It was a blast! We swam the whole time we were there. The pool was amazing. The house felt homey and it was very clean. Thank you for letting us make memories at this gem!

This was exactly the right choice for our small wedding. The home and yard were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Everything was easy to find in the home, the home was so inviting too! Just really had the best time, everyone in the family that attended also loved it. There were nothing but compliments! And Dick was probably the best host I've ever had. He was on top of things communication-wise! I thank him so much for everything. He really made my wedding so perfect.

We loved it here felt at home had everything we needed to have a good time and enjoy family ! So many areas to relax the pool is perfection!!! Surround sound TV outside this home had everything our new favorite Home away from Home thanks for being great host and sharing your beautiful home with us , we will be back 🩷

Simply astonishing! The home is like a piece of Mississippi history and a museum. The home is amazing, inviting, and gives the sense of being home. We were able to enjoy all of the comforts the home has to offer. But that is only one part, the host definitely deserves an award for complete hospitality at its finest. We lost power the night before checkout but he thought of that and we were prepared with the offered generator. The weather got really bad and to be honest, scary. But Boo made it his business to check on us and make sure we were safe. He made us feel valued like family, and not just like paying guest. He is just simply the best. Thanks Boo for being the person you are!

This property was everything that I had hoped. It was spacious, serene, and clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Liz’s place. When we arrived our passcode wouldn’t work but I got a response from Barclay within 30 seconds and she gave me the override code. Walking into the sunroom was a dream. Bright, airy, peaceful…the massive kitchen with TOP NOTCH appliances…I could go on and on. And no this isn’t paid lol Our group really enjoyed the pool. It was communicated to us prior to arrival to stay away from the pool house. So…we stayed away from the pool house. Simple as that. Definitely wasn’t a deal breaker. Thank you to the whole hosting group for opening this home and allowing us to stay. We hope to book again sometime in the future!

This place was just what we wanted. A beautiful location and home, quiet with lots of fun family time. The house was amazing and surrounded by similar beautiful homes. We spent most of our time at the pool and watching thunderstorms from the porch. Quick walk to the beach with a wagon to load up the provided beach chairs. Such a cute town and we found some great places to eat. Loved our stay!

The home was beautiful and everything we needed for our big family celebration. We spent most of our time by the pool. Renae was easy to reach and very friendly. We loved it and would definitely return!

Great mini getaway with husband and the kids! Lori & Blake were very responsive to any minor issues that came up. Super clean! A few of us took kayaks from bouie creek to the camp, then the next day we all had a beautiful float from the camp down to pep’s point. I would definitely recommend the second one. You could easily stretch it into 4 hours, or knock it out in two. Great stay! Our kids were too scared to sleep on top bunk without a rail, maybe a chunky pool noodle under bedding would help? Overall incredible stay and will definitely stop again if we are in the area.

We had a short, wonderful stay. The lake house was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to get up early enough to enjoy kayaking before leaving. Perfect space downstairs with games and room for kids to play. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home!

Beth was a wonderful host! From day 1 she helped my hubby figure out how to get the boat from the landing to the canal where the house is, and overall gave clear directions on everything pertaining to the house and accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful little place. Perfect for a few days of rest and relaxation. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the canal.

We loved this little cozy cabin and absolutely hated to leave! It was so peaceful outside with an incredible view of a beautiful pond! We walked around the place and my son did a little catch and release fishing which was fun! The outdoor grill area and fire pit was a nice set up as for outdoor grilling and s’mores! The beds were very comfortable as well! If you plan to check in late at night just be aware that the cabin is not located exactly at the address that Airbnb gives. It’s really dark out there so you may not be able see the pond that the cabin is located next to. Depending on which direction you are coming from it could be just before or just after the address listed. We highly recommend this cabin if you’re needing a place to stay in the area!

Beautifully decorated home just steps to the beach with stunning beach views throughout the entire house. We loved having the golf cart to explore the area and all the extra attention to detail throughout the house really made you feel right at home. From sound machines to fresh flowers, homemade cookies, even fresh fruit to the best bed linens money can buy…Seriously, Teresa has thought of EVERYTHING to make sure you have the very best experience possible! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful place. Best view overlooking a large pool and beautiful acreage. Rustic farmhouse inside but homey. Definitely worth it for a rest, no internet or signal, satellite TV, and during rainy season it wasn't working well. Can't wait to do it again.

My fiancé and I, along with our two friends, very much enjoyed our stay with Mrs. Stacey. We checked in very late due to work hours and she was very understanding. She was accommodating to our needs and wants, always quick to respond, and very kind and sweet. We will most definitely be booking with her and her beautiful home again in the future. Hands down a great first impression for our first stay in an Airbnb!

We very highly recommend Harold's cottage. Staying here made our long weekend get away for a class reunion even more enjoyable and a wonderful experience. The cottage is totally private and surrounded by beautiful wooded nature, very roomy, contemporary, light and airy, comfortable, very attractive furnishings, extremely clean all over, lovely view of the thick woods from every room with all the large windows, a roomy carport, very functional kitchen with everything you'd need. We would definitely enjoy staying here again when we return to the Madison area. Owner Harold is very personable, friendly and conscientious. It's conveniently close enough to the main roads but then very much remote and "away from it all" to make it a truly relaxing get-away.

Great place, would love to stay again next year!

As soon as we entered it felt like home. It was very homey and open and spacious and in a peaceful neighborhood. The children enjoyed playing dress up, playing on the enclosed trampoline, and toddler house. The Lindsey was very friendly, responsive, and proavtive when we messaged her. We would love to book again next time we are in town.

This place is amazing-absolutely what I expected based on photos. Everything was new and beautifully decorated. The house had everything that we needed, including a view of the water. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. It was a 5-star stay.

We absolutely adored this place. The location was perfection. Beds were so comfortable, the bunk beds were awesome. Outdoor patio was our favorite!! Definitely intend on coming back and may spend some football season weekends enjoying the backyard outdoor setup!! Thank you for having us
