Great location, lovely accommodation and we would highly recommend. The host was friendly and we had a fantastic stay!

Vincent is best host in Airbnb and Current by Astoria is also best resort in Boracay.

This hotel-inspired place is worth its price. The room is large and air-conditioning is pretty fine - this place has a quite large bathroom too with clean and abundant stock of toiletries. Water supply is SUPERB and water heating is functioning as well. There are no issues on the check-in and the front desk lady and her assistant were very helpful too. Although the WiFi connectivity is not that fast and most of the time not working during our stay - the good thing is that cellular reception is available on the area and you can use that as back-up connection. We only stayed for a night BTW; overall stay is good.

We had a great time at Winnie’s place! I’ll surely book this place everytime I go to Bora! 1. Location - The airbnb is beachfront & away from the Boracay crowd. It’s such a peaceful neighborhood and you can just relax and swim by the beach. It’s just a 10-min walk to d’mall! The streets are dark but safe. There are also a lot of 24/7 sari-sari stores around the area for necessities. 2. Place - The room is clean and comfortable. They even cleaned the room for us when we requested. One note, the lights are dim in the room so at night, it’s a bit dark. Maybe they could switch the lights to something a bit brighter. 3. Friendly staff - Joy and her kid were both sweethearts. Joy guided us all throughout our stay and even accommodated our queries & requesrs. The staffs are also friendly! It feels like home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay here! 10/10 would book this again :)

Nicely situated on the hill, very close to the bulabog kitesurfing beach. Located away but not far from the center and white beach makes it a perfect escape to calm down from the crazy party/restaurant area. The view is worth taking the straits:) cozy bungalow well equipped with comfortable bed. Clean bathroom.

This is the best house in Boracay. I decided to book it again for three weeks.The room was as pictured, and the balcony was the best place for me to value the view above all.Woke up with the birds chirping every morning. There was a dog and a cat in the house, and they were all very cute. The owner Grace was very kind and polite about the island. I fell in love with her breakfast.The room was cleaned daily. They are very kind.They also let me use the kitchen.I was able to cook my own dinner for the kids from time to time, which was helpful.The supermarket walked nearby and took a motorbike for 50 pesos on the way home.I was told the secret path to the beach in the back, so I walked to see the Sunrise every morning and it was a 10-minute walk. White Beach is also a 10-minute walk away, so I saw the sunset.I loved the vegan cafe, which was a 7-minute walk away. I'm so excited to come back here now!

Very good stay. Perfect with our son 6 y.o. Hosts, Brian and Michelle, really nice, kind and helpful. Perfect place in a beautiful beach environment. Spent hours relaxing in sea, all the long beach for us alone. Kayak available for free, great paddling trip with the kid. Swimming pool big and clean enough. Apartment with two bedrooms, very comfortable and just a couple of minor details to improve, but just spent most of the time outside. Breakfast included very complete. No places around the complex for having lunch or dinner. For lunch they can provide a basic meal at a fair price and for dinner it's necessary to go to Poblacion, a small coastal neighborhood in San Vicente, 3 km away from the complex. Transportation from Foxy's is anyway available. To get there from Puerto Princesa or from El Nido is possible by minivan, you need to contact them previously. We didn't use it, instead, we arrived from El Nido by a bus that dropped us in the junction and from there managed to find a tricycle driver who gave us a funny ride to Foxy's. 2 days of top relax. Very advisable if you want to be in something similar to the last paradise but if you look for a typical holidays town with shops, restaurants and so on, this is not your place. Foxy's is in a future developing area (new airport to be finished soon, more resorts) so take the chance to go to Foxy's if you can before this little natural paradise will be gone.

Terrific resort once you get there. All the rooms are themed. Ours was the “Rockadelic Room” and I was truly amazed at the artistic, detailed, and craftsmanship of what they created!!! It truly made me wanna come back and try out each room. I’ve stayed at thousands of hotels and a pretty good number have been themed though it’s virtually never the reason I chose any particular hotel. But, this property is an exception because it’s just simply at another level. Hands down it is the best themed room hotel of any sort I have ever stayed at!!! I do not make that comment lightly either!! Marc whom I communicated with to find it was responsive. However, the city of Sipalay & the Province of Negros Occidental do not do any of the properties in this area justice! No signs, not even a road to turn off the highway, just a large lot you turn into. Yes, a dirt lot!! I’m not kidding. Marc gave me the heads up in a detailed message as to how to find the resort but as I said shame on the governments

We visited in the middle of March, and we had the whole resort to ourselves! It's your perfect little private beach in Torrijos, a 30-minute walk to Poctoy Beach, with cute Greek-themed cabins, nice home-cooked meals, and very accommodating staff. Dianne and Maricel found out it was our anniversary, and they gave us a rose and a balloon, greeting us with a smile. Small things like this are what we look for in a place to have our vacation.

The villa itself is lovely with everything you need for the couple nights I stayed. I loved the option of the pool when it was too hot for the beach. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The villa didn’t have a fridge but they accommodated some items for me when I asked. Super helpful with any tours you want to book. It’s so close to Lio Beach, 15-20min walk which is a really beautiful place to spend the day. Heaps of restaurants and bars to go to. I really enjoyed staying here and only wish I could have stayed longer but it’s always booked out so get in early! Thank you for such a warm and welcoming visit.

The host is responsive and accommodating with our concerns. The place is spacious and our family was able to have a bed to sleep in. The conference/ktv room is great idea for the gathering.

The accommodation met my expectations. It was clean and had the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Overall, a satisfactory experience. Thank you so much for welcoming us❤️

White House is perfect for big group. With huge common areas that you can enjoy. Complete with dining and bar area you could conveniently prepare meals since their kitchen amenities are complete. Guest rooms are well maintained complete with the essentials for a comfortable stay, although some beds need to be changed already. Location wise, it would be beneficial if they could put out signage’s of the property along the way for easy reference on its location and distance. Lastly, the gem of the property – Kuya Jun. We are very pleased with the outstanding service he provided us. He anticipated our every needs throughout our stay, always there for support and assistance. He really exceeded our expectations through his genuine excellent service! Thank you for a great service and memorable stay!

Had an amazing stay! The staff was very sweet and SO helpful. It was very clean and convenient. Walking distance to the beautiful beach, restaurants and all activities. I would definitely stay here again!

I will say Miss Liobe’s place is amazing. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The place is very beautiful and clean. The place is also very close to the Airport. The views are amazing. Her staff is very attentive to all your needs and wants. She was there to help in every way we could ask and more. I will definitely be back here. The pool was very refreshing and clean. The food was amazing also. The room was very comfortable and cool also. The Balcony in the bedroom is amazing too be able too look for miles of great views. Richard her Chef is also amazing and so helpful. Richard will also set up you to travel place to place if needed also. Can cook you, Any meal you desire. It’s a great place for a couple or if you have kids I would totally bring them here. There are no down falls here. The side street vendors are the way to go if you want fresh fruit 🍉 in the area. This is truly a hidden Gem 💎 I will definitely be back to see Miss Liobe and her staff. She is more than willing to help make your vacation time worth it. It was good, within walking distance to the beautiful beach and many restaurants. My only complaints were at night it might get a little noisy cause the room window is right on the street, also they had a lot of rules and only gave me one towel LOL.

The rooms we booked were not available due to construction going on in the house. But Sheryl organized rooms in a hotel around the corner which were actually more expensive (for the same price we paid). We left Romblon after one night because of bad weather. Sheryl was so kind to reimburse a good part of the money we paid in advance. And she offered to meet us for a chat, to give us advise and so on.

Matched the descriptions, responsive service, friendly. Very simple but clean and the airconditioning unit worked fine. Had bath towels, soap and hangers. Working door locks. The kitchen was closed.
