Kevin & Jennifer’s place was great! Perfect location with so many shops and restaurants around and a quick walk to the beach! Loved the bikes! Highly recommend this for your trip to 30A!!

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

We had a great stay in Destin! The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. The pool and back deck was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening. Patrick was super responsive whenever I needed to contact him. The only negative was that the house is on a busy corner and with it comes a bit of street noise. I was pleasantly surprised however, that everyone slept great all 5 nights of our stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This was our first family vacation that all of our children were able to go on in a past few years. The house and location were wonderful. I was hesitant cause we normally stay in a different area while in Destin. But this house was perfect for all of us. Close to anything and everything you could want. But yet the peacefulness that we all wanted. The pool and fenced in back yard were perfect for all of us and our 2 small dogs. Definitely was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vacation for all of us.

Natalie came in clutch when we had a reservation fall thru last minute elsewhere. She was extremely responsive and willing to help. The facility is top notch as described, easily accessible and easy to find. It couldn't have been any better. Thank you for the great experience. We recommend 5 stars!

This house is seriously the best in the neighborhood. The host was amazing. My daughter left a small bag in the bathroom and she made sure to get it to us at no charge! Don't think about it anymore, just book it!!

This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

This place was perfect for our family vacation with our extended family. Admittedly, I was weary when I saw that there was a short walk to the beach because we love beach front, but the walk was just that - very short and a complete non-issue. The backyard is gorgeous and set up wonderfully for both daytime and nighttime. All in all an absolutely wonderful trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We have been using AirBnB for several years to book our vacations and this year was by far the most enjoyable experience. The house, pool, neighborhood and proximity to the ocean were all on point and made the stay one of the more memorable ones, and is the first time we would like to return for an annual vacation. The house was impeccably clean and had all the amenities to make a stay with 4 young boys most enjoyable. Whenever my wife needed to communicate with the property managers, responses were professional and courteous within minutes. Thank you!!

Colettes place was a 10 out of 10!! It was the perfect to relax and enjoy vacation!! The condo was fully stocked with everything you need for your family. ( cleaning supplies, beach accessories ) We enjoyed the beach view and the private beach access right across the street. We will definitely book again for our next family beach vacation.

We stayed for a week in June, very nice location, close to everything, shops, restaurants and grocery store. Beach was only a couple of minutes walk, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a wagon to carry everything was very handy, we only used the wagon one day just because we didn’t need to take so many things to the beach. House was perfect, clean and great amenities. Host was super helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

We loved everything about our stay! The home was perfect for our family. We were very happy with how clean the house was, its convenient location, the golf cart was awesome and the entire week was peaceful and quiet! Loved it!

Location, location, location. If you’re looking for a great house for a large group that’s close to the beach and pool look no further. We were spoiled here and will definitely come back!

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet very peaceful and relaxing. We loved having access to the golf cart, which made trips to the beach super easy. The beach itself was beautiful and was never crowded, which was a huge plus. The home is also very family-friendly. Our kids had a blast at the pool, and as parents of a baby under one year old, we really appreciated how well-equipped the place was—it made things so much easier. You had all your beach necessities there as well! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We loved staying here! The price is a little appalling- but you do get what you pay for in terms of privacy, location, views, and the space itself. During our stay we had a transformer blow right outside of our window which caused the power to go out - the host was extremely responsive and on top of the power company! We appreciated the patios furniture and the boogie boards and toys left for the kids! The wagon was very helpful too. The appliances were clean and the house was well kept!! They left a vacuum out for use and that was super helpful for sand. There is a playpen too, which they should list!

Foul’s place was like a fairytale dream. Nicely updated so it felt fleet fresh and clean. Housekeeper had done an incredible job cleaning the place because there wasn’t a grain of sand in sight and it was spotless. The only thing we didn’t love was the bed but that is hit or miss whenever you don’t sleep in your own. We would stay an extra week if we could. Have the (less than 5 minute) walk to the beach access was a no brainer for us in choosing this place. Apperances can be deceiving when you compare it to the rest of the property which shows a little age. Pool was in great shape. Tennis/pickleball courts were also like new. All in all this wasn’t a 5/5 it was a 10/10. We absolutely loved our stay.

The stay at Michelle and Jeremy's house was perfect for our family. We had a total of 22 people (adults and kids) and never felt cramped. The house was exactly as described. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to do the cooking we wanted to do. The backyard is great with a pool, hot tub, cabana with a fire pit, putting range and a pool table. In fact, we spent more time at the house and in the backyard than we did at the beach. The beach is close and getting there is just a short 5 minute walk. The house included 2 beach umbrellas and 4 beach chairs that were reserved for the house and set up on the beach each day. Michelle and Jeremy were super friendly, responsive and helpful on any questions or issues we had. This was a 10/10 as far as vacations go and the house was a big part of that. When we go to Miramar Beach again, we will definitely stay at Michelle and Jeremy's place. Thanks to their superb efforts, we had a marvelous vacation!
