With so much on your doorstep, it’s a fantastic base for kids and adults alike - turn right outside the house & there’s Go Ape, a huge adventure park, shopping, cafe, events and guided walks within Dalkeith Country Park; turn left outside our house and you have award winning Bombay Lounge (100 yds), Corn Exchange museum, Lavender & Crumbs cafe, One Dalkeith (for kids and local produce), Morrisons and swimming pool.

Our family home is situated in Gilmerton, south of the city centre with direct buses and easy access to the City Bypass. Located 20 minutes by car from the airport / 30-40 minutes by bus to and from the city centre. The double bedroom is located on the ground floor with a tea and coffee station and a private en-suite bathroom. The room can be accessed via the front door or through the back garden entrance. EV charging is allowed with prior arrangement at an extra cost.

Suntrap House is a modernist house built in 1964 and is situated in a mature 3 acre garden. The house has a small courtyard for alfresco dining (weather permitting). Access to the house and garden is through an electric gate with ample private parking & car charger. There is one other house in the garden where the owners live. The house has a large kitchen/dining area, with a separate laundry room, lounge, 3 bedrooms (king/double/twin), shower room and bathroom.
