That was exactly the stay I was hoping for. peace and quiet, the house is right by the beautiful lake. you have the amazing lake view from the outside balcony but also right from the living room! it's just amazing. Amazing wildlife right outside. Beautiful birds. The house was clean and comfortable, it was welcoming and had everything I needed. It's really a place where you can relax and find peace. The town is also very nice with restaurants and shops. The walk around the lake Ariana at sunset was spectacular (took about 2 - 2.5 hours). Joni was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back!

Stay at Jen's place you won't be disappointed. Its very close to the beach access. The apartment is cozy and perfect for a couple. AAA+++ Bonus.. If you stay on the weekend you will likely see the cruise ships heading out, cruising is our passion so it was amazing seeing the many ships head out to sea.

We stayed 8 nights and wish it was longer! Everything was awesome! Kathy is very responsive and helpful. Her place is impeccable and she has everything u might need there. I went out to buy some bug spray and then saw a whole can in the laundry room after!!!!! Do look around because it’s probably in there! Property is a little piece of heaven! Fished off dock and beach was closer than I thought it would be! And “private” is an understatement!!! 2 days there was no one in sight!!!!!! Absolutely awesome and will be back! My husband and I chose this spot to get married, and choosing this Condo with Scott and his wife make the trip just that much better! It is CLEAN, tidy, and has everything you may need. The view is breathtaking, and Scott as well as his wife quickly responded to us when we needed help with water pressure issues, in less than 12 hours someone was there to fix it! I cannot recommend this enough! Choose this place, and you'll be happy, well rested, and will miss it the second you leave!

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

We have done a yearly beach trip since we got married 13 years ago. We now have a 4 year old and a 8 month old. This is the best place we have stayed in yet. The place was super nice and had everything you could possibly need for an incredible beach trip with or without kids. We will definitely want to stay here again!

Ken's place was perfect to start our vacation with. We only spent three nights there, but loved the place and the location. We never took the time to use the hot tub, but we did see a rocket from Coconuts on the Beach and walked the beach each evening. We learned that we prefer the southern part of Cocoa Beach over the north and the proximity made all of the difference for what we had planned. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. Ken stopped by to talk a couple of times and he was both easy to talk to and always had a recommendation ready. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you for the great stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was easy and consistent from the start. They truly went above and beyond,anything you could think of needing was already in the house. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing weekend. I’ve been looking for a go-to place when I’m in town visiting family, and I’ve definitely found it. Highly recommend! The house is very homely feeling… like a lived in home vs. a sterile, minimalist vacation home, very well equipped- there was lots of amenities to use the kitchen, plenty of places to sit and eat. It was a sufficient space for our purposes. The pool could use a bit of a cleaning or “makeover”. There were a lot of cool plants and a great large table to sit and enjoy the peace out on the patio. The decor was a little bright/80s/90s/eclectic and not my style but if that doesn’t bother you - this place is fine. I really struggled with the queen sized bed- it’s VERY HIGH (I’m 5’3” and had to practically jump into it) and it was quite uncomfortable. The house could use some updates but otherwise was clean and well appointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Susan was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. The location was perfect for our trip, and we truly appreciated the little touches that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here, and we’d definitely love to come back in the future. House was quaint. Clean with plenty of space for our party of 7. The small wading pool was a nice addition for the Florida heat. Kitchen isn’t completely stocked as it would be at home, and there were some leftover food items in the fridge. But all in all the place was perfect for what we needed. And Bruce was very responsive. Would gladly come back again for the weekend. Thank you!

Wonderful little stay up in Titusville. Looks the same as the pictures and is very cozy. Host was amazing and extremely helpful and understanding. Definitely would stay here again.

I was impressed with everyone’s great reviews about this location. I’m pretty picky when it comes to housing but this location was spot on. Titusville is not a big city but this was a great location, central and easy to get too. It’s peaceful. Great location. All the pictures are exact. I was specifically looking for 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The layout was perfect. The master is separated from the rest of the rooms. The second bathroom had a large double vanity. The theme throughout the house is cute and consistent. All areas are very comfortable. Good firm beds. AC worked well. The host was extremely responsive. Everyone was very comfortable.

We had an absolute blast at Bob and Shannon’s house in Titusville! The spacious pool area was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the Florida sun. The ping pong table was a great addition, and our family spent hours having friendly competitions. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and the hosts were responsive and accommodating. If you're looking for a fun and relaxing getaway centrally located to so many great things to do, look no further! We will definitely stay there again if visiting the area.

The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

perfect location, not even 5 minutes from beach and 10 to 15 minutes to most restaurants by walking. very clean and alone of amenities. we will be definitely staying here again.

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. My wife and I have been coming to the Cocoa Beach area for several years. This was the first time I saw this place available, and what a hidden gem it is. Great location and super close to everything. Super clean, and what a view. Has everything you possibly need from a fully stocked kitchen to all the needed beach necessities. Will definitely be back again, actually have already booked for next year! Highly recommend this host and condo! Thanks for letting us stay.

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect in every way; perfect location and easy to get to…as we used Uber a lot. Close to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs….less than 15 min Uber. There is a Starbucks next to the building which was awesome. Nicoleta is a fantastic host, replies right away and gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions. Communication was great and she is very attentive. Again, very impressed with the place. All the amenities you need and very comfortable and clean. Was also a huge bonus to have 2 bathrooms.
