The apartment is excellent. Has all the amenities you are looking for. I debated many days to stay at a palm hotel or an apartment, and made the right decision by staying here. Location is wonderful, pool, beach, restaurants, public transportation. Andre on top of all that is very easy to communicate with. Had to change my dates because of airline changes and he was very understandable. One of the things that was important to me is who you are renting from and you can’t be in better hands that Andre. Without a doubt excellent experience.

Great location, accommodation, & utilities. Amazing communication & was extremely helpful per my requests. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in JBR, felt right at home.

Beautiful apartment and great location with a lot of good restaurants and DMCC metro station right outside the building. I loved everything about my stay specially the bedroom with comfy bed and blackout curtains.

Było idealnie❤️Wspaniała lokalizacja, nieskazitelnie czysto, na miejscu wszystko co potrzeba: kawa, herbata, cukier,kosmetyki, kuchnia wyposażona idealnie( jak w domu) My nie korzystaliśmy ze zmywarki ani pralki, co również było dostępne i bardzo ułatwia dłuższe pobyty.Żelazko, deska do prasowania i suszarka. Tu zwyczajnie nie można się do niczego przyczepić. Gospodarz Walid to niezwykle serdeczna osoba, która robi wszystko co w Jego mocy aby goście czyli cię cudownie. Zawsze serdecznie odpowiada na pytania i rozwiewa wszelkie wątpliwości- bardzo cierpliwy człowiek. To mój trzeci pobyt w Dubaju i już wiem, że znalazłam wreszcie miejsce na kolejny pobyt :) Dostęp do siłowni i super basenu, parking i bezpłatne wi-fi- wszystko na 100%. Za te pieniądze nie można chcieć więcej. Serdecznie dziękujemy i do zobaczenia.Polecam wszystkim!!!

Als je echt van luxe houd ben je hier op de juiste plek. Vieuw over de marina en JBR tegelijk met dubai eye. Super mooi.

locatie, locatie locatie! top plek aan west palm beach met top restaurants en beachclubs. zwembad op het dak is leuk maar druk en wat rommelig. dit is geen probleem door alle mogelijkheden op loop afstand! het is een aanrader.

The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

Very affordable. Great view. Parking is very easy. Will definitely choose this again.

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans ce Airbnb, tellement que je l'ai prolongé à deux reprises. Le mot à couper le souffle pour parler de la vue est vraiment approprié car la vue est incroyable, tout comme l'immeuble, les communs, TOUT. GuestReady est au top, on peut les joindre à n'importe quel moment ils sont très réactifs. Je recommande à 100%.

The communication on Airbnb before my flight was excellent, quick responses and comprehensive information provided. I was hosted by Yogesh, who was incredibly friendly and communicative, making the experience even more pleasant. During my stay, I had frequent contact with the guest service team, who were extremely helpful and even arranged a cleaning on the day I requested, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself was a dream, so quiet and peaceful, with a breathtaking view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The apartment was also very spacious, contributing to what has been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Additionally, the amenities were exceptional. The swimming pool, gym, and beach access were all complimentary, offering the perfect way to unwind and escape the noise of city life. Every moment was enjoyable, and the days seemed to fly by. Alles prima. Nur die Anweisung welcher der 3 Tower es ist fehlte, Wir sind lange herum geirrt und konnten niemanden erreichen. Als wir dann. an der Rezeption waren wusste niemand Bescheid weil wir auch die Apartment Nummer nicht hatten. Ansonsten alles prima.

Ich bin seit 3 Monaten in Dubai und war schon in 11 verschiedenen RBnB Unterkünften. Das zweite mal war ich jetzt bei Ferhat in einem seiner Unterkünfte und muss gestehen, dieser Mann weiß genau was er tut. Alles was er macht, macht er mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft, welcher sich in seinen Appartements widerspiegelt. Er achtet auf viele Details, welche den Gast rundum zufrieden und glücklich stellen. Ich habe mich in dem komplett neurenovierten Appartement sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und würde in Zukunft jedes seiner Appartements blind anmieten und immer wiederkommen 👌

Osama was really helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, was very quick in response timing, ensured that everything had been running smoothly! Highly recommend & definitely do not hesitate to book here! Perfect location as well as it’s a max 7/8 minute walk from Dubai Mall so very convenient for the location! Will definitely be staying here again upon my future returns to Dubai🙌🏽

We had an amazing time staying in this app. Great location, amazing view. Walking area at the beach is super close, lot of restaurants, good shops and cinema in a walking distance. The owner was super friendly and helpful . Highly recommended.
