The communication was great from start to finish! First contact via AirBNB and total The location is a dream, the amenities and flair really good! We didn't want to leave.

We were there with a group and had a great time. The cottage has absolutely met our requirements. Everything you need is available. The view is outstanding And the whirlpool was our absolute highlight. We'd love to come back.

Loved this warm, quaint home! The house has a charming, historical feel, but with modern convenience in all the right places. The town of Bad Tölz is lovely and located near fantastic things to do! We would visit again in a heartbeat!

A perfect stay, beauty cabin, beautiful area! thoroughly enjoyed keeping the fires burning for the food and the hot tub! Will definitely stay again.

We were a group of four at the alpine hut for a week and loved its location and amenities! Everything worked as described by Hansi & Elke, their compiled information about the hut and activities in the surrounding area were perfect, both were always immediately available for inquiries and extremely friendly. A special highlight was the south-facing terrace with its incredible panoramic views. The cottage was equipped with all the things you need and fully corresponded to the description and photos. We can only recommend the stay in the authentic and very cozy accommodation and wish Hansi & Elke all the best!

Had 2 great weeks. Many outings to do in the area (all within an hour's drive from the cottage) David's recommendation (walking to the mountain lake is definitely worth it!) and then it is wonderful to 'come home' to the cottage after an active day. The cottage is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly and there is plenty of space! Everything is available (kitchen utensils, television, games, etc.) Partly due to David's hospitality, we quickly felt at ease in the cottage. A plus was definitely the sauna. Definitely worth going here!

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

It was a beautiful stay and exactly what I needed to break away. The area was calm and quiet with a beautiful backdrop of the Alps right at your doorstep. Lisa & Pietra were really helpful throughout. I would definitely come back here!

The stay in the Hexenhäuschen was great. We felt completely comfortable. Ute and her family were super warm and gave us many tips. For children, it is a dream: trampoline, swing, animals, etc. All around great! We were thrilled and will be back for sure!

We were looking for a cozy mountain hut and found exactly this: a wonderful cottage with plenty of space, loving furnishings and great beds. The kitchen equipment also leaves nothing to be desired! The location and the view are literally outstanding. It doesn't get any better!

Timea and her husband are very nice spontaneous lovely people who take you a lot into account. A cozy snapps and a chat was great ; at the same time considering our privacy. The bathroom and kitchen are separate from the cottage but that's no problem at all. What was also nice: the giant lawn where you can sit / lie in the sun all day if you want, but also in the shade. Then the river where you can swim ( with crocks on because of the stones in the water) . Hammock where you can lie down with your feet in the water!! You will hear traffic across the river. You could call that a drawback. But at night you don't suffer from it.. We had a great stay during this week!

Cozy little cabin with full amenities in a very quiet area. The hut is accessible by car and is a great starting point for many tours. Alexander was always super accessible and has lots of useful information and tips for excursions and hikes in the area. Also in the low season a beautiful destination! Thank you very much for everything, look forward to the next visit!

We (two adults and two infants) stayed at the farmhouse for four nights. Check-in and communication with Kirsten was quick and smooth. The equipment in the kitchen as well as in the entire accommodation was more than sufficient (children's dishes, high chair, baked goods, plenty of blankets, etc.) The views from the property are stunning. There are ample hiking trails and activities from the farmhouse (also many children's playgrounds, parks, lakes, etc.) The only thing you have to be aware of is that the house is an old farmhouse and therefore the cleanliness cannot be as good as in a new building. That's why it takes getting used to crawling kids. A car is also definitely necessary, as the shopping facilities are downstairs in the valley; which is actually clear. Conclusion: It was a great place for all of us for an extended weekend.

It was really super super nice!! The cottage is totally modern and yet super cozy, you have everything you need, it is super clean and outside it is super idyllic! For me, the highlight was waking up with a view of the greenery incl. Sunrise! I would highly recommend coming here!

The facility was nice and cozy, communication was fast, and they were proactive in helping. It was a special experience. I was satisfied with the 5-star campsite.

We spent a wonderful week in the chalet and were completely satisfied! The house was very clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. Rosa & Phillip are very friendly and helpful, we felt immediately welcome. The surroundings are fantastic: rural, quiet and ideal for relaxing. Special highlights were the private sauna and the infrared sauna, which provided absolute feel-good moments, as well as the beautiful pool. The proximity to the cows and farm life were also a great experience – especially for our daughter. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!♡

The house was absolutely fantastic. It was easy to find and had parking right next to the front door. The house was sparkling clean and beds super comfortable. Amazing views and very friendly and helpful hosts. The sauna was an added bonus! Kitchen was well equipped and it was very useful having a boot room. The location was close to a supermarket, restaurants, a ski rental shop and an amazing rock and fossil shop. We skied at Dachstein West which had great runs and beautiful views. The host could not have done more to make our stay wonderful. Highly recommended!
