A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

Cozy cottage sleeps 6 people. Upstairs is one large space with 2 bunk-beds and a Queen bed. Downstairs futon chair pulls out for single bed. Air Mattress also available if needed. Cornell and IC Graduation weekends: $500 per night/4 night minimum
