We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very hospitable and helpful in assisting us with our tours and other needs. We could also arrange for the time of breakfast. The bathroom and bed were very clean. I really recommend this place

Lucas’s place was just the right distance from the noisy city center. The staff helped us contact the tour for us and also helped us to remove the bugs in our room. I’ve noticed that people commented on bugs but I know that there are bugs wherever you go in the Philippines. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay there and would recommend others to stay here!

You cannot go wrong with this place. I mean free coffee and some snacks? If there's one thing I could suggest is maybe provide some thicker blankets or comforter. That's it. Nothing else!

I enjoyed my week long stay at Jim's, friendly staff always happy to help, 7 minute walk to the middle of town, the fan room met my needs, no mosquitos around and set back from the busy main road. I loved all the plants the owner has around the place, gives a great feel. personally I'd love if there was a plant in my room but that's me. would happily stay again, great value for a budget solo traveler or couple.

Rose is an extremely friendly and professional host. Her operation is clean and comfortable - and great value for the money. She also helped me arrange travel to Sabang, to the main bus station and made life much easier for me as a tourist who didn't know the area. They also have a great indoor kitchen and outside patio stove, and nice open air lounges on second floor, and good quality drinking water and fridge. Made my stay super homey. Just great
