Wow! An amazing experience at an amazing place. The lovely warm staff - Angela, Militsa, Danielle, Milanka and the wonderfully friendly cleaning staff gave us the best experience we’ve ever had in 20 years of holidaying in Europe. The food was out of the world - the Montenegrin sandwich and the beef burger were world class. Breakfast is so delicious it’s impossible to miss. Nothing bad to say, only great things. Perfection

My family of 6 had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beautiful villa set in such a peaceful setting. We used Uber to get around and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. 15 mins to Dubrovnik and in the other direction beautiful Cavtat. Beaches at Mlini and Sbreno beautiful with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends

Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

Beautiful place to stay with amazing views, location is a little far out from the centre but the host is very helpful with providing local taxi numbers and even phoned on occasion for us as we was struggling. Kept in communication the whole time and offered to arrange trips etc help to and from the airport

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described – and even better in person. The place was spotless when we arrived, including the beautiful pool which was very well maintained. The amenities were a big highlight for us – we loved having a small basketball and football court to stay active, and the ping pong table made for some great fun as well. Our host was fantastic – super proactive, responsive, and full of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It really helped us make the most of our trip. All in all, it was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended!

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

This villa is very special - we really enjoyed the privacy, lovely outdoor spaces and its proximity to restaurants, supermarket, bakery and walks by the water. Check in was straightforward and communication with the host excellent. It's certainly one we would return to - we loved it!

This beautifully restored home made our holiday for us, the morning view from the fresh clean peaceful bedrooms is soul lifting, the terrace , its furniture , shady vines and viewpoint is perfect. the facilities and attention to detail are faultless. Krsto is kind , informative , helpful and was there for anything we needed. Having a cold water dispenser in the outside kitchen was a gift that just kept on giving …. The welcome essentials of milk , juice , butter and bread , cheese and fresh cherries are so kind and made us feel very welcome , we felt privileged to stay here.

We had a great stay at this property while celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and spend time together. The pool and grounds are spectacular and the place is quiet and peaceful. Jas was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay — who shared useful suggestions for things to do in the area and helped us arrange a chef for three nights, which made the trip feel extra special.

We’ve had the best family trip here. Close enough to Kotor and Tivat that you don’t feel too isolated but also far enough away that you feel like you’ve got your own private getaway. So peaceful and some of the most beautiful views! Will definitely be recommending Sally’s place to anyone who wants to visit Montenegro. It was perfect!

A beautiful, spacious, well equipped villa. Ida was very helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The house, pool and grounds are superbly maintained. On arrival Ida had provided food essentials and much more. We were very grateful not to need to do a shop on our first day. We strongly recommend this accommodation for a family or group of friends.

Villa Enjoy was exactly what our group of 7 friends needed. Plenty of room, very scenic, cool dips in the pool, and the villa was immaculate from top to bottom. Having laundry facilities was a bonus at this point of our trip. It is close enough to Dubrovnik without having to deal with the crowds in the city. What made this place stand out above and beyond every other place we visited in Croatia was John. He went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He arranged private day trips to Bosnia, Montenegro and a tour guide for the ancient city walls. He included stops for wine tasting, fresh oysters, and historic towns along the way. He also cooked us an authentic Croatian meal at the house. Our group of 7 felt like rock stars with the VIP treatment. There is no way we would have been able to experience as much as we did if we hadn’t booked and met John. Thanks a bunch!!

Our visit was a group of 7 girls celebrating having been friends for a considerable amount of years ! We had a brilliant time at Antonija’s villa . The villa was very spacious and well laid out . Plenty of room at the table to eat inside or out . Bathrooms modern and kitchen very well equipped . We just loved the villa - almost the same as our trips to Dubrovnik & Cavtat- amazing holiday , thank you Antonija !

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

Absolutely amazing air bnb hosts- the best I’ve ever had. Darko and his brother were incredible helpful with suggestions of what to do, they helped us book taxis, took us on a boat tour and were incredibly friendly. The house is in the most beautiful setting. You walk out the door and immediately have a great view of the sea. I can’t thank you enough for an amazing stay and all your help whilst we were there!

We really enjoyed our short stay. Villa is very convenient for local shops and bus stop to Old Town just on the doorstep. The villa was clean and Mara very responsive when we had questions. We especially liked the pool area with its covered terrace and fully equipped kitchen just for the pool area. The view over the inlet is pretty.

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the forest and blue villa and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Exceptional Hospitality and Impeccable Property From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. They were always available to answer our questions and provided excellent recommendations, making us feel truly welcome. Their responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villa itself was simply perfect. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. It's clear a lot of thought went into making this a true home away from home. Breathtaking Views And the view from the property? Absolutely stunning! Waking up to the panoramic scenery each morning was a highlight, and the sunsets were simply unforgettable. It added an incredible layer of beauty to an already wonderful trip.

Rina is a lovely person who prepared the accommodation to a very high standard, including a few essentials on the table and in the fridge. She was very personable, friendly and was always available for us throughout our stay. The location has the perfect blend being a stones throw from Old Town but not in the hustle and bustle. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool to relax and further enjoy yourself. I would wholeheartedly recommend a holiday at this place

If I could give six stars I would. We stayed at the villa for for nights in june, and it was exactly as in the pictures, maybe even better. The villa is clean and comfortable. Every room has airco, beds sleep well, the kitchen is well equiped and the basics like coffee, tea and such are there. Maro even provides a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine, Maro (and his brother) was very responive, friendly and pro-active in his communication. The minute our plane landed, there already was a message og Maro's brother welcoming us and giving us clear directions to the villa. We also booked a boat trip via Maro, which was a fantastic experience. But actually the villa is not even that important, because the garden with all its teraces, the view, the pool, the sea is the most amazing part of it. It's even better than the pictures!

Beautiful modern home, clean and well equipped, a real home from home. Lovely garden and pool with stunning views, plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing. Maro was a super responsive friendly host, with great communication at all times. Highly recommended.

Great couple of days in this gorgeous villa. The initial drive is a little hair raising in parts, but worth it and not a problem on subsequent drives; we're used to driving in hilly locations! Very homely and stylish with lots of interesting artwork, light ing and furniture. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas for relaxation, amazing views and so peaceful. Has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal if required. Highly recommend if you want to stay off the beaten track.

What can we say, Marina is the perfect host. We were checked in to our beautiful apartment early and also provided a private room to use on our day of departure as we had a late flight booked home. We had apartment 1a on the top floor and it was immaculate, clean, light and airy with the most beautiful views. The pool area was fantastic and we’re we spend some of the hot afternoons cooling down and sunbathing. Personally we loved the scenic 15min walk into Cavtat to enjoy our evenings. The beach was just a short few minutes walk too and there we also took advantage of the sea taxi over to Dubrovnik. Finally Marina arranged for the private transfer to and from the airport which added the perfect finishing touch to our experience at this lovely apartment complex. Trust me all the great reviews are legit and this is a great place to stay we will definitely be back.

Wow, wow, wow! We are already planning our return to this little slice of heaven! The accommodation is the perfect home and the pool area was stunning with drinks, cocktails and nibbles on offer! Sanja and her husband were the perfect hosts! The location is the most peaceful place I have visited and so convenient for our visits to local towns including Budva, Kotor Bay, Perast and Tivat. It is also only a 7 minute drive to the cable cars, which is a must do! We were able to watch the sun set every evening over the mountains and watch the planes land into Tivat airport! Montenegro is an incredible country with lovely people and great food and I can't recommend this accommodation enough, we can't wait to return again next year.
