Holiday rentals with a kayak in Mississippi

The house was clean and tidy with several amenities. Check in and check out were very easy. When booking, it was listed that a golf cart was available for guests but this was not provided at the time of our stay but the bikes were still available and they got lots of use. The home was nice for my family of 10. There is a large area downstairs for visiting as well as in the open living area and the outdoor patio upstairs. The area is very nice and only a bike ride away from old town bay St. Louis. Altogether, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dana, made a magical vacation for us. This was our very first vacation and we all had a blast. My grandsons truly loved the kayaks, but they scared this grandma to death. They paddled way out in the ocean and they only looked like dots. Dana’s place was very clean, the beds were comfortable. While we were there I sent a message to her and she responded very fast. I have told everyone we come in contact about Dana and her Big Beautiful house. We will see you again real soon!!! Thank you so much!!!

Sharons home was great. Her attention to people's needs in a Arbnb were spot on. We even had a high chair for my sister in laws baby.I loved how clean her home was and the atmosphere felt peaceful . Thank you for your help.God bless 🙌

We read about this place on a local website. Wow! Exactly how the article described! We loved it! Attention to detail from the mural to the design inside to the extremely comfy mattresses! This place was heaven! Best part is how quiet the area is. Loved watching the pelicans fly overhead all day long. The sound of the water lapping. 2 nights of pure relaxation. I sure hope this place doesn’t change and maintains the level of cleanliness and comfort! Bring your binoculars with you. We enjoyed looking at the ships go by and bird watching in the early mornings. Peace and tranquility is what you will receive here! So glad my wife read the article. Most wish listed property in state. Thank you Janel for giving this family just what we needed. A much needed escape! We miss it already. We will be back!

We absolutely loved staying here! It’s the perfect little getaway. It’s cute and comfortable! We loved fishing and even took the canoe out. The kids loved feeding Duck, Duck! Such a little treasure, I’m glad we found on our way to the beach.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, look no further. The house is great and looks just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very spacious. If you are looking to bring a boat, this is the perfect place. Having your personal boat ramp to launch your boat is priceless!!! The canal is plenty deep all the way out to the Gulf, and there is ample dock space for most any boat you plan to bring. Don't worry about parking. There was plenty of room for parking under the house, even with our center console boat under the house, and there was still plenty of covered room under the house for entertaining or just relaxing in the cool evening breeze. The neighbors were wonderful and provided additional recommendations for great fishing spots and where to buy bait. To say the host were amazing would be an understatement. They were very responsive and helpful even before we booked the house. Thanks for a wonderful time!!!

Awesome stay, host we’re friendly and responsive. The cabin was the perfect mix of country and modern. Well worth the money !!!!!!!

This home could not of been more perfect for my family. They were in Ocean Springs to visit with their extended family and needed a place that was a true reflection of the area. The charm and the location were just perfect. It was beyond comfortable, well equipped and the cleanliness was very much appreciated. I would rent this place again!!

Mrs Lorie has a beautiful setup and it was such an enjoyable, peaceful location. It was everything, and more, that she described. The house was beautiful, well put together, and perfect for us. We went for my daughter’s 15th birthday and she had a ball! I messaged her at 10pm about a small issue and she responded within minutes and was there the next morning. Nothing major, but her response time was so professional and she truly cares about her guest and their experience. Unfortunately it rained off and on so we didn’t get a lot of river time BUT the front porch setting over looking the river was so relaxing and we spent hours on that porch. Looking forward to booking a group stay soon! A wonderful place to vacation or have a family reunion, vacation, or weekend! Thank you Mrs Lorie for a wonderful weekend. Word of advice, set a bucket or container of water outside your door to rinse your feet off after being at the river. Saves you from getting a lot of sand in the house!

My wife and I stayed for an extended weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The home was beautiful! And very easy to gain access to with the instructions that Teri provided. It was so clean and comfortable, and very close to everything we wanted to visit. Although most of our time was spent away from home, we found it very comfortable and easy to relax into once we were there. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the Gulf Coast region, and my only wish was that we could’ve stayed longer!

What a wonderful stay we had. Everything was perfect. The house and lake were so relaxing and we had everything we needed. Kathy was so welcoming and was there if we needed anything. We will definitely return.

The family and I really enjoyed the space. We were in house A by the pond. The kids got to feed turtles from the balcony and watch the fish. I took the boat out everyday to soak up some rays on the pond. There is a gorgeous little place called Taylor's grocery that plays live music and has some good ole catfish. And it's located within one minute drive. We would love to stay again

Great place to stay! Very quiet neighborhood... great communication...nice accommodations! Air conditioner worked excellent...beds were comfortable...nice kitchen and bathroom... would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Respite from life here on the River! Lots of fun watching the boats fly by, eating Crawfish & enjoying beautiful sunsets! Nicely appointed home, wonderful beds & linens! Great hosts! Can’t wait to come back next year!!!

This was my 3rd time staying with Nichol. It’s just a beautiful spot, calm, peaceful, private. Planning to return in 2 months.

Misty place was great. We stayed the weekend for father’s day weekend and my 2 year old birthday party. The kids loved fishing. The place was super nice. The outdoor area was great to hang out with everyone. Would definitely stay again. .

Peaceful and enjoyable, the house was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the steps to loft if we were younger we wouldn’t have any problems. Loved the place outdoors and the host really made us feel comfortable. When we come back we hope the host has another place with the different staircase. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and welcoming.

It was amazing it looked better in person the only thing that sucked was the jets in the bathtub didn’t work and we didn’t know until the lady in the store there told us it would’ve been nice to know before hand but besides that it was an amazing stay I would definitely go again

We had a wonderful stay! Marvin was there when we arrived and walked us through the cabin and answered any questions we had. He was very friendly and helpful. The creek was a highlight — so peaceful and fun for the kids, who also loved just running around outside and playing freely. The outdoor shower was a big hit with them too! My wife and I especially enjoyed relaxing on the screened-in porch, listening to the rain — it was incredibly calming. The natural surroundings were absolutely serene. Being tucked away in the woods made it feel like a true escape. Watching the river from the balcony was one of our favorite parts — so quiet and peaceful, it was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing weekend. We also had a great time exploring the different trails around the property. All in all, it was the perfect Father's Day getaway. Highly recommend!
