The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

This is a very cute small apartment with a small second bedroom. This is not a party place. It is meant to be a great place to relax. You can also walk a block to the river and watch the rockets take off. It is 600 square feet for you and your family. There are tv's in each bedroom and the living room. The dinning table is for two but has extra tray stands for additional people. You have the convenience of a washer and dryer in the apartment for those who want to have longer stays.

Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer.
