The place was super clean, brand new and very nicely decorated. Check-in was also straightforward. Likewise, Lala proactively asked us earlier if we wanted to rent a scooter. This was then delivered at the agreed time. A pick up with the van was also organized by her. Lala was super friendly and easily accessible. Thanks for a great stay and your help! :)

It was a great experience! Power was out when we arrived but came back by 1pm. We were allowed to check in early too. Super nice and peaceful home. We all enjoyed the stay. We will definitely come back! Lovely caretakers too. Super acccomodating and helpful. We stayed on a friday and the place is just perfect to de-stress and have some quality time. I was able to write peacefully on my journal and had a cup of coffee while watching the sea. Highly recommend to try.

We enjoyed our stay here, the place is very spacious for a group like us. The host is very friendly and responsive. If you're looking for a less crowded space in Bora, this one's for you. It's walkable and is very near from different restaurants.

Sean's place is homey and the decorations were really nice adding homey vibe. The location is superb. Sean is responsive and he makes sure you enjoy your stay. The building is old but the building and unit is well maintaned. Will book again Sean's place when in iloilo.

The place was located far from the subd's entrance, away from the bustling highway. Apparently there's also a curfew imposed at night for deliveries, etc. Place was a whole house, and it was spacious and clean. Their Honesty Store located at the kitchen really stood out for me and my partner! Not having to think of where to buy some stuff for cooking was really great. Everything was labeled and guidelines for transportation can be found on the fridge door-- we appreciate that! It was an overall good stay. Would definitely book this place again. ☺️

Loved the place, would definitely stay again

We had a great stay at this property! The place was exactly as described and very comfortable. It’s located in a quiet, secure subdivision, which made us feel safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Accessibility was excellent, and everything we needed was nearby. The air conditioner worked perfectly and kept the bedroom cool, but since it’s the only AC unit, you have to leave the bedroom door open to cool the living room. This means the bedroom can get uncomfortably cold before the living room feels cool, making it a bit tricky to maintain a comfortable temperature in both spaces. One thing to note: the internet connection wasn’t very stable during our stay, so if you’re planning to work from home, it might be a good idea to bring a pocket Wi-Fi just to be safe. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

wonderful, clean home with a friendly and responsive host. we enjoyed our stay and will surely come back to this home if we ever need to visit the city again. the home was in a very convenient location with plenty grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants close by.

Beautiful Airbnb! Biggest highlights included the balcony view, kitchen and refrigerator, aircon, and the 2 minute walk to White Sand Beach. This Airbnb is located on a steep hill in a quieter and more isolated area of Station 3. The walk up the stairs is also quite steep. If you don’t mind getting your steps in, this Airbnb is perfect! My friend and I walked along the beach to reach most of our destinations and activities around Station 2 and D’Mall—it’s about a 30 minute walk to get to D’Mall from the Airbnb. Perfect for those who don’t mind strolling. If you want to take a trike, you’ll have to walk onto the main road up the hill from the Airbnb (opposite direction from the beach).

Christian was an excellent host. Very responsive. And the apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Also, the caretakers live on site and are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location as it is quiet but very close to the center of the city. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Thomas

We had a great stay at Casa Arturo. The unit was clean and the property has a beautiful pool and yard. The location is right off the main road so it’s very easy to grab a tricycle and we liked being the last picked up and first dropped off on our underground river tour since the property is a bit farther from most other hotels. Finally, the staff are very friendly and we loved hanging out with the property dog who always greeted us with excitement :)

Spacious and cozy. Great for families. Only e trike away from beaches but overall great stay.

Everything was perfect. Amy is a great host. She helped us with our transportation arrangements as well as local knowledge and diving. The unit was very nice and private. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

The place is large, spacious, cosy and clean, in a very peaceful part of Puerto Princesa. Kathlyn helped us check in quickly and it was a perfect place to rest before our flight the next morning. Thank you, would recommend to all.

This is a fantastic place to stay. I loved relaxing on terrace with the sunset view for the pool chair was stunning. The bath tub was clean and inviting but too hot to enjoy during the day, even with the roof cover. The host was incredibly kind allowing me to check in early and stocking fridge with fresh fruits and snacks. The property is located on a hilly type of location so getting there is a bit of trek. While it’s manageable for fit travellers but challenging if you have heavy bags. Overall I’d recommend this place for anyone who is looking to unwind in peace with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from your home place.

It's the perfect hideout for couples looking for a private retreat. Snugged in a quiet and high corner, this place is truly a gem. We were both so happy to have booked it. There's quite some steps to climb on your way up to the apartment but the view makes it totally worth it. The sunset view is magnificent. We rented a motorbike to move around as the resort is quite far in. But if you dont drive, the resort provides free daily shuttle too. There's cooking equipment provided and supermart is just 3 mins drive so it's very convenient. The staff are helpful and friendly, they give you a number to contact them anytime for help. Simply love this place!

We really love the place , ambiance and also how the owner communicate in regards with our concern. A month in Philippines with different locations and airbnb's and this was our favourite accommodation. Walk straight to the beach and the more quieter part which we preferred and the balcony views and the breakfast rooftop and the staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating. The location is great for those that wants less touristy but only thing I'd say is that we had to walk further down for a tricycle and the roads aren't developed so would've preferred a transport always ready but overall beautiful place to stay and so spacious and the bathroom is amazing, filtered water was there and serene accommodation.

The whole family really had a great time at Cherish's place. Cherish was a very responsive and accommodating host. She helped us with our tour packages and transportation. Everything was in order. She gave clear instructions and her whole staff were awesome. They were friendly, respectful, very helpful and attentive with all our needs. We were a big family of 18 pax and everyone was well cared for by them. Shoutout to Kristin, Dodoy, and Weng!! Thank you for all your help! Kudos to Cherish and Benj for training their staff well! Even going out of their way just to provide for our needs and accommodate our requests. Her place was very relaxing. The kids had lots of fun. It was a perfect place for a 5-day holiday and for a big group like ours. Wish we could have stayed longer. If ever we return to Puerto Princesa, we would definitely book this listing again.
