Holiday rentals with beach access in Mimizan

Nathalie’s apartment was great for a short stay. Location is ideal - quiet and yet a short walk from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Nathalie was very communicative, friendly and helpful. A general thing to note is the additional charges for bedding/towels but this seems common in France. Would highly recommend!

We loved our time in the flat! The beach was close, we had a lot of space and everything felt very cozy! We would definitely book this flat again! :)

Excellent short stay. Beautiful apartment, cleanliness at the top, hyper functional, almost with your feet in the sand. Beautiful terrace, sunny in the morning, perfect for breakfast. We really had a great time and we will definitely come back 👍

Frankly great! We were hosted very well, Soraya is a really nice person and always available. We had a slight electrical problem that she was able to solve very quickly by always remaining available and attentive, as for the accommodation it really kept all its promises. I highly recommend it and thank you for everything Soraya!

We had an excellent stay at Estelle's accommodation. The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: ocean and great beach, restaurants, bars, bike rental, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket. Possibility of parking very close to the accommodation. The accommodation is clean and functional. The enclosed terrace at the back is a real plus when you come with animals and is very pleasant to eat there. The bedding is comfortable, clean. Estelle is a super nice, responsive and helpful host. Really a flawless one.

Excellent stay!! Patrice is very friendly, responsive, his apartment is nicely decorated (no IKEA for once!!), super well arranged, which matches the photos, but better! Heavenly location and view. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much, Sophie and Roland were easily accessible and gave tips for the area. The cottage is cozy and thoughtfully decorated. All amenities are available. The garden is wonderfully quiet and really exudes a beach atmosphere. Very nice that we could use the bikes (and the children's bike chair). We hope to be back!

Great house, very good bedding, very clean and super well-equipped. Perfectly placed for surfing! 100 meters from the supervised beach. A little back, which avoids all the disturbances of the seaside. In addition Yann is very friendly and available H24. I recommend+++++

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with great recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both remained available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision consisting mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops... Thank you for making this beautiful home available to travelers! 🧳🏖️ We had a great stay all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

A small haven of peace, in which we travel well beyond Biscarosse. What we enjoyed the most is its location, conveniently located by the beach, and everything is within walking distance. We really enjoyed this stay in this lovely cocoon, so well decorated and perfectly arranged. Beautiful energy reigns in this apartment, which we find at Ninette, who is a very beautiful person, very accommodating, who responds quickly to messages, and who has left us beautiful recommendations about Biscarosse and its surroundings. We also really appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation, the fact that the beds are ready when we arrive, and that everything necessary is available (bath towels, shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine products, coffee, spices...) which is very rare, but so much appreciated when you only stay a few days. Everything is done to make us feel good, and we thank Ninette for this stay which was very refreshing.

Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). The parking space and bicycles are very nice. Our host was very responsive and we were greeted by his parents who were charming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

what a nice stay! Julien was very responsive, very present, while being discreet. very pleasant apartment, magnificent view of the Bassin d 'Arcachon. a few minutes walk from all amenities as well as the pier from where the boats leave for Cap Ferret/Île aux oiseaux etc... secure private parking, well appreciated. we loved everything about our stay! thank you Julien it was perfect :)

Hyper-functional apartment with breathtaking views of the Arcachon basin. Nicolas was very welcoming, available, with a lot of information about the places to see around the basin and a lot of humor. I recommend this apartment to those who want to enjoy the Arcachon basin.
