This nice apartment is just 5 miles from the Dreams Park and 8 miles from Cooperstown. It is one minute drive to the village of Milford - home to a restaurant, deli, and microbrewery. The apartment itself has one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and full kitchen. WiFi and streaming TV are provided. There is even good cell service here. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families.

A wonderful log cabin home in a beautiful setting! Every part of this stay exceeded our expectations! Our host, Eric was personable and communicated well leading up to and during our stay. Deer and turkeys roamed the property and we saw plenty of both! A true retreat that we hope to visit again soon!

The Old Antique House-4

If you are coming to the area for a week of baseball this is the PERFECT place to stay! We were 15mins from Dream's Park (didn't go to ASV but it too is apparently about 15mins away). We brought food to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. Location is close enough to come and go in between games, local restaurants, "big box" stores and fast-food should you need. Would have loved to enjoy the outdoor fire-pit though weather and timing did not permit. Pictures showed a grill, we didn't see one but as mentioned, weather did not permit using. Nightly temperatures were mid-60's and lower so the wall unit AC's were more than effective for the few hours we needed them in the middle of the day. George was very accommodating for our later than expected check-in and was quick to respond the two times we reached out. Again, if you are in the area for baseball, George's place has everything and is absolutely perfect!

It really is like being at home. It is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by lots of snow and lots of pine trees. lots of towels and lots of blankets. We really had a great time, and Myrna and Mike, they are really great and very friendly. one hundred percent recommendable

Great place to stay while our son was at Dreams Park. It was very convenient being 6 mins from the park. The home was well stocked which was helpful to us. We would stay here again if we were in the area. Thank you for hosting our family.
