Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Metropolitan City of Florence

Clean and tidy as pictures show, near restaurant and supermarket, having everything necessary. Francesca is kind host as well.

I highly recommend Valentina and her listing. She was responsive, organized, and helpful for our first time traveling to Italy. While we fell in love with Firenze, it was Valentina’s listing that made it possible. Our stay in her listing was the highlight of our trip. My only complaint is that our stay was not long enough.

Was a great stay, totally recommend! Host was super welcoming and offered great recommendations that helped us get into local areas. Showed us around there family store and gave us free wine for the apartment! Truly a wonderful stay and fast response to help answer questions or anything we needed.

The location was perfect if you arrive from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Just get in the local train line right in front of the train station and around 5 stops later (8-10mins) you are just 4mins away walking distance. Really cozy and nice apartment, super clean. Everything just minutes away via local train line and even walking. Nice coffee shop around the corner too!

Fantastic location! We walked and walked during our stay and it was close enough to everything without being in the noisy central blocks. We felt very comfortable and safe and everything worked well. Beatrice was very quick to respond each time as well!

Prime location, in the center of Florence, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Just a few steps away from grocery stores. Host Andrea is a very kind and warmhearted young man, we really appreciated his help.

Everything about this stay was exceptional and this apartment was very special! The convenient location, the delightful little treasures of history, satisfying modern amenities, cozy beds, incredibly well stocked fridge & pantry and ultimately our remarkable hostess Ginevra…who was so friendly, responsive and willing to help with all the extra! it was an unbelievable stay at Guilianos, clean and sizable with amazing rooms in a really nice location. giuliano and his daughter Serena were amazing hosts who were always available to help when needed, and gave great recommendations. Serena also picked us up and dropped us off when we needed which above and beyond. thank you so much guys!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Can step from the backyard onto miles and miles of beautiful hiking trails to the nearby, incredible views from the second outdoor dinner table, house was clean and surprisingly well-equipped for how rural the area is (dependable power, warm shower, thoroughly well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, comfortable beds, clean and delicious spring water available from the taps, the works). Host was very responsive and helped with issues, even despite not being in the area the weekend of our visit, and they sent someone (Marco) to help bring our things, drive to and from the town center, and treat us to some local wine and fresh bread when we arrived. Marco was also very responsive, one text away, and happy to help with anything that we needed. Overall a really comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Would happily stay again.

I thank Veronica for her warm welcome. The accommodation is as described, very quiet and easy to access, you have some local shops. And you can easily park your vehicle next door. The accommodation is very clean and Veronica provides towels. Thanks again for hosting me and my family, we'll be back.

Fouad and his wife received us (two parents with 4 adult children and a dog) very hospitably, we felt right at home. The house offers all the space and tranquility. In addition, several shelter dogs live there who made noise as soon as we walked past the house. After we made them friends (with dog treats), they were much calmer from then on. The atmosphere in and around Casa Paola and the beautiful weather made us spend most of the time on the terrace and around the spacious swimming pool, wonderfully relaxed holiday feeling! Fouad was always very helpful. The non-functioning refrigerator was immediately addressed, and a spare refrigerator was installed. He spontaneously offered to take our son to the station on departure (because our car was very full), super friendly! All in all, an absolute must, we look back with pleasure to the days in Casa Paola!

We just returned form a wonderful week in pelago. The house is beautiful and the location is stunning, if you want a relaxing break in private surroundings with amazing views in all directions. We were a group of 9 including four boys aged 4-11 and three grandmothers in their 70’s. The house had something for all and the games room was a real bonus for the kids with lots of Lego which was perfect. We spent most of our time at the pool which is lovely, large and clean and all yours with a great view of the surrounding countryside. Night swims after dinner were a real hit with the kids. We really hope to return to this magical place in the future. Nicoletta was very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommend

Alessandra and her husband made us feel at home from the moment we walked into their home. It was absolutely beautiful! The boys loves playing hide and seek in all of there hidden compartments. I loved the view from their swing. Alessandra went above and beyond helping us with anything we needed. She even brought over a thermometer and medication when I told her I wasn’t feeling well. Her kindness and compassion meant so much to my family and I. I truly don’t have enough words to describe how grateful I am to have found this beautiful rental.

The arrival was very quiet, we were very welcome! The space for the car is very safe and practical! The apartment was impeccable, spacious bathroom and great bath. The cleanliness and organization is a 10! Very quiet place and close to the main centre! All great!

We had a great time at our three-day stop, traveling in 5 (two adults and three teenagers). Very nice apartment with attention to detail, tastefully furnished and complete with everything. Excellent cleanliness, beautiful pool with a visit to S Gimignano and its hills. Quiet but comfortable area to visit the surrounding area. Andrea is always available and timely in his responses. We really appreciated the high standard of hospitality. We recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place is stunning — beautifully decorated, with a super comfy bed and a rooftop that’s truly out of this world. The location is perfect, just a 20-minute walk to the city center with scenic views and amazing restaurants nearby. Mirjam was super helpful and friendly, which made our experience even better. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed — highly recommended!
