I loved my stay at Jeremy’s. He was very responsive and available to answer any questions. The Airbnb is at a great location. Walking distance from all the good restaurants and beach. 2min to restaurants and maybe a 5-8min walk to the beach. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Hello, we had a pleasant stay at Mimizan beach with Nathalie and her co-host Patricia. 14 days to hear the cicadas, 14 nights to hear the waves. The proximity to shops, the various markets (halls, night or day) are ideally located. No need to take the car, which didn't move much from its private location. The apartment is as described and photos, located a few steps from the supervised beach in a quiet area to spend a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Impeccable bedding. Our meals from breakfast to dinner were all taken on the terrace in the shade until 2:30 p.m. and in the sun in the afternoon and evening. The various exchanges, mainly text messages (as far as we are concerned) have always been responsive (action-reaction) very flexible on the check-in and checkout times. Perfect long weekend in this apartment where the cleanliness is impeccable. Ideally located close to shops and the beach, while being very quiet. Reserved parking is a plus . The apartment is well-equipped, the large balcony is very nice! The arrival instructions were very clear and precise.

The accommodation is very well located close to the beach and the city center, quiet. Very well equipped, faithful to the description. Communication with Vanessa was easy, she was very accommodating. Thank you very much. The only downside was not being able to use the bike room to store our bikes, but we were able to put them on the balcony.

Excellent stay at Ugo's. Ideal location on the marina of Capbreton and quiet. Shops and restaurants nearby (bakery, small supermarket...). Bike paths next to and about 15 minutes from the sea on foot. Parking in front of the residence (free at this time of year in addition) Charming little apartment with all comforts. Everything about it is excellent I had a great stay in this beautiful region and I will be happy to return! Thank you very much!

Bernard is very friendly and humorous. The location is absolutely quiet, we like to sleep with the window open - you can only hear the sound of the sea.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is located just before a pine forest, ideal for a walk - preferably with the dog. Biarritz and Bayonne are easy to reach, the nearby restaurants are also great (fish at the harbor, pizzerias, etc.). Jean-Marc responded to us extremely reliably and courteously and made our stay great with his open and warm manner. Thank you :)!

We felt very comfortable there overall. Location, neighborhood, beautiful amenities - everything as described. However, the garden is much smaller than it appears in the photos. In the kitchen equipment, a teapot and a coaster were missing, which were quickly procured, as well as a second dish towel (there were four of us there for a whole week). The bicycles are very simple and quite small. Right for small explorations in the village, but not for further distances. The times in the description - right after the keyword bicycles - refer to the car, not to cycling. We misunderstood.

Thank you very much to Antoine for his welcome, and his tips for making a pleasant stay. he recommended the cabin next to the accommodation to taste the oysters, we recommend booking it before going there. If you want to go to the Dune du Pilat go there by bus, simpler and more convenient.
