Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolle Lage und die Wohnung tiptop - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich, Die Aussicht sehr schön, ohne auto sehr gut und einfach erreichbar. Die Treppen bis zur Unterkunft sind nicht zu unterschätzen den man läuft schon ein Stückchen nur so als info... auch sehr cool und flexibel von Interhome fand ich das man sich zeit lassen kann beim aus checken wen die wohnung nicht belegt oder reserviert ist am nächsten tag. Sehr zu weiterempfehlen danke Interhome✌🏾💫

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt voll genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Alle Mails wurden prompt, freundlich und engagiert beantwortet und der Empfang war ebenso freundlich. Der Badestrand und die Altstadt von Ascona sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Bushaltestelle. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung selbst angenehm ruhig gelegen.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Auf die Sauberkeit wurde sehr viel Wert gelegt. Die Lage war auch sehr super. Alles wurde gut zu Fuss erreicht. Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und antwortet schnell auf alle Fragen. Parkmöglichkeit ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Herzens zum weiterempfehlen.

Hat mir super gefallen. War voll ruhig mit toller Aussicht und viele sehr schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Vielen Dank Filippo!!!!

Logement très bien équipé, bien chauffé et très proche du site d’escalade de Cresciano. Avec des nouveaux blocs récemment ouverts juste derrière le logement. L’arrivée et le départ sont très simples avec la boite à clef. L’endroit est très calme pour un séjour bien reposant. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Unglaubliche Lage mit einmaliger Sicht auf den Lago dOrta. Im grosszügigen Garten auf bequemen Liegestühlen durften wir schnell eintauchen in totale Ruhe und Frieden. Das Haus ist grosszügig - und perfekt eingerichtet. Uns hat es beim Kochen an nichts gefehlt, weder an Utensilien noch an Gewürzen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen in sehr bequemen Betten. Ich, als elektrosensibles Wesen konnte den W-lan Stecker ziehen, dadurch strahlenfrei leben und schlafen, ein riesiges Geschenk. Danke dir, Davide, dass du uns so gut eingeheitzt hast, dass es auch an kühlen Abenden gemütlich war. Ein Anliegen zum Schluss: ich wünschte mir dass alle Mieter eigenverantwortlich Geschirr und Töpfe sauber in die Schränke räumen würden, zur Freude aller Beteiligten.

Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Ein großartiges Dorf voller Ruhe, Natur und lieben Menschen. Es tut weh, wieder wegzufahren.

Tolle, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und super Blick auf den See. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren stets verfügbar. Außerdem konnte man auch die Stand up paddle und Kanus der Unterkunft nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt am nördlichen Ende des Sees und wir haben es so empfunden, dass dadurch nicht ganz so viel los war wie in den südlicheren Ortschaften. Durch die Lage direkt an der Straße ist es etwas lauter, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Der direkte Zugang zum See war uns das allemal wert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay in Verceia and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house is beautifully refurbished with a modern yet cozy feel, and it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely outdoor space. The views from the house are truly stunning—waking up to the mountains and lake each morning was unforgettable. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing, hiking, or exploring the surrounding area. We felt completely at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. This was one of the most peaceful and scenic places we’ve stayed, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

Andrea’s home was a perfect quiet location for visiting beautiful Bellagio and Varenna … we stayed for 6 amazing days. Lots of day trips and even the train to Switzerland for a day. The apartment is just a walk to the ferry and then so nice to come home to Griante after spending the day with crowds. The view from the balcony is spectacular … we saw the most amazing storm with thunder and lightning. The mini mart, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
