It’s a great place to stay.

The place was very spacious and homely. It’s well taken care of and perfect for what we were looking for!

I really liked the place. The location, cleanliness, and everything overall was perfect—just as described in the listing. You can tell that attention to detail is a priority, which made the experience very pleasant. The only thing I noticed was that, due to the number of people in the building, the elevators were a bit limited and sometimes there was a wait. But aside from that, everything was excellent. I would definitely come back!

We had a great stay! Nick was extremely helpful and responded almost instantly if I ever had a question. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook and clean. There were also ice cubes ready! The rooms were clean and included hangers to hang up clothes, with spacious closets might I add. All of the TVs have streaming services available for you to sign in. In addition to this, the bathroom included plenty of towels, toilet paper, and soap. The laundry room was provided with soap as well. The hosts seriously thought of absolutely anything you might need! The location was great, just a ten minute walk from the beach. I absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! The surrounding units were so friendly, and we even made friends with the other renters! Overall, the location was peaceful and in the perfect spot but the host really made our stay fantastic! We will definitely come back!!

It was an extremely beautiful location, everything was very clean. We had everything we needed, however, I did ask a question about the Wi-Fi and never received a response. I will admit that it was my fault for not fully reading the instructions and accidentally skipping over the Wi-Fi section, but I would have liked to receive a response. I also assumed that it was a separate private little home on their property, but it is in fact a separate private extension of their house. With that being said we did absolutely love the stay and loved the loft bed, so we definitely would like to book again in the future.

Loved the condo. It’s beautiful. Nothing really to complain about. The only thing missing was a dish rag. The washer and dryer was even impressive. Dried the towels quick. Panhandle was quick to respond. We would definitely go back again. There’s plenty of room for 10 people.

Nina, the best AirBnb host ever!! This property was very nice. I loved that the master bedroom’s balcony was on the pond side for quiet time. So let’s talk about the condo…. Very clean, just like the pictures, really cool bathroom with color changing night lights, the entire condo was decorated like an upscale home interior decor magazine, the head boards were nice as well. You have to book this place. It won’t disappoint.

Nina's condo was a perfect fit for us during our visit. We walked across the street to the beach and there are restaurants and numerous amenities right inside the complex, plus a lot more within walking distance or a short drive. The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pond. The only downside we experienced was in the lobby getting the parking passes. There was only one person working and a long line of people waiting, with more people crowded in the lobby waiting for various things. We didn't realize this wasn't necessary before entering the condo or we would have waited for a better time. Otherwise, a really great stay!

This place is a perfect small get away if all you need is a place for a few days or just somewhere to crash. It was very neat and clean when we got there and it was very well setup. Very nicely setup, I would definitely stay again.

What a nice home and a really interesting location to stay at that. We hadn’t stayed in before away from the busy trip, but still close enough to amenities and a couple of parks and beaches. The host had a golf cart for us to use for one of the days to scoot around with the family and have an adventure! Very down to earth and responsive to my text and gave plenty of instructions and tips so we could have a comfortable stay

We had so much fun staying here! Everything was nearby and walkable, so many things to do and the house was comfortable and the patio was so much fun! Plenty of utensils for cooking at home and the fridge fit all the groceries! Would definitely come back, such a fun weekend!!

This place is amazing! Clean and feels like home. So much space and room for so things to do. The house is secluded but not at the same time. The small “beach” at the house is a major bonus. Kids could easily go play and we could watch from the porch. We seen all kinds of wildlife from eagles, cranes and even a fox. This was the first family vacation we have had in years and it was over Christmas. Dillon did awesome with a Christmas tree and lights on the house and even supplied a gingerbread house for us to build. We definitely plan on being back in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the outside much more.

We came to this rental home with 3 kids to experience the beach for the first time. The home was so beautiful inside and out, and the perfect set up for our family. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time there and was a close drive to the beach with all of the gear we needed to spend the day playing by the ocean. It was a great and convenient home base to explore all of 30A and Panama City Beach area. We loved the rental, the whole neighborhood, and our stay, and we can’t wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your great place in Inlet Beach!

this was actually our first air bnb and our expectations were greatly exceeded!! Becky was very flexible with check in as we got there 2 hours earlier with 3 children under the age of 5, naps were necessary after a 12 hour drive! when we got to the location it was so easy to get in and the location was just unbeatable, it was a couple minutes to the beach. the area felt secure and safe for the kids, and it was in walking distance of so many good things breakfast, ice cream, the peir. Walmart and target were such an easy drive. we could not have been more pleased. we've already decided we are coming back and we just gotta come back here! oh and the back yard was beautiful the kids spent so much time feeding the turtles carrots!!!! such a blast!!! we have nothing but great things to say!!!! Cute house, comfortable with all the amenities needed. Very responsive host. Great location if you want to be near the beach. No complaints, my family enjoyed our stay. If wanted to improve would be helpful to add some more basic kitchen supplies such as cooking oil, sugar varieties, and a scrubby for washing the pots.

We will definitely book here again. Very easy access to beautiful beaches and the pool was refreshing and clean!! The rooms were a good size and the living room area is actually bigger in person than the photo show. We enjoyed the balcony views ! Super clean place, don’t have any complaints!

Quick response and flexible with our last minute reservation! Check in was seamless, plenty of parking, friendly staff, very clean place with excellent amenities! The view was stunning, beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and sleeping space. Easy access to beach chairs and umbrellas, we had everything we needed and more! Tasteful decor that created peaceful space. Clear instructions and security checks bracelets and maintains safety on property.

We stayed here with two kids and it was great! Directions were clear. The condo itself is big and we loved the patio! We loved going down to the pool and walking a short distance to Baytown Wharf. Free use of the tram was a great touch too! Such a beautiful area. We are already planning our return back!

A great space to stay!! Comfortable, moveable, plenty of space to put your things! She had extra chairs, toys, and swimming masks for you to use! Along with plenty of kitchen supplies, and a fan (which i loved) Overall a great place to stay!

This was our second stay and would stay again. You can't beat the location for beach access. It is also close to restaurants and grocery stores. Good setup and comfortable for the three adults especially with 2 full bathrooms. Hosts were quick to respond to texts for recommendations.
