Casa Müsu, a charming rustic home in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu is a charming little cottage completely renovated. It is located at the foot of Pizzo Vogorno, halfway between Locarno and the Verzasca pools in Lavertezzo and Brione. The first bedroom is on the second floor of the main body: it has a double bed. The second is ten meters from Casa Müsu: it is accessed by a covered external staircase and has a double bed (as in the photo) or two single beds. A third bed can be added. Casa Müsu has a private parking space.

Beautiful, former and beautifully converted laundry house in the well-kept plot of Villa Belmonte in an exclusive location. Cosy garden with sun loungers and stone table with adjoining vineyard. Fantastic views over Bellinzona to Cannobio (It), from the lake to far into the mountains. Very quiet, peaceful place, ideal for lingering and relaxing. During the winter months it can get chilly in the house as it is not winterproof insulated. (Sweaters & finches a must).

The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.

Ai Ronchi Apartment

Located in an environmentally recently renovated building, i.e. hot water and heating are generated by a thermal pump. Electricity is supplied by photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the building. The apartment is comfortable, furnished in modern style, located on the ground floor of a two-family house overlooking the road leading to Valle Verzasca. Taking advantage of the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore.

The house is located in the historic center, in a sunny area, the apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace overlooking the village. Parking is free, train station is a 3-minute walk. Nearby there are services such as grocery stores, bakery, restaurants and grottos, hairdresser and pharmacy.
