The place was very clean and nice. It was in a very safe area. You have to go through a security guard to get to the place. The host were very responsive and accommodating. The view is breathtaking from the balcony. It is more of a residential area, so not as many places to eat around and such.

Wonderful experience staying here. The amenities included with the building are a huge plus.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Felt right at home! Felt safe and secured. I highly recommend!

It is a large , comfortable, clean and tidy apartment, it has a kitchen and even a washing machine , the host is always in communication and responds quickly any doubt, apart from the building has an elevator , I really liked the stay.

They are fully equipped houses (up to washer and dryer) shared pool and many more things. Wonderful. We loved it

Everything is very good with Lucia and her apartment. We are a company and we book for two of our foreign workers who were coming to the city at a company event and without any problems. Everything's great.

Raul was undoubtedly the best host on Airbnb we have ever stayed with. He was very responsive and attentive without being overbearing. I stayed for one month and he came once a week (with my permission) to change the sheets and towels and restock household supplies. The apartment was exactly as pictured and the patio was even more beautiful. There are three sets of locks on the doors so even when I was staying alone I felt safe. There is a restaurant/bakery across the street called Panetela (less than 30 second walk away), which was excellent. When Ubering, I would recommend putting Panetela as the destination rather than the address, as the Uber app can autocorrect the address to the wrong place. The Airbnb is also less than 10 minutes walk from Medica Sur. The only thing to note is that the beds and pillows are very firm. This was not an issue for me (I like firm), but if you’re picky about your pillow you may want to bring your own. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed because of a medical emergency, and we were able to do it the same day we booked. We always got quick and friendly responses to certain requests. The set is very clear in its regulations, which facilitates coexistence in general. Despite being a building with many apartments, we made use of the pool without a problem. Having the shopping center in front facilitates a lot of things. It's a ten out of ten.

The place is very conveniently located, close to many things and very easy to access. In addition, we feel safe because it is a closed street with security at the entrance and also inside the building. It has one parking space for easy access and close to the elevator. The apartment is just what is described, very spacious, with lots of light and was very clean. The best part was Anton and Gaby's service. They were always attentive, we had excellent communication and were incredibly kind. We definitely come back.

I was here for the month and felt right at home, it might not be polanco but you're in the heart of the locals, the people that work there are friendly and always smiling and it has everything you need for a long stay. gran sur is across the road which hosts a mall for you needs at home and the street food scene is always going off, it does take a hour to get into centro as traffic is always crazy in the city but you have everything you need here if you're wanting a more local experience would happily stay here again on my returns to the city
