Our group of 7 had a great stay! The location really cannot be beat and is the best part! Super easy walk to the beach and the provided chairs and umbrellas are perfect! Located between Alys and Rosemary, quick walk to shops and restaurants, and great to ride bikes to Seaside. Ryan was so easy to communicate with and made the entire trip so easy and simple.

The cottage was beautiful, clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Everything you need to go the beach organized and ready to go , short walk to the beach, pool was very clean . Wonderful location, loved the place , will definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family!!!!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

We were blown away by how nice the house was! We were okay with not getting a place right on the water. This was a perfect combination of value and only a ~7 min walk to the ocean. Definitely will check availability here when we plan our next beach trip.

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a really nice stay and loved how close the house is to the beach. We found this area to be much less commercialized and more low-key/quiet than other spots along the coast. The host offers some beach equipment for guests (chairs, cabana, umbrella, boogie boards, a few towels). That was super helpful as we didn’t want to have to rent (or pack!) all those items for our trip. We liked every aspect of the house — comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, contemporary decor, and thoughtful storage for toiletries and travel items. Thank you for wonderful accommodations!

The location was key and the home is beautiful. I liked all of the local recommendations Trevor sent and he was responsive with messages. This suited our needs perfectly. The garage had everything we needed for the beach, the only things we brought were beach toys for the kids and puddle jumpers. If I were to come again, I’d bring my own shampoo/conditioner/soap since what was available definitely wouldn’t last us a week. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. And the outdoor shower was more for rinsing off from the beach, which was still nice for getting all of the sand off. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! What an amazing house for my family and I! We traveled with an 8 year old, 5 year old and 2 1/2 year old for reference. Of course the stairs were extremely popular for my 2 year old. Both rooms are upstairs. Very spacious beds and rooms. Plenty of clean white towels to use, and the washer and dryer came in handy! The house was very clean and organized. Irene messaged me during our stay to make sure everything was ok and asking if we needed anything. She was very sweet, patient with all my questions, and attentive. The walk to the beach isn’t bad at all. Irene provided a wagon, beach umbrellas and beach towels so that was nice to not pack. The community is very safe and quiet. The only thing to keep mindful of, especially with young kids, is the noise level due to the older neighbors right next door. Luckily at night it wasn’t an issue because my kids were tired, but they also wake up super early! We were all sad to leave and can’t wait to return. We were very lucky to find this place!

5 STARS ALL THE WAY! We had the most wonderful family vacation at Lala's Beach House! The house was exactly what the photos showed but even better in person! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything we needed, ie.. Beach chairs, umbrella, bicycles and a golf cart. The location is excellent, being right across from the Chill. The host constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and even brought us freshly baked cookies to say Welcome! Cannot say enough positive things about the house, the location, the host and our stay! We cannot wait to return!

The place was in a perfect location for access to the beach and surroundings. Townhome was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the golf cart and all the beach extras in the garage. No complaints, just great memories!

Amy was such a hospitable and responsive host. This place felt like home. It was in a perfect location; within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pool, the beach, while also feeling private and very safe. A drive away you can find Destin and Panama City beach which are full of any activity you can think of; but rosemary keeps you nestled in a private elegant little town. We will 100% be back!

We loved our stay here at Chelsea’s place! She was an awesome host and very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we may have had. The location was great! It was about 1 mile from public beach access. The Chill across the street was a great little spot to hang out with different events each night, our kids enjoyed the kids dance night! The community pool was amazing as well.

In town for Gulf Coast Jam and celebration of mother in laws 89th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful. We stay in Airbnb units many times a year for work and this was above and beyond the best and most accurately described.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive, providing clear communication and helpful tips to make my trip seamless. The space itself was a dream—spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

What a cute little place to stay in for a family, friend, or couples trip. Everything was so nice and clean. It smelled so good in there, too! Check in and check out instructions were super easy and were located on the fridge. We will definitely be staying there again!!

Perfect walk to the beach with easy access of everything and also able to sit in the back porch all night if wanted. The only thing I would change is to have the back patio bigger and also spaced out but amazing place to stay if you want to go to PCB

My boys and I visited for a family vacation. This property was perfect!! It was clean, very well organized and close enough to different beaches in the area. This property was very well stocked with the necessities and even some great snacks for my boys. I wish we had a fur baby because they even had essentials if you want to bring a pet. Gaby was an absolute delightful host! Very responsive and made us feel like family.. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to booking with Gaby in the future. 💛

If you are reading my review, just book the cottage before someone else gets it! We've been staying at Airbnb properties for years now, and this was easily our favorite. The location is fantastic, it is so comfortable and clean and just perfect in every way.
