Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Venice

Marina's apartment is better than the listing can describe. My family of four including 2 teenage boys loved it! It is impeccably clean, modern, comfy and with all the right details. The windows in the rooms have heavy shutters that you can open and close so that you are not woken by daylight. They are quiet and have very comfy beds. There is A/C in all spaces as this was needed in the summer. Having a TV in each room was also great for our teens to have downtime. The heavy double paned windows also kept the apartment very quiet. We only heard noise if we opened the windows in the living room. It is located in a cute and safe street that is a 5-10 minute walk to all the best spots in Venice! I would not need to look any further for a different rental for a future trip to Venice.

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Excelente alojamiento, muy buen ubicado, cerca de la estación del tren y cerca de los vaporeti. Me gustó la decoración y el equipamiento. Fuimos tres huéspedes y estuvimos muy cómodos

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at Alice’s place! The location is central and the place itself is very spacious. Alice was communicative and helpful during our time in Venice. Would recommend!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in diesem unglaublich schönen und perfekt in dir Natur integriertem Haus. Es ist noch schöner, als auf den Fotos! Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie dort und haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und sogar eine Flasche Prosecco hatte Luca bereits für uns kalt gestellt. Die Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern haben dafür gesorgt, dass trotz der riesigen Fensterfronten die Temperatur im Haus stets angenehm war. Die Insel ist sehr familiär; es gibt viele Restaurants, ein Schwimmbad, einen hübschen Beach-Club gleich um die Ecke und auf der anderen Seite der Insel einen wunderschönen Sandstrand. Luca war ein unglaublich zuvorkommender, aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Beim Ein- und Aus-Checken war er sehr flexibel, so dass wir von Anfang bis Ende einen stressfreien Aufenthalt hatten. Dieses Haus ist wirklich ein ganz besonderes Schmuckstück und man merkt, dass es durchdacht und mit viel Liebe gebaut und eingerichtet wurde!

Wir waren zu viert da und es hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Apartment ist wunderschön und die Anlage ruhig und luxuriös.

Hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Hier und da müsste mal was repariert oder ausgetauscht werden und der See ist weder zum Baden oder Angeln geeignet, aber das alles hat der Pool wieder gut gemacht. Sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, alles, was man braucht. Strand nur 5 min entfernt, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, super Pool. Markus war immer erreichbar und war die ganze Zeit sehr behilflich

Michela and her husband were great hosts! The home was well stocked, clean and they had prosecco waiting for us. I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this is the first one where I felt they had really gone above and beyond to make their guests comfortable. Great view with lots of activity on the water. The home is right near a market which was great for produce! However just know they seem to bring deliveries in the middle of the night. Three out of the four nights, There was a lot of slamming of pallets and cart noises around 3/4am. The first night we were there we had issues with the key. It is very difficult to turn to the point of unlocking. Her husband came all the way back to rescue us and show us how to get in. For the lock: 1. It self locks as soon as you close the door. 2. you have to force the key to turn past where it catches while pulling the door towards you.

Silvia’s place was peaceful and beautiful. Right in the heart of Venice we had a great time exploring the city and local food. Would definitely recommend for other small groups of friends!

Die Wohnung ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um Venedig zu erkunden. Bestens ausgestattet, super sauber, ruhig in der Fußgängerzone von Mestre gelegen und gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Francesco und sein Vater Massimo sind nette Gastgeber und stehen für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

Marco est très sympathique. Il répond très vite et est venu nous chercher à la station pour nous accompagner à l'appartement. Appartement simple, très bien situé, qui calme. Nous avons rencontré des soucis pour l'évacuation de nos sacs poubelles et Marco a été très compréhensif et aidant.
