Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Miramar Beach

We had the best time possible loved everything about the place. Didn't want to leave. Makes you wanna move in permanently. Very homely which takes all the stress away. Wouldn't go with anywhere else on next trip hopefully soon!

CUTEST house! So clean! In an idyllic neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely go back. We felt very safe, had the easiest little walk to the beach, and my youngest even made friends with guests staying in another house. Very family friendly! My daughter and I kept saying we felt close to good restaurants and shopping but still tucked away. I felt pricing was very fair considering we were there during Memorial Day weekend. The house and amenities are well thought out. Fantastic experience at Sugar Sugar!

Kristen was a very responsive host! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. She threw in a lot of extras- beach toys, golf cart, etc. The house was full of amenities. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed grilling on the patio. The house is 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor so this house is best for people that can handle going up and down a lot of stairs. The community is clean and super quiet. We had a great vacation!

This was my first trip with AirBnB and I have to admit I was more than a little apprehensive about how the process would play out. I opted to try contracting with Igor and Madison's home based on location and appearance. They were very quick to reach out, show interest in my background and determine my reason for interest in their property. Upon passing their tenant screening (they legitimately want visitors who will care for their home, not trash it), they frequently touched base over the four month period leading up to our visit. They provided valuable tips about the area (from local eateries, emergency medical care (utilized within the first 18 hrs in PCB) and public beach access (within very easy walking distance). Messages we sent regarding questions about the visit were responded to, WITHOUT fail, within 10 to 20 minutes. Our experience with Igor and Madison was Top-Notch. Immaculate home, clear house rules/expectations and desire for our experience to be great. A 6 out of 5!

Adorable home situated in a secluded neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. The screened back porch was my favorite part of this home. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated that this host ensures clean linens including a freshly washed comforter. You will not be disappointed.

I’m missing this vacation so much! Benton’s place was perfect for a best friend get away. We had a blast. The bed was comfortable. The host was very responsive if we had questions. I can’t wait to come back!

The place is exceptionally tidy and the host is reactive and quick to respond. All the basic amenities are provided along with few complementary dishwasher and laundry pods. 😊The home is very conveniently located to the beach like 5 mins walk to the outside of the resort and access to the beach right across the street. The premium outlets is around 7 mins drive. Overall, we had a very good experience.

This condos location is amazing! Short walk to the beach, which makes it even better. The beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys are a great bonus! We had a great time!

The place was small as expected but all that we needed and we slept so well! The beach was located a short walk away and they even provided us with great beach chairs and umbrella. We would definitely come back for a quiet getaway.

My family had an amazing stay! Everything was clean and we loved the area! We walked to the Baytown ward most nights. It was clean and peaceful. Will definitely be back!! James place is one of our favorites. Can't beat the location and the hosts are wonderful. Always so accommodating to our family and our pups. We will always come back here!

Perfect location with access to a well outfitted fitness center and located within a short drive to coffee shops and grocery stores. The beach area outside this Airbnb is much less crowded than other areas beside us which is a big plus. Would absolutely stay here again!

We arrived from Wisconsin to find the home we reserved was just awful. I can't describe how devastated we were. My daughter immediately began looking for an Airbnb and she found Myrna. Our Host had us signed up and in the same day!! This was a great location!! Close to grocery stores, outlet shopping (every store you can think of!!), beaches, restaurants, golf ..... amazing!! The condo was steps from a gorgeous beach. I am 61 and my daughter is 38 and we had a blast. Everyone was so friendly. The pools were warm and very clean. We loved having a bar and grill right at poolside. We took a 1.5 mile walk twice a day along the beach. The condo was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. We were impressed at how responsive our Host was. The pools were closed for service for a few hours and our Host texted us in advance so we were prepared and she answered our messages very quickly. We'll be back many times - the service and location has us hooked!!!!

Our stay was during peak spring break season, but as the reviews advised, the area of beach this condo is on was very peaceful and family oriented. Being able to walk right off the patio to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Miramar beach is our favorite part of the area next to shopping and great restaurants, so we were very pleased with every part of this rental.

We booked our stay in August of 2024. I messaged Julie soon after, asking if the condo was beach front like the picture showed. She responded quickly with pictures that matched the Airbnb pictures. She also provided all the information I needed about the condo and surrounding restaurants and activities without having to ask. Her recommendations were great, she is the best host!! We will be in touch with her for our return to Destin!! We couldn’t have been happier or more impressed!! There are 3 really important things we look for in a stay: cleanliness, a working air conditioner and comfortable bed, so a superb host is an extra treat!!! Anyone who gets to have Julie as their host is blessed!!!

This place was exactly like the pictures online. It was immaculately clean. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we stay here! It is super clean and Laura is a wonderful host! She checks in and always answers any concerns or questions right away. So much to do in the area and easy access. I highly recommend staying here!!

Have stayed in this building before and I believe that Trish's condo is the BEST location in the whole building. It's at the end of the hall (private, aside from maybe 2 other units), next to the stairs that go right out to the pool and the walkway to the beach. Well appointed, clean and fresh, and a great balcony. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with the essentials. Will look for it again when we come back to Sandestin!

Great and charming 1 bedroom apartment in Sandestin. Near the Wharf shops and plentiful shopping in Sandestin. I would stay again but if you want the beach experience, this is not the place for you. I would stay here again!
