If you get a chance to stay here jump at it. This is our fourth visit to Oliva and Puris house was the best of all. Puri is so helpful and always made herself available to us. Her house is literally 100 meters from the best beach I have ever seen. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Puri for a wonderful holiday.

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Wurden sofort herzlich empfangen und alles wurde erklärt. Super schöne Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Alles sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Check in und Check out waren problemlos. Wir bekamen sogar Tipps wo wir essen gehen können. Ausstattung war perfekt. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Besitzerin hat uns auch zur Ankunft Snacks und Getränke besorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Die Unterkunft war einfach super! Sie sah noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Alles war vorbereitet und sauber zu unserer Ankunft. Der Pool und die Outdoorküche sind ein richtiges Highlight. Das Meer ist in 2 min zu erreichen, und an der Promenade gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Malins Haushälter war immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Für Gruppen perfekt, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig verzorgde tuin en fijn zwembad. Mooi ingericht en het ademde rust uit. Heerlijke plek om te verblijven met ons gezin. Het zit niet op loopafstand van restaurants, maar die zijn met de auto binnen 10min te bereiken. De bedden zijn goed en het is er heel rustig.

I booked this place for family members (5 adults) 1 of which has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair. This place was absolutely fantastic. From booking, Christelle was an excellent host, great communication and accommodated early check in. On arrival, the villa was immaculate. Poolside area just fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the room downstairs was great for accessibility. Stairs into pool were great and pool size excellent. Easy to book taxis, 15 minute journey into Benidorm levante area. We booked the local golf club for a meal which was around a 15 minute walk. Food was excellent and service was great, highly recommend. Would definitely return to this villa, had a lovely stay! We also ordered a food delivery from Mercadona which was a brilliant idea. All food delivered, no issues.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und eine absolute Wohlfühl-Oase. Mike ist sehr zuvorkommend und ein wirklich guter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Beim Empfang haben zwei köstliche Weine auf uns gewartet, was uns sehr gefreut hat.

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

Fuimos 4 parejas con niños pequeños de 0-2 años. Todas las habitaciones estaban bien acondicionadas y nos sentimos muy acogidos. Ademas Anne fue muy atenta y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. repetiriamos sin duda.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Rozana und Cristobal sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Es gibt allerdings kein zweites Schlafzimmer sondern lediglich ein durch Vorhänge vom Wohn-Essbereich abgetrennten Bereich für eine Person. Für uns war das aber ok. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und das morgendliche Schwimmen im Meer genossen. Unterkunft ist ca. 30min. von Valencia entfernt. Sehr toll auch die Stände der lokalen Bauern auf dem Weg. Hier konnen wir erntefrisches Obst und Gemüse erstehen. Sehr schmackhaft. Danke nochmal Rozana und Cristobal. Wir kommen gern wieder!

We stayed for the weekend and could not recommend the place more. Antoni was extremely responsive and kindly brought us from nearby Gandia though there are busses. The place itself is beautiful. A really nicely designed space with all the amenities you need and perfect for getting away and having some downtime. The terrace is very large and again designed really nicely, it gets sun all day and has a BBQ, along with the spa room and jacuzzi. We intended on doing more exploring but the place was so nice we took advantage of sunny days and in the evening good food, the wine cellar service, jacuzzi and a movie. Will absolutely be coming back to stay again.

Great location. Beautiful views. The sound of the ocean is the most relaxing and one of the wonderful feature this home has. Highly recommended.

You truly cannot beat this location! It was steps to the beach, has parking and is very well equipped. The house is comfortable for 5 to 6 people and there are plenty of areas around the house and on the roof terrace to find your quiet space. The roof terrace is definitely the "piece de resistance". The best place to watch the sunrise and sunset, beautiful yoga/meditation sessions, morning coffee and/or evening drinks. The small patio on the far side of the house with a hammock is also a tranquil getaway. Perfect for an afternoon siesta. Laura was an amazing co-host and was above and beyond responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

If there’s a better view of the Mediterranean in Altea, I can’t imagine it. You have a 180 degree panorama of the town and the water. The villa has plenty of character and the grounds are a myriad of plants and trees. One very minor issue was resolved immediately. I would recommend Christine’s place for anyone who enjoys peaceful solitude that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

José is an amazing host. Pre arrival José made sure everything was already well communicated and made is feel at ease. As we were a little bit earlier the. The regular checkin time, José made sure it was perfectly fine. On the first day we were unfortunate and got in a minor car crash. Not knowing who to call, I reached out to José. He left what he was doing right away and came to help out with the paperwork and help with the police. He sure made us feel as if we had a friend near during our entire stay. The house is HUGE and very comfortable. Everything you need is available. 2 tv’s large bed and all the linnen. The roof terrace was great to sit after a long warm day and have a drink and relax. Simat de Valdegna was cosy, the people were insanely friendly and the environment is beautiful. We had plenty of walks by the vaca river and our children got to play in several playgrounds in the area. Having a supermarket directly in front of the house was also great! Amazing stay!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

What a fabulous break. The house was wonderful - home from home with everything you would need including oil / teas / coffee … beach chairs.. The terrace is spectacular in itself and so utterly private. Excellent location for food / drinks / beach… supermarket/ shops… Stay was too short but utterly in love with Altea :) thank you.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Lea is super vriendelijk en helpt je heel graag. Het huis is brandschoon en wordt met veel liefde bijgehouden. Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. Onze twee kleine kinderen (2 en 4) hebben heerlijk in het zwembad gespeeld. Wij hebben genoten van de rust. Aanrader: jardin de l’albarda, de zondagmarkt in Jesus Probe (heerlijke taartjes!) en met de auto zit je zo in Denia (los banos sunshine bar, makkelijk parkeren bij het strand en hier lekker lunchen of dineren) en Javea. Wij hebben heerlijk eten (gegrilde kip) afgehaald bij La Rostisseria (Denia, vooraf even bestellen). Vervolgens heb je meerdere heerlijke plekjes in de tuin om te dineren. Mocht je op een mooie plek elders willen dineren, ga naar Cala Clemence del Portixol (wij zijn gaan ontbijten ivm weinig parkeerplekken, reservering is alleen voor ontbijt niet nodig, anders wel!). Ga zo door!

Sehr ruhige und private Lage. Alles sehr sauber und Getränke wurden kaltgestellt für unsere Ankunft. Etwas hellhörig, von daher Oropax einpacken, wenn man nachts geräuschempfindlich ist, da man wirklich die Leute über der Unterkunft sehr laut hört. Traumhaft schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Man hat alles was man braucht. Supermärkte mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen in Cullera. Auch schöne Strände sind nah. Kamera direkt auf den Pool gerichtet, fand ich etwas schwierig, dient jedoch denke ich nur der Sicherheit.

Absolutely loved our stay — a true Garden of Eden. Surrounded by peace, nature and birdsong, we spent countless hours in the hammock, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the green all around. A perfect place to slow down and reconnect. Thank you!

one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. the view was incredible. we would come back again.
