had questions. Hands down the nicest villa we’ve ever stayed in! Gorgeous villa with great attention to detail, very well kept and flowers and shrubs that looked stunning. The pool and small football/tennis area is across the parking area and not attached to house. The views are stunning and perfect to sit and gaze at in the evening. Everything we needed was in the villa and Andrea was on hand if we needed anything else and to help with places to go and places to eat etc. All in all an awesome holiday x

This house was simply the best of everything - The best location near town, the best amenities and setup for large groups, and the best mix of modern design features with classic local architecture. Our group of 6 had a wonderful trip to Cavtat, and will definitely look to come back here again!

Our stay at Rafo’s was one of the best we’ve had. The villa is beautiful, private and in a very scenic location. Rafo was so friendly and responsive to any questions we had about the villa or the area. We rented a car from Dubrovnik airport to get around based on Rafo’s recommendation and this was the best thing we could’ve done as it made getting around very easy. We would also recommend visiting Rafo’s winery just a couple minutes walk from the villa. Thanks again to Rafo for helping us have a great holiday, and we hope to be back!

The house was absolutely stunning! It was very clean and tidy and was decorated to perfection, we had everything we needed including all of the little things ( toastie machine, sanitary wear and cotton pads in the bathroom) The views from this villa are breathtaking they are even better than the pictures. The pool is very big which is perfect for the amount of guests. Ines was super helpful in organising taxis for us and going to the villa when we left a phone when we were on a day trip. My one piece of advice if your planning to stay in this villa would be to rent a car as we didn’t, and taxis can get very expensive ( €70 going to Dubrovnik, €40 to Cavtat etc) The closest supermarket is around a 10/15 minute drive it is walkable but it is a lot of up and down hill. The hosts even gave us a little gift when we were leaving which was so thoughtful! They provided us with milk juice, fresh bread cheese’s ham’s and fruit for when we arrived! Thank you so much for letting us stay!

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

We had an absolutely lovely relaxing 3 nights at Lucy’s beautiful home. The children loved the pool - actually we all loved the pool as it was so hot! Nice location although you definitely need a car as it’s a little remote with no shops within walking distance. Lovely well equipped house with everything we needed. Driving distance to Cavtat, Dubrovnik and 15 minutes from the airport.

We stayed here at the top floor apartment (3) in September 2024, and we had a wonderful holiday. Vlaho is a great guy and has a lovely family, who are always happy to help with anything you might need. We very much enjoyed meeting them. The apartment is great. There is a large comfortable lounge area, with full height patio doors onto a large balcony with views over the bay and towards Dubrovnik in the distance. This gives the place a "penthouse" feel. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen / dining area including a dishwasher and there is access to shared washing machines in the building. Two comfortable bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. There are two bathrooms, however one was being worked on while we were there so we only had access to one. No problem for us. Easy walk into town for all the bars and restaurants, and if you don't feel like walking back up the hill there are plentiful Uber's available for about 7 Euros - we never had to wait more than a few minutes.

Just to be clear, Maria was an agent for a villa company. Her replies to my questions were unhelpful and she just repeated stock replies. The stars of this property were the owners, Ana and Mato. Once we had their contact details they were super helpful. Ana met us at the property, gave a really helpful tour around the property, gave us very useful local information and replied to any questions during our stay about what to see and what to do if anything went wrong. Ana was really great! Good things to know about the property: Although it's only a 20 min drive from the airport, you'd really need a car to be able to get around. But the remoteness is one of its highlights. So peaceful. The house was well stocked with thoughtful touches like cooking essentials, and we were brought fresh figs and local wine by Ana. There were plenty of towels for the week ... we were offered fresh ones mid week but didn't need them. The pool was small but ideal for a plunge to cool off.

We had a wonderful stay here ( a family of 5) The swimming pool is lovely as is the separate BBQ room. Air conditioning in all rooms was was very welcome. The area is so beautiful, and there is a lot to do there. Stijepo is so helpful and gave us lots of information, he waited for us as we were delayed at the border, he also kindly let us stay for a couple of hours longer as our flight wasn't until 5.30. We highly recommend Mr and Mrs Pots restaurant as well as Molunot. Cilipi has a fantastic display of the local Konvale culture, including dancing on Sunday mornings. the bells of the church did not disturb us and were nice to hear. Towels are provided and there is a cafeterie ( if you want to pick up ground coffee) Gruda has a couple of nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Dubrovnik is a 45- 1 hour drive, it is a beautiful drive with lots of stop points for photos. This is a lovely spacious villa, a car is a must, with it there are lots of options and places to visit.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the villa at the end of August. When booking Ivana was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries and although we arrived quite late at Dubrovnik airport, her husband Maro kindly met us, and showed us around the villa, which they had thoughtfully stocked with some groceries for our first night. The villa itself was spacious, clean and very well equipped in the kitchen, with aircon throughout and a smart TV in the lounge. The pool was lovely especially as the weather was so hot. It is a tranquil place in the hills but also close enough to easily visit Cavtat, Dubrovnik, and the quieter local beaches. Really, everything you could want for a family holiday. We would happily return :)
