Family-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Venice

Beautiful apartment and perfect location. Marco was very quick to respond to our questions. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Dario and Cristiana were the best hosts! SO kind and thoughtful. They were flexible and accommodating with timing of arrival for everyone in my family. Cristiana was very communicative and warm. She made us feel at home. The children had a wonderful time playing on the play structure in the backyard. There is a bike trail/very narrow road in front of the house where you can walk and enjoy the river and peacefulness of the country. Downtown Dolo is very quaint and our family had a very good dinner at Napo Pizza. I highly recommend for the fun family atmosphere, air conditioning + yummy pizza/drinks. We never took a train from Dolo or Mira but the train is very easy and goes right into Venice. I would recommend to ride a bike or drive to the train station from this house. I highly recommend this house for a family with kids. I loved the big square dining table in the center of the house where we all sat and talked. We will keep our memories we made here for a long time!

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

Paolo was great host. Nadia who works with him is a delight We were there 48 days and he was always responsive. The location for Venice is wonderful with views from Bedroom and views to the private backyard in back. Everything is walkable and vapoletto is 5 minutes away. We came with infant and dog and found location good for them as well.

We had an amazing stay! Stefano arranged our pickup from the airport and a water taxi brought us straight to the water door. He was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. The palace was centrally located close to the Rialto Bridge.

Andrea is a very helpful, gracious Host. His place was close to the vaporetto which made getting around Venice really convenient. His place is in a very quiet area with lots of local restaurants but away from the crowds. We really enjoyed our stay.

Authentic and exquisite. Every room featured stunning Murano glass chandeliers. The space was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed with great amenities. Located in a quiet, peaceful area, it offered a perfect retreat. The host went above and beyond—graciously guiding us when we had trouble finding the location and helping us navigate the water taxis. So kind and helpful throughout our stay.

We loved our stay in Venice. The windows open directly to the grand Canal. What an experience! We loved the little sitting area by the dock. They coordinated breakfast for us and we out by the water. Best memory in Venice to be honest! Great service and food. Very helpful and would stay again.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location on the canal. The apartment is very centrally located - easy walking distance to all main attractions but also if you head south it's easy to get into some quieter areas. The windows look down onto one of the canals and we spent some wonderful time sitting by the window ledges watching gondolas float past and listening to the musicians. It was a perfect size for the three of us - plenty of living space, and bathroom and bedroom were big enough for all of us. Our only issue was it was hot to sleep in at night, and we couldn't open the windows due to mosquitos. A couple of fans would improve this. Martina was very communicative and kindly let us leave our bags before and after check in/out.

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le logement est très bien situé pour une visite de Venise. Un accueil physique par Erika elle même, qui a été une hôte parfaite et de très bons conseils. Elle nous accompagne jusqu’à l'appartement, nous fait visiter et sort sa carte de Venise pour nous indiquer que faire, ou aller, ou manger, etc..Ce qui est un gain de temps pour les bons plans! A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

une très belle maison, Gina avec sa famille- gentilles, disponibles et très serviables. Les chambres sont très grandes, joliment décorées. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et WC très spacieux. Le jardin est magnifique, grand , ainsi qu'une belle piscine. tout était propre et très bien entretenue. l'endroit est très calme à 20 minutes de Venise, beaucoup de restaurants et les centres commerciaux sont très proches, dont un grand outlet. Grâce à Gina et sa famille nous avons passé des très belles journées dans sa maison.

Je n'ai que du positif à dire sur le séjour chez Fabienne. Hôte sympathique, aux petits soins pour nous, nous aide en nous déposant parfois à l'arrêt de bus, la propriété est niquel et magnifique... Je recommande à 100% et je reviendrai Vous ne serez pas déçu !

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Sehr schöne Lage der Anlage mit großem Pool. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Betreuung durch Gabriela, von der wir auch tolle Tipps zum Einkaufen im Ort erhalten haben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist etwas einfach, dies passt aber zum preislichen Niveau. Der Weg zum Ort und zum Strand geht ein kurzes Stück über eine Landstraße. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Anlage verbracht!

We had an amazing vacation. I can 100% recommend staying there. We booked the villa for 15 people and had plenty of space. The house offers a large kitchen and common area as well as many separate bed and bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect for preparing food for large groups and there are supermarktes nearby to buy groceries. Our highlight however was definitely the outside area including the huge garden, pool and tennis/ soccer court. The hosts and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Communcation before the stay was excellent and in the house there are also great recommendations for daytrips, beaches, places to shopping or food ordering.

Tout a été parfait. Les hôtes Jody et Vincenzo étaient toujours à notre écoute si on en avait besoin. La maison était très spacieuse , très propre et très bien aménagée. Nous étions une famille de 8 personnes et nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Le jardin bien entretenu avec ses magnifiques plantations était notre havre de paix, un vrai paradis. La piscine très grande était nettoyée tous les jours. Une adresse à vraiment recommander.

We really enjoyed the beautiful and spacious location. We enjoyed the walk on the farm. Not quite hot enough for a swim in the lovely swimming pool. Easy drive to park and catch the ferry into Venice.
