Holiday rentals with breakfast in MIMAROPA

The property has a peaceful charm with a relaxing atmosphere, a private pool, karaoke, and beautiful surroundings—ideal if you’re looking to completely unplug and stay put. However, our experience was mixed due to several factors that future guests should be aware of. The biggest challenge was the location. The house is remote and not listed in the city’s tourism directory, making it hard for local transport providers to locate. Accessibility is heavily impacted by the tides—depending on the time of day, getting in and out requires a flat boat (at an extra fee), which felt like a charge that should have been included in the price. While island hopping was available, it came at an additional cost, and leaving the property for any activities required extra planning and expense. If you’re not planning to explore and are content staying at the property, this might not be an issue—but it’s something to keep in mind.

We knew very quickly upon arrival we would want to book a another month, which we did. The place is clean and safe. Priorities for us. The best part though is the on-site staff who really care for the space and for us. We felt at home right away. If something needs tending to they respond immediately and kindly. I work remotely and I've been able to keep things rolling despite being half way around the world from my office. Highly highly recommend staying here if you want a safe, clean and friendly experience.

Awesome place! Even with the rainy weather, our stay was pleasant. This is only the 3rd airbnb we stayed in where there were house staff who cooked meals for the guests. We didn't have to go to restaurants all the time, and we were able to enjoy a real vacation. The house staff ate Cynthia and her family were very helpful and always happy to treat us like family guests. I am happy to know that the homeowner has been checking in on us, if we were comfy during the stay. We enjoyed the house Christmas decors as well, took nice family photos in the house. Norman who assisted in the booking was also very helpful with our questions. Looking forward to staying here again with a bigger group and hopefully when weather is sunny.

This deserves a solid 5 stars! From weeks before our arrival to our departure, the host was exceptionally communicative and always provided quick responses. During our stay, Marj, the caretaker, went above and beyond, giving us a comprehensive tour and ensuring we knew how to use all the amenities. The facilities were immaculately clean, and it was clear a lot of thought went into the layout. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the listing was precisely as described. While they do have strict rules, they are completely understandable, so just make sure to read them thoroughly before booking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at josephine’s airbnb in palawan puerto princessa. The hospitaly was absolutely outstanding , and place very large and clean , everything organized . Thank you josephine for hosting us !

I was happy at Mileys, she did everything she could for us. The staff are wonderful, making them a great team. Unfortunately, I had an accident but this gave an insight to what a relaxed vibe, this beautiful place was. Being laid up in paradise wasn’t so bad after all, we loved the fresh mango iced smoothies, scrummy breakfasts and pots special Miley brewed tea. I had a walking stick whittled by Randy and arrangements were made easily to help us navigate what could’ve been a very stressful time. Miley has a unique healing nature, making me feel naturally relaxed. The evening before my accident Miley had told us her vision into making the retreat, which organically formed into a chunk of paradise at the top of the island. This took place when all the local villagers were in Covid lockdown and many had lost their jobs, the whole community were helping each other with building this project together, really is inspiring to hear. For the real travellers, not for touristy tourist! Protect it

This was one of our absolute highlights of our Philippines trip. Arvin and Kenneth provided an excellent service. The contact with Alfred was very helpful and friendly. If you like privacy and a beautiful small island this is a MUST. Thank you so much for this amazing experience. We enjoyed every second being on this wonderful island!

This is a fantastic place to stay. I loved relaxing on terrace with the sunset view for the pool chair was stunning. The bath tub was clean and inviting but too hot to enjoy during the day, even with the roof cover. The host was incredibly kind allowing me to check in early and stocking fridge with fresh fruits and snacks. The property is located on a hilly type of location so getting there is a bit of trek. While it’s manageable for fit travellers but challenging if you have heavy bags. Overall I’d recommend this place for anyone who is looking to unwind in peace with beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from your home place.

We had a great time at martin's place.The host and the caretakers were very responsive and friendly.Easy to find and just few steps to the beach front. We will surely book again on our future holiday vacation in boracay.

Awesome place, awesome location! I was very pleased with the unit we got! Clean, comfortable and near the best parts Puerto Galera. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. They helped me with my booking even if I planned and booked just the night before our visit. I will definitely be coming back here, and I would highly recommend this to everyone. Great Job!

We had a wonderful stay at Namal Apartelle, the room was clean and very cozy. Delicious breakfast was served in the room every morning and they also provided a scooter to use around the island. I highly recommend this place to everyone who’s in El Nido.

It's the perfect hideout for couples looking for a private retreat. Snugged in a quiet and high corner, this place is truly a gem. We were both so happy to have booked it. There's quite some steps to climb on your way up to the apartment but the view makes it totally worth it. The sunset view is magnificent. We rented a motorbike to move around as the resort is quite far in. But if you dont drive, the resort provides free daily shuttle too. There's cooking equipment provided and supermart is just 3 mins drive so it's very convenient. The staff are helpful and friendly, they give you a number to contact them anytime for help. Simply love this place!

Sir Toots was very hands on, from getting our QR codes, serving food, pointing us to great destinations and he served us free foods because it was his bday celebration. It felt like we’ve known him for a long time! Thank you for the chika and affodable accomodation boss toots. Will definitely go back!

A month in Philippines with different locations and airbnb's and this was our favourite accommodation. Walk straight to the beach and the more quieter part which we preferred and the balcony views and the breakfast rooftop and the staff was so nice and friendly and accommodating. The location is great for those that wants less touristy but only thing I'd say is that we had to walk further down for a tricycle and the roads aren't developed so would've preferred a transport always ready but overall beautiful place to stay and so spacious and the bathroom is amazing, filtered water was there and serene accommodation.

Staying at Anj's place at Balai Lawaan was such a respite for the soul. It's easily accessible via Grab or taxi-- a little further away from the city center, but worth the extra few minutes of travel. We slept so soundly each night, it was actually hard to wake up! Slow mornings with a hearty balanced breakfast on the garden terrace, basking in the morning sun, and the having coffee while taking in the calming sound of wind chimes in the garden-- such a slice of paradise. Anj was an amazing host and her staff was truly very warm. Looking forward to our next stay at Balai Lawaan-- the reviews were right, it's truly a home away from home.

We went to Lemery without expectations, but upon arriving at Joyce’s place it is like going back to time...to year 1870’s in particular. Her place kept the authenticity of the time. It is well-kept and charming. The town also had surprises which was great because my family really had a wonderful time.

Vicky and Jonnie have a nice bed and breakfast setup, with a very friendly and attentive staff. They are very connected to local services and options for activities. The food was delicious and hospitality was much appreciated. The pool tables were kept in pristine condition and the competition was ideal. If your a fan of billiards, this is the place for you! I would like to see a dart 🎯 board next time I visit ;)

This is my second time to stay at Richie Joy's place and like before, it's the best! Second to None!! I felt at home and was very comfortable! The room was clean and tidy, the hot shower was refreshing, and the air conditioning unit was perfect! My beddings and towels were replaced regularly or as needed with no questions asked! The front desk staff's were very attentive and always asking if I needed their assistance. They were always willing and able to assist in any way they can. If and when I get hungry, and ordered my meal from a set menu, my hot meal is prepared in 30 minutes! I highly recommend Philippa's B&B Pension House hosted by Richie Joy!! As far as I am concerned, Richie Joy is the best AirBnB Host ever!! "I'll be back"! Vincent~~~

Our stay at Anahaw in El Nido, Palawan was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. I can confidently say that Anahaw is the best choice for anyone visiting El Nido. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience unforgettable. The accommodations were top-notch, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay. we were particularly impressed by the daily breakfast they served - delicious and generous in portion, it always started our day off on the right note. The level of assistance we received from the staff was outstanding. From helping with our laundry to arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free. A special mention goes to Ate Joy, who surprised me with a birthday cake during our stay, making my birthday celebration in El Nido even more memorable. Furthermore, the host of Anahaw was incredibly helpful and very kind. Thank You Anahaw! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed here for 4 nights and the location was perfect. it was quite literally a 5minute walk to the centre of town and nearby beaches are only a short tricycle journey away. Price was very affordable and all of the staff and host were extremely friendly and informative. Breakfast was fantastic every morning and we were we never short of service. Should anyone I know visit el nido then I will definately recommend this place.

As with our previous stays, Macrina was an absolutely wonderful hostess. This time was a little different though, we asked Macrina to help us plan our wedding. And she eagerly jumped right in and started suggesting ways to make our wedding dream come true. She had connections and facilities to help make our special day just what we wanted! Macrina was able to accommodate our 15 guests. As an added bonus, Macrina’s daughter was our wedding singer and for a young lady, she has a beautiful voice and along with her mother made our day extra special. Maraming salamat, Macrina!

Such a nice stay right on the beach, Lorna arranged tuk tuk for me so had no worries finding the place. The free breakfast was delicious every morning and great to walk down to the restaurants and bars nearby. The only thing to note was that the shower did not lock properly but felt very safe around the area anyway. Lorna organised my trip back into town as well which I appreciated.
