Great staff and place

The house was absolutely beautiful! perfectly decorated and cozy. we loved the pool and the hot tub. the couple who take care of the property were lovely. there was a little snafu upon our arrival as the date had been miscommunicated to them so they were not present when we arrived, but they came right away when they were notified and let us in the gate.

Comfortable, well-designed and perfect for relaxing The house is very well thought out, with spacious areas and corners that are worth discovering. The pool area is ideal for spending the day, and the jacuzzi at night was a great plus. The kitchen and grill are well equipped. We also really enjoyed the basketball hoop in the garden. In addition, the host, Vladimir, was very kind and was always attentive to anything we needed. In general, a comfortable, functional and very enjoyable place. Highly recommended, a great experience.

I've been many times to Tepoztlan, my stay at Diana's place tops all other accommodations. A beautiful house close to the heart of town, an easy walk to many local businesses, while at the same time being private and calm. We enjoyed the pool every day, before and after our long walks, and slept through the night feeling like we're home. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

A very pleasant, comfortable and safe place. Lots of nature, the perfect climate, very comfortable facilities. The people who welcomed us made us feel very comfortable and confident, they showed us the whole place, we liked it very much and they made themselves available for anything we needed, the experts are very friendly, Duvalin accompanied us and Popis is a very nice dog, 100% recommended.

The stay was perfect, they were all the time pending, the house was as the pictures, quick responses, everything ideal, the only detail were rooms from underneath a lot of musty smell, but not a single complaint with all the attentions, in charge of the house and super friendly staff.😊

A little isolated, yet within walking distance of the town, the space is very nice, lots of light, with a very practical kitchen and plenty of cooking tools provided. Garden is nice and big, the water was hot, and the pressure was good. Maybe the only complaint would be the wifi sometimes dipped very low, which is not great if you need to work, but otherwise great.

Our stay in Germán's accommodation was incredible, the house is very beautiful, comfortable, spacious, very functional, exceeds the published, the pool is very large, clean and at a very good temperature since we request the boiler service, the beautiful garden and very well cared for, the terrace is ideal for family conviviality, in these areas you can enjoy a lot of sun and shade areas, the well equipped kitchen, the spacious and well-lit bedrooms, the functional and well-maintained living room and dining room, the entire house is clean and tidy, we thank Mr. very much. Germán who was always attentive and attentive to help us solve our doubts and was very accessible and understanding with our departure time. I really recommend this house if they want to have a few days of pleasant rest, we will return soon without hesitation

Nice house, functional, practical and comfortable for large families with/without children. Large garden and swimming pool. Lots of space to talk and have a great time! Highly recommended.

We liked the place, I think it was very nice to have a wide time range to arrive without haste. We only took the place to sleep because we had an event close to the place and the location was unbeatable.

Cristina's house is great for large groups. It's super spacious and all the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The house staff is super attentive and very friendly. Cristina was also very attentive to everything we needed during the stay. Would stay there 100% again!

It’s a really nice big property. Kitchen is beautiful the patio is amazing, with a nice view of the mountains ⛰️ bedrooms perfect with a nice bathroom each one. Pool perfect ( ask for heater $$ with a little price is worthy) at night we need and extra light 💡 and we need a NEW vine opener. Everything was fantastic. Thanks See you soon.

The house is spectacular and the service from Diana, the housekeeper, was very kind. We found 2 scorpions on the ceiling of a room when we went to sleep, but other than that everything was clean and it is understandable because you are in the middle of nature. Apparently the surroundings of the house are like event areas and during our stay people entered to see the places as if they had an appointment, which seemed confusing to us because according to Airbnb you rent the entire property and it is not private.

Felipe was very helpful. I booked for accomodation by my wedding and was very accessible to my own requests for my arrangement :) very friendly all the staff. Forgot an item and we were able to get it back later!!!
