Great stay at Stephane's place. Stephane is a responsive and pleasant host, at the right distance . The accommodation has a major advantage in its location: both close to shops (without being in the noise of the city) and very close to the beach . Everything is possible on foot. Sunset every night 🙂 from the beach or apartment. The garage is very convenient and accessible to park bikes and store boards or beach stuff. Very pretty interior decor, large rooms with a view , and super equipped kitchen is very nice! We would recommend it without hesitation .

The place is in a great location. Close to ocean and shops. The place remains very quiet. We were never hot. There's always the option to create a draft. Warning for tall people, you'll have to lower your head to go into the bedrooms.

Sylvie's apartment is ideally located in the resort of Mimizan Plage with an ocean view that you can't get enough of! It is ideal for 2 people and very well located, quiet. Sylvie is very friendly, welcoming, and caring. We had a great week.

A very nice stay, a nice, quiet apartment, in a well-located residence 2 steps from the lake and 15 minutes from the ocean beaches. Claire was pleasant, available and responsive to our questions, flexible with schedules, and the accommodation is very well equipped (kitchen utensils in particular, but also common products such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, toilet paper, and cleaning products, and 1 fan much appreciated during this hot week). We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the garden, the heated pool (be careful children cannot stand, single depth 1.5 m everywhere), access to the residence's washing machine (provide change). We'll definitely be back! Thanks Claire!

The accommodation is very well located and very functional. Nearby there is the beach,restaurants. Shops are very nearby as well as other interests. The hotel is very nice and responsive.

We were staying in Bordeaux for a month. It was amazing to stay in Guillaume’s apartment! It exceeded expectations in how it was decorated and the tall, tall ceilings! We felt so at home and comfortable relaxing there. It was so entertaining to be right on Place du Parlement with all of the restaurants and entertainers. Yet, simply close the doors and you hear nothing! It’s very handy to the tram at Place de la Bourse which takes you anywhere you want to go in the city.

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is perfectly equipped, we really had everything we needed and then some! The setting was truly idyllic, we couldn't have dreamed of better! I highly recommend it!

Very cozy accommodation in a small atypical Basque village, very clean accommodation, very quiet... accommodation very well equipped with appliances. Everything is available to spend a pleasant stay, covered terrace... Everything is well thought out for our dogs, fenced garden, hair blower and vacuum, bowl etc. made available to us. Perfect apartment for 1 family with 2 children or 3 adults We would have really felt at home, everything was there. Beautiful independent terrace visually and with the hot tub. The person dedicated to reception/checkout is responsive and very nice. If I have a chance, I'll pick it up right away Don't hesitate!!!

We had a great stay in this ideally located accommodation, a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. The love room atmosphere made our stay particularly enjoyable, and we really enjoyed the amenities, the sona and the hammam shower. The accommodation was also very comfortable. We highly recommend it for a romantic stay.
