You will have full access to the pool and large outdoor area surrounded by mossy Live Oaks. Our home is settled in a quaint neighborhood. Studio C is a gem. Perfect for a short getaway or long vacation. Very central, easy access to great eateries and bars. Christine was a pleasure to work with, any questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The place is so comfy and cozy. Definitely recommend , and will use again .

We had the pleasure of staying at Gina's cottage for 4 nights while our house was being renovated. The place is very clean!! the cleanest lodging I've ever stayed. Gina answered every questions and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Everything is ready for you to start living here. Sun screens, waist packs, and a straw hat if you're a hiker, saran wrap you name it. lots of thoughts went in preparing this place. We have to home cook most meals due to our health issues. Fully equipped kitchen made our chores a freeze. Items are well organized and easy to find. Thank you Gina, for making this trip so nice! I'll definitely come back!

Firstly, if I can give more than five stars I would. Everything was so perfect in every way. Susan was such a good communicator and kept me up to date so I could see a Launch from her front yard. The house was so nicely stocked with dishes and pots and pans. She even left gourmet dog treats which my dog devoured. It was a memorable stay.

Perfect location just a block away from the water and a clear view of all the rocket launches at Cape Canaveral. Only had one issue with the batteries on the door lock and it was corrected immediately. Great hosts and have already reserved an additional stay in early January. Would recommend highly for any prospective customers.
