Everything is incredible, the house is just like the photos , impeccable. Monica is attentive to every detail , very concerned, excellent host. A place that is 100% recommended. Ideal for a few days on family vacation.

We were on site for a week and absolutely happy to have found such a beautiful apartment. I would have loved to spend the whole day on the balcony and enjoy the view. The apartment is spacious and cozy. Only the kitchen equipment could be a little better for cooking. The host and his family were super friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. We will be happy to come back.

We are very satisfied with our stay in this apartment. Everything was fine. The host is a very pleasant person, responded quickly. The apartment has a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea, and this is a big plus. We liked everything. Nice comfortable beds, comfortable pillows!!, large TV screen (we watched football), clean household appliances. A little loud in the evening on Saturday and Friday, but this is not due to the apartment, but to the peculiarities of the bars on the beach :)

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

The house has everything you need and the terrace is wonderful to enjoy after a day at the beach, going out and being outdoors is a joy, it is not the typical apartment that you enter and you are locked between four walls... really a wonderful terrace... thank you Maria.

We absolutely loved our stay here, and you will too if you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway and a classic sandy beach holiday. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but we chose to cook for ourselves—and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was fully stocked and really convenient. There are also plenty of local supermarkets and fruit stores just a short walk away, which made shopping for fresh ingredients super easy. One thoughtful touch we appreciated was the selection of spices and seasonings left behind by previous guests. It felt like a shared, communal kitchen in the best way. And the beach umbrella provided was a total lifesaver—it made those sunny beach days so much more enjoyable!

The stay in Salvador's apartment was wonderful. In the morning, from the beautiful roof terrace, direct view of the sea and the sunrise. Plenty of space on the terrace with a large dining table, sink and spacious barbecue area. The apartment is modern and fully equipped. Good bed with a comfortable mattress. Plenty of space in the cabinets. The balcony on the living level is a beautiful addition. Salvador was always easy to reach and got back to me immediately. We highly recommend the apartment. Ponyta at Guardamar de la Safor was wonderful. When leaving, the whole family had tears in our eyes. we spent a beautiful month here. The apartment had an insane view of the sea. We didn't miss anything. We felt right at home. The internet worked great and it was also used for us to work. Top-notch communication with hosts. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. Amazing sunrises from the balcony. I recommend it with all my heart!

Had a wonderful night at Angelina's place. It was everything we needed; clean, spacious, and right next to the bus station. Perfect to catch our bus in the morning. Angelina was very responsive, flexible, and friendly. She met me late after getting off of our ferry to help us check into the place. I would definitely stay again.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

The apartment was great and the beds were excellent. The elevator connection between the garage and the residential floor was great, and at the same time you could get to the swimming pool without any obstacles. The only downside was the construction in the area and its sounds, but even that was not too disturbing and decreases all the time. I recommend!

We liked the apartment very much, especially the beautiful view of the sea. The building where the apartment is located is also very clean. The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it was not directly in the party area and you had your peace.
