Alice has the best Air bnb i have stayed in! Very clean and modern with cold AC (AC is critical in Venice during the summer). Alice was helpful with directions and checking in and even provided lots of food and area recommendations. Cant recommend this place enough!

Excellent address, a very well located apartment, in the greenery, very bright where it is good to rest. And above all, an extremely attentive host to our needs, very friendly who does not hesitate to communicate her good addresses. A big thank you for these few days in this Dorsoduro that we love so much. We'll be back!

One of the best apartments we have stayed at… Antonella takes care of the tiniest details by providing goodies and toiletries. The apartment is spotless and the linen is crisp. I would recommend her apartment for a great and memorable stay in Venice. It’s within walking distance to Rialto Bridge and has a great location.

The view from the bedroom is unbelievable and spectacular and we never wanted to leave. We had the best experience here and we cannot wait to return. It was peaceful and quiet in Giudecca and a very easy 3 minute boat ride across to the main island. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and it was lovely having Ima meet us at the boat ramp when we arrived. Our hosts were responsive and kind and Venice will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you!

Andrea was a great host! So accommodating and kind, and very responsive and helpful when we had questions about anything. The place was as depicted and had the comfiest bed. Views from the balcony were beautiful!

Michele was a wonderful host—Michele gave clear instructions and helpful tips on transportation, which made our trip much easier. The apartment was in a fantastic location right in the heart of the university district. It was clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, we were super happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!

When we entered this room, we were shocked. The look of the house, including the light and the feeling of the light, was exactly the same.The light coming from the patio below made the whole room very bright, and it rained heavily in the afternoon when we arrived in Venice, so it was very comfortable to stay in the room.It is also very convenient to cook.In addition, we are very grateful to the owner for providing us with thoughtful service, so that we can travel freely with large suitcases.

Wonderful stay! Our host was very friendly and told us a both of recommendations on what do in the city. My friend and I loved the bath tub and sauna! Would stay again.

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Nicola and Silvia were great hosts. Very responsive . … got us out of a jam. The place was clean, well stocked. The beds were very comfortable . Great location. So close to everything .

We had a great stay. The only possible issue one might have is that the first flight of stairs going up is steep so heavy luggage or a back problem could be an issue. Everything thing else was fine. Christina who did our check in is very helpful!

The location near St Elena boat stop offers convenience, being a short 5-6 minute walk to the house. The house itself is very clean. There is a strict policy regarding trash. The shower area is small and has a half curtain, which causes water to splash everywhere. Communication from Yayoi was persistent.

It was a pleasure to stay with Viorica once more. The third floor flat has a wonderful terrace with a retractable awning that provides full cover. We had lunch and drinks on our own terrace every day. Viorica is a lovely person who takes pride in ensuring all is perfect and you have a great stay. My wife has brilliant chat with Viorica, practising her Italian language skills. We visit a lot of local restaurants, with fabulous food on offer. The location is very good and easy to use as a central point to allow walking to all the areas. We have visited Venice on many occasions and confirm that this is the best apartment ever, we look forward to returning in the future. Our stay at Antonio’s was everything we could have asked for. We arrived in the evening during a downpour of rain and were so grateful for the close proximity of the apartment to the bus station with our luggage. Antonio met us upon arrival and gave us local info & suggestions, and lent us a couple of his umbrellas for the night :) He was genuinely friendly, and clearly cares for his home and guests, which we appreciate. The apartment is well equipped with laundry, a nice warm shower, hair dryer, AN ICE TRAY (!!!-iykyk), and cute/helpful books/maps about Venice and Italy. The AC works well and quickly, and the street is very quiet which makes for a great sleep. I would recommend staying at Antonio’s to anyone, especially those seeking a less crowded neighborhood. MAJER bakery about a block away is OUTSTANDING pastries. 10/10 would stay again. Thank you!

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

Very spacious and decorated accommodation with taste. It is very functional and very well-equipped. Stephano is very responsive and available. Accommodation to recommend 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square.

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

We had a great stay at the artists apartment. It’s private and quiet but still close to the action. The art is beautiful and the story of the place is unique! The hosts are even helping me get my favorite blazer back which I left by accident :) highly recommended.
