The apartment is excellent. Has all the amenities you are looking for. I debated many days to stay at a palm hotel or an apartment, and made the right decision by staying here. Location is wonderful, pool, beach, restaurants, public transportation. Andre on top of all that is very easy to communicate with. Had to change my dates because of airline changes and he was very understandable. One of the things that was important to me is who you are renting from and you can’t be in better hands that Andre. Without a doubt excellent experience.

In addition, the location of the accommodation with direct access to Marina Mall as well as the fitness studio and the use of the pool are very good options that make the stay in this accommodation. I found the size of the accommodation and the bathroom with the bathtub very nice and good. I enjoyed everything very much.

Beautiful apartment and great location with a lot of good restaurants and DMCC metro station right outside the building. I loved everything about my stay specially the bedroom with comfy bed and blackout curtains.

Definitely will be coming back here again. The apartment was amazing, spacious and had a small balcony with a great view. It’s so easy to get to places from here and you’re conveniently close to Dubai Marina Mall. Walid was also an excellent host and made me feel right at home.

location, location location! top place on west palm beach with top restaurants and beach clubs. rooftop pool is nice but busy and a bit messy. this is not a problem due to all the possibilities within walking distance! it is recommended.

The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

The communication on Airbnb before my flight was excellent, quick responses and comprehensive information provided. I was hosted by Yogesh, who was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the experience even more pleasant. During my stay, I had frequent contact with the guest service team, who were extremely helpful and even arranged a cleaning on the day I requested, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was a dream, so quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The apartment was also very spacious, contributing to what has been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Additionally, the amenities were exceptional. The swimming pool, gym, and beach access were all complimentary, offering the perfect way to unwind and escape the noise of city life. Every moment was enjoyable, and the days seemed to fly by. Good and friendly Personal in building, Dubai mall 20min by feet, 6min by e-scooter away. you have a parking lot for your car and in kitchen was as it described. Pooluse and Gym also for free.

Highly recommend & definitely do not hesitate to book here! Perfect location as well as it’s a max 7/8 minute walk from Dubai Mall so very convenient for the location! We had an amazing time staying in this app. Great location, amazing view. Walking area at the beach is super close, lot of restaurants, good shops and cinema in a walking distance. The owner was super friendly and helpful . Highly recommended.

Simply perfect stay! The B&B turned out to be exactly as in the photos, if not better. From the very first moment, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness: every room was perfectly tidy, sanitized and cared for in every detail. It is rare to find accommodation where the cleanliness is so evident and constant. The structure is splendid, organized with taste and intelligence. Each space has been designed to offer comfort and practicality, without ever sacrificing aesthetics. The furnishings are modern but cozy, and the layout of the rooms makes the stay very pleasant, whether it is a weekend or a longer stay. All the promised services were present and fully functional: from the fast Wi-Fi connection to the equipped kitchen, from the air conditioning to the hot water always available, nothing was missing. The care and attention of the managers in wanting to offer a unique experience is clearly perceived
