Our stay was fantastic! The home was cozy and welcoming. It had everything we could have possibly needed to make our stay more enjoyable. China was an amazing host and made our stay even more wonderful. 10/10

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

Absolutely outstanding hosts—friendly and so very kind & generous, offering help with absolutely anything we needed! It was a pleasure to stay at their place. They made us feel right at home. A very short drive or 10 minute walk to the beach, and they even lent us their chairs & umbrella. We had some beautiful sunset & sunrise walks on the beach. The small studio apartment is very cozy, but has everything you need, and is sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The backyard is like a mini oasis—so full of beautiful plants. Very quiet & private. It was a delight to stay at their place! And their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

We have done a yearly beach trip since we got married 13 years ago. We now have a 4 year old and a 8 month old. This is the best place we have stayed in yet. The place was super nice and had everything you could possibly need for an incredible beach trip with or without kids. We will definitely want to stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Communication with the host was easy and consistent from the start. I have stayed in many Airbnbs and this one was by far the best experience I’ve had. The plan was to make it to Orlando a day early to go out and enjoy before we left for our cruise, one we made it to the house, Carol was so nice, helpful and welcoming, the home was so comfortable and the whole home itself was so peaceful we decided to not go anywhere! Sitting in the back watching the fish, swinging on the swing, watching the roosters was exactly what we needed. And the host was one of the most beautiful helpful people I ever met in life. Everytime I visit Orlando I will be looking to stay there!

Chef’s kiss! 🤌🏼 The neighborhood, the home, the yard, THE WATERPRESSURE 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 This place is it We will be back It’s beautiful and homey My 8 yr old learned to swim in the beautiful pool and my 11 yr old He’s non verbal but today when it was time to leave and he kept taking his cup and putting back in his vacation room and then the heartbreak when he realized we were leaving I’m gonna go with he loved the house as much as the rest of us! Thanks so much for hosting us PS we already have friends and family asking for the reservation info to enjoy for themselves. 🤌🏼

House was quaint. Clean with plenty of space for our party of 7. The small wading pool was a nice addition for the Florida heat. Kitchen isn’t completely stocked as it would be at home, and there were some leftover food items in the fridge. But all in all the place was perfect for what we needed. And Bruce was very responsive. Would gladly come back again for the weekend. Thank you!

Glenn’s place was wonderful. It was clean,spacious and everything i needed was there. The views were very cute to have a picnic and you can also go up to the horses they have in the same little community. I had no problems with my stay and I would definitely come back. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay by the springs and orlando this is the best place to go!

Thank you Tina for the incredible location for our Girls weekend! Tina was a wonderful host - communicative and clear from start to finish and check-in was a breeze. The house was just as described and immaculate upon arrival. Perfect location if you're looking to experience what the real Downtown Orlando is like and not just Orange Ave or I Drive. Growing up in Orlando, the house has everything you could need and expect from a Florida home - the pool was perfect and the outdoor lounge area was heavily loved. All we needed to do was stock the fridge and make the playlists - Thanks again!

This Mahalo Condo is the perfect setup for anyone seeking direct access to the beach and ocean. Thoughtfully equipped for every way you might want to enjoy Cocoa Beach, it made our stay both easy and memorable. The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

Place itself was as described. Property is located on the beach, pool is a quick walk from the room and had plenty of parking. Inside was clean and had been updated. The only issue we had was checkin. Code provided for mechanical lock was not correct. Sent message for assistance but took almost 40 min additionally to be able to get in. We understand things happen, overall a nice place for price.

The condo has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Only good things to say about this condo. We have been regular visitors to New Smyrna Beach over the years and this one may be our favorite condo we’ve stayed at. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The condo is very inviting, the beach is fantastic, the pools are great, the bed and couch are very comfortable, the kitchen is very functional, the decor adds to the nice beach-y feel, towels and beach gear are more than adequate, clean, etc., etc. All good things.

Stacey’s place was perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood was quiet, and the quick walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. The bed was really comfortable, and while we didn’t use them, the beach gear in the closet was a nice touch. Great location in NSB!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

May was amazing. The condo was amazing. The beach was amazing. All questions were answered. Don’t hesitate to book this condo.
