Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mimizan

Frankly great! We were hosted very well, Soraya is a really nice person and always available. We had a slight electrical problem that she was able to solve very quickly by always remaining available and attentive, as for the accommodation it really kept all its promises. I highly recommend it and thank you for everything Soraya!

We enjoyed our stay very much, Sophie and Roland were easily accessible and gave tips for the area. The cottage is cozy and thoughtfully decorated. All amenities are available. The garden is wonderfully quiet and really exudes a beach atmosphere. Very nice that we could use the bikes (and the children's bike chair). We hope to be back!

The house is very well located, easy to access, very pleasant and well equipped. There's everything you need for a great stay! Terrace, garden furniture and barbecue! Everything is there! Katherine's kindness and responsiveness is appreciated. We'll be back with pleasure!

We had a lovely stay, ideal accommodation for a couple. Nathalie is very accommodating, and there is all the necessary equipment in the accommodation. The only small downside would be the opposite on the hot tub.

A big thank you to our hostess for her flexibility. The accommodation was impeccable, clean and welcoming. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and the shaded wooden terrace is super nice. The place is very quiet.

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with great recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both remained available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision consisting mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops... Thank you for making this beautiful home available to travelers! 🧳🏖️ We had a great stay all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

We had a great stay at Sylvain and Jennifer's! The house is very nice, very well equipped, in a beautiful environment facing the forest. Very good location for access to the lake and ocean Recommended without hesitation!

We enjoyed the time very much. The unique view of the sea is very nice. Very good restaurants are also just around the corner. The apartment is very suitable for a vacation for two.

We loved our time in the flat! The beach was close, we had a lot of space and everything felt very cozy! We would definitely book this flat again! :)

The instructions were clear. The accommodation was clean, tidy and completely matched the description. We didn't see Jérémy, but he was very responsive and available. In addition, the accommodation is very close to the beach. There's a lot of commerce nearby. In short, our stay was pleasant. I would recommend Jérémy's place.

The apartment is simply stunning,as shown in the photos, and very spacious. Ingrid met us at check-in, providing us with details on the apartment, neighborhood and other recommendations throughout Bordeaux. We were able to leave the doors open to catch the cool breezes for several nights and closed the doors when the noise from the street became bothersome. The earplugs made the noisy nights peaceful. The location is easily walkable to all the sights to see in Bordeaux and is surrounded by any type of store or restaurant that you could want. We loved Bordeaux and would highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is new and super clean, close to town centre and beach. The sunsets at beach are breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

A cozy nest... very well located. In the center of Mimizan beach. 5 minutes' walk from the central beach. All shops, restaurants, and other stores nearby. the top for a good relaxing time. I recommend it and I will come back.

Great stay for a family getaway. Shirley is very welcoming and attentive to her tenants. Impeccable apartments, you can go there with your eyes closed even with friends or families because it has 3 apartments in the same place which is a plus. Thanks again

The apartment was very well located and clean. The places look like the photos. I don't know if we were the first tenants of the season, but it seemed a little weird to have to move the furniture outside and put the chairs on the floor that were on the dining table. Since the cleaning fee was not charged, we expected to have to store the linen and leave the premises clean. On the other hand, it seemed excessive to us to have to make the beds, including putting the duvets and pillows in the covers. Also, the cleaning instructions were downright exaggerated for a stay of less than 24 hours on site. Nevertheless, everything went well and I consider it a good option for a family with small children who want to stay longer than we did.

Nice appartment directly at the beach and close to restaurants. A very convenient location and there is a car parking available.

La Monnoye was amazing… the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in - exactly as described. Nathaniel met us on arrival, gave us an orientation to the apartment and the neighborhood/city. The apartment was so lovely. Decorated to perfection, yet not stuffy. It was very comfortable. The bed was good. The in-unit washer and dryer was awesome perk. They left ample supplies, coffee and everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe, but is outside the most touristy areas of town. One evening there was a good bit of noise from outside, but it was not audible in the bedroom. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to access. The tram is very close, although we never used it. Uber was able to access the apartment. Highly recommend Nathaniel and Patrice’s apartment.

juliens place was perfect for myself and jenny. ideal for couples. great views of the sea. it was "home from home" for us. arcachon is a great place for a relaxing holiday. it has everything and juliens place compliments the place. definitely going back.

Apartment ideally located in front of the sea and close to restaurants! Good bedding and great views, we highly recommend it! A little extra our host even found us a parking space despite a lot of people, thank you ☺️

easy arrival at the accommodation, the best part, a parking space included. direct access to the beach by a charming path. in May, for us this year very few tourists so absolute quiet. and the sun was there so a delight.
