Holiday rentals with a patio in Mississippi

Our stay at the Incognito 3 fit us to a tee! We really liked the vibe of the space! Looks just like the photos! Big living room with 2 bedrooms and a nice size bathroom and kitchen. Very roomy and comfortable. Parking was extremely convenient. Location was close to everything. Appreciated Eric’s responsiveness to texts before the trip! He also reminded us of a fun event in the park where we met some cool local artists! Thank you, Eric, for helping make our stay in The City Beautiful a weekend to remember!

Central location so you can get to most places within a short time. Having a parking space right in front of the door was great. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities one needs, and the host was very communicative. I enjoyed the comfortable large bed and the TV. I would definitely stay here again!!

I absolutely loved staying at The Alley! It was convenient to my daily drive to USM for my seminar. The photos and descriptions were spot on! Carrie was a wonderful and attentive host. I reached out to her and received an answer immediately. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here to anyone who will be in Hattiesburg area for work or fun. I will most definitely will be back!

This was a cute place and exactly what we needed. Several good food places that were walkable. The host was very responsive and let us check in early.

I traveled to the Jackson Metro area for the Healthy Mississippi Conference in Flowood and stayed at this property hosted by McLaurin and Kendra. They were excellent hosts—providing clear instructions for check-in, access, and check-out, which made the experience seamless. When I arrived to the property, I was headed to the wrong unit and the host called to redirect me to the correct unit. The space was perfect for someone traveling solo. It was clean, stylishly decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. As a professional, I especially appreciated the bar seating, which served as a great workspace for getting things done on my laptop during downtime. While the neighborhood wasn’t the most upscale, I didn’t encounter any issues and felt completely safe throughout my stay. It was quiet and peaceful—ideal for resting after a long day of conference sessions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Top of the line kitchen appliances, airy & cool space on 90 degree days, tastefully decorated, comfortable seating, creative renovation, and simply lovely! Very accommodating and offered us bikes, bought a new blow dryer and had a very sweet neighbor. First class!

We were in from Atlanta for the football camp. We really enjoyed how cozy the feel of the place was. We will definitely be back for a stay. It was perfect for me and my two boys. Thank you so much!

Sharons home was great. Her attention to people's needs in a Arbnb were spot on. We even had a high chair for my sister in laws baby.I loved how clean her home was and the atmosphere felt peaceful . Thank you for your help.God bless 🙌

This place is perfect for families! We spent hours playing in the game room with our kids. The beds were a bit firm and my older child said the bunk bed felt a little loose. I would still stay here again. The home is beautifully decorated with space for everyone. We appreciated every amenity from extra blankets, tons of towels and toiletries and so many activities! The neighborhood is really nice! It’s a true home away from home and I wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy the space!

Was an amazing place would highly recommend

This was our second stay at Greg’s place and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard with pool, grill, gazebo. Everything was immaculate and well stocked with quality products. Greg is a fantastic host, responds quickly, and very nice. This is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Easy check-in/check-out. Treats and drinks provided. Many coffee flavor options for the Keurig. And an electric frother that makes it feel like you’re a barista. What a treat! Wonderful experience! I highly recommend Greg’s place!

Brooke’s place was fantastic. Accommodated 9 of us very comfortably. The view was great, we enjoyed spending most of our time on the deck. Would recommend staying here & we will absolutely stay here our next time in ocean springs.

We loved this little cozy cabin and absolutely hated to leave! It was so peaceful outside with an incredible view of a beautiful pond! We walked around the place and my son did a little catch and release fishing which was fun! The outdoor grill area and fire pit was a nice set up as for outdoor grilling and s’mores! The beds were very comfortable as well! If you plan to check in late at night just be aware that the cabin is not located exactly at the address that Airbnb gives. It’s really dark out there so you may not be able see the pond that the cabin is located next to. Depending on which direction you are coming from it could be just before or just after the address listed. We highly recommend this cabin if you’re needing a place to stay in the area!

Clean and beds were comfortable. Great water pressure. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it was clean. Outdoor space was nicely done! Will def stay again

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was very clean, smelled wonderful and had great amenities. The pool was awesome. The condo’s also have a cute little bar/lounge on the 1st floor, which was a great amenity. We will definitely be back.

We had a great weekend getaway. Super friendly staff and beautiful property. Location was convenient and close to great restaurants and attractions. Host was quick to reply to any questions. Overall 10/10. Will stay again!

This was the perfect home away from home. Chris did a phenomenal job with making you feel welcomed when you are here. The condo was very spacious with all of the amenities you need. The decorations were modern and everything was very clean. You also have a large balcony to look out on with the beach directly infront of you. There’s board games available to kept the kids entertained, huge washer & dryer to do your laundry, plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. Theres also a wagon with everything you need in it to bring across the street and hang out on the beach. Looking forward to coming back to this residence for our home away from home.

Sandra provided everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the area and being able to get to various places with ease. What a cute condo! We would definitely stay again.
