Townhome holiday rentals in MIMAROPA

This is a bang for your buck place. Has a store just beside it that offers almost everything (even sells brush that can be used for grilling 😂). Host and caretaker is very responsive. It's a bit difficult to park, but caretaker helped us out to maneuver. When we experienced an emergency, they were attentive and responsive, checking on us every now and then. Though, I suggested that they post a list of emergency number in the units they own specially that the municipal emergency response is really topnotch! Overall, even if our stay were hampered by an unfortunate situation of our own doing, we could say that we enjoyed the place we rented. Thank you and hope to return here again.

I originally booked 4 days… but ended up staying much longer — because I simply couldn’t leave. Christine and her husband are truly special people: warm, genuine, respectful, and with a fantastic sense of humour. We had deep, meaningful conversations, and also sang our hearts out at karaoke — what a combo! Their home feels like a warm hug. Cozy, peaceful, full of soul. They cared for me with so much love and attention — I felt safe, seen, and truly welcomed. Christine also helped me organise transfers and tours, and even offers her own author’s journeys — unique, heartfelt experiences you won’t find in a regular guidebook. I honestly fell in love — with them, their home, and the energy they create. If you want to feel at home in a foreign country — this is the place ❤️

2nd time I booked with Ms Rose place . The house is very clean, AC works well in both rooms everything was provided (kitchen equip, lots of towels etc,) very close to the beach and the host and caretaker is very responsive. Thank you Ms Rose for allowing us to stay in your humble place, we will definitely going back next year and book your place. Highly recommended .

It's our second time booking the airbnb. The hosts are very responsive, accommodating and flexible with the check in time. The place is very accessible and located very close to the mall, supermarket, and Calapan port. We will definitely book again in our next vacation.

Very peaceful and safe place to stay. Host and staff were very accommodating to my queries and provided a seamless check-in/out experience. Location also felt premium since it was located inside a secured subdivision. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and pristine place to stay!

Sonny's place is not in the center of the town but if you ride a tricycle it's just P10/pax or 3-5 minutes away. You can also walk if you want. I also love the view of the ocean in our room. Moreover, his staff is also hospitable and attentive to our concerns. They also offer a motorcycle rental for a fair price so that you could go around the town seamlessly. Nevertheless it's quite good, they just need to improve their bathroom odor and the water pressure during afternoon but overall experience was beyond my expectation.

The host is very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The house is complete with amenities, did not need to buy toiletries, water, etc. The host had it all prepared . Would definitely book here again, if we’re going back to the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is my 2nd stay at Phil's listings. As usual, Sir Phil is always responsive to my queries. His assistants were kind and were able to assist us with our needs like extra towels, cups, garbage bags etc.. Checking in and out are smooth. The unit were we stayed are complete with amenities. Ms. Lina was such a great host! She granted all of our requests. Her place was, of course, the highlight of our stay. It really felt like home away from home. Would definitely recommend this place!

Christine was such the best host we could ask for., our stay was prolonged because of typhoons and ferry cancellations but she made sure that we were comfortable and felt at home. She was really warm and accomodating to all our concerns and went out of her way to facilitate us getting back to Manila. The home is just mindblowing, well designed and lit spaces and lots of areas to relax and just be at home. Thank you so much Christine, it was really lovely to have stayed at your place and we will definitely only stay again with you whenever we are back in the country and in Mindoro. maraming salamat po godbless always hehe!! ❤️❤️😌😌❤️❤️

We stayed at Casa Privado for a few days during our Puerto Princesa trip and had a really pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent! It was very close to the airport, which made arriving and leaving super convenient. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet. The house was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything felt well-maintained. The air-conditioning in all the rooms worked perfectly and kept the place cool even during the hottest parts of the day. One of the things we were really impressed by was the solar power setup. There was a brief power outage after one of our tours, and we were able to switch to solar power with no problems. The only issue we encountered was the water pressure. It was consistently low so it was difficult to wash dishes or take a proper shower. It didn’t ruin our stay but it was noticeable. All in all, Casa Privado was a comfortable, peaceful, and reliable place to stay. Would love to go back in the future!

A fantastic place if you like nature and serenity. We booked this room for our staff as a team catch up (we had another unit here) and we all agreed it was an excellent spot. If you're coming all the way to OcamOcam, this is literally the best place. Amazing views, sunsets, pool, and the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and all are very approachable and friendly Highly recommended for nature lovers. Food options are a little limited, but you can always fill your belly- between the cook, ordering from the 2 local restaurants (who deliver) and extensive kitchen, food is available. Excellent host Maridel and property manager Mylene, good Starlink internet, and a huge pool, right in front of the ocean for snorkeling, swimming and boat trips, you really can't get better.

Great place to stay if you're itching for a beach road trip with friends. Beach was walkable from the place and had a chill atmosphere. House itself had complete amenities for a cookout - grill, oven, rice cooker, induction stove and complete kitchen/dining necessities. Bedrooms were spacious and clean for my barkada of 6. 1st floor is perfect if you're hosting an inuman/game night with friends. Overall, would recommend as the place is private, quiet and exclusive while being close to a beach but not too far from Metro Manila.
