Holiday rentals with a patio in Mieders

The views of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains from this apartment are fabulous! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and a huge outdoor terrace. The mechanical blinds on the windows provide privacy and darkness when desired. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a large open floorplan for the kitchen and living area between the 2 bedrooms...it felt very spacious. The apartment was very well-designed and comfortable. There is a parking spot available in a garage that is a 2-3 minute walk away. There is also a bus stop 2-3 minutes away to travel down into Innsbruck. You can also take a bus or walk up the hill (about 10 minute walk) to take the funicular down into Innsbruck or the cable car up near the peak of the mountain. Our hosts were kind people who were helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Definitely recommend Martin's place. it's perfect for a stay away from the city hustle but commutable to tourist spots in Innsbruck

Beautifully furnished chalet with wonderful views. The apartment is spacious, superbly equipped and in an absolutely quiet location. The perfect place for a wonderful relaxing vacation. In addition, the host is friendly, helpful and always responsive. We will definitely come back.

Very well maintained and modern apartment. Lots of modern appliances and everything you need. Each room has its own bathroom, the whirlpool was great and the sauna was simply fantastic. We were 6 people and it was spacious and cozy. We would stay there again.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and very comfortable. The view is spectacular and hosts are super friendly. We stayed 4 nights and we drove to many places in the Dolomites.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got just that. Carina, Klaus and her whole family were so welcoming during our time here and we had such a wonderful stay. The facilities were spacious, clean and there was plenty of room for two adults and two children - not to mention the stunning views. A perfect location to enjoy surrounding bike parks and a very easy walk to the regular tram into Innsbruck. Being able to see the organic farm in action was such a great experience for the kids and the delicious bakery next door was an added bonus. Thank you for such a great stay, we hope to be back!

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping facilities and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

The maisonette is modern, tastefully furnished, and absolutely clean. The location is awesome, right in the center of town, yet it is quiet and peaceful. The views of the surrounding mountain panorama is simply breathtaking. The host Marialuise is super nice and helpful and it shows in every detail that she and her husband have put a lot of effort, money, and love into the apartment. Highly recommended!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.

We had a great stay, the apartment is equipped with everything you need and was very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are very small, but it fits two people. The area is nice and quiet and good for activities in the mountains. Thank you for the nice stay 😊
