Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Metropolitan City of Florence

Excelente anfitriona, las fotos y descripcion coinciden 100%, impecable el apartamento, lenceria como un hotel 5 estrellas, WiFi bueno para vacacionar, un poco lento para trabajar.

I highly recommend Valentina and her listing. She was responsive, organized, and helpful for our first time traveling to Italy. While we fell in love with Firenze, it was Valentina’s listing that made it possible. Our stay in her listing was the highlight of our trip. My only complaint is that our stay was not long enough.

Was a great stay, totally recommend! Host was super welcoming and offered great recommendations that helped us get into local areas. Showed us around there family store and gave us free wine for the apartment! Truly a wonderful stay and fast response to help answer questions or anything we needed.

The location was perfect if you arrive from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Just get in the local train line right in front of the train station and around 5 stops later (8-10mins) you are just 4mins away walking distance. Really cozy and nice apartment, super clean. Everything just minutes away via local train line and even walking. Nice coffee shop around the corner too!

Fantastic location! We walked and walked during our stay and it was close enough to everything without being in the noisy central blocks. We felt very comfortable and safe and everything worked well. Beatrice was very quick to respond each time as well!

Prime location, in the center of Florence, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Just a few steps away from grocery stores. Host Andrea is a very kind and warmhearted young man, we really appreciated his help.

Everything about this stay was exceptional and this apartment was very special! The convenient location, the delightful little treasures of history, satisfying modern amenities, cozy beds, incredibly well stocked fridge & pantry and ultimately our remarkable hostess Ginevra…who was so friendly, responsive and willing to help with all the extra! Dreaming of my next visit to Florence and my stay at Bellacasa Firenze ♥️

I proprietari sono reattivi, gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza per rendere il soggiorno degli ospiti ancor più speciale. L’accoglienza è stata esaustiva di tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno. La disponibilità accordata è stata pari a quella che si riceverebbe in famiglia. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in questo posto nel caso ci si trovi a visitare i dintorni.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Can step from the backyard onto miles and miles of beautiful hiking trails to the nearby, incredible views from the second outdoor dinner table, house was clean and surprisingly well-equipped for how rural the area is (dependable power, warm shower, thoroughly well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, comfortable beds, clean and delicious spring water available from the taps, the works). Host was very responsive and helped with issues, even despite not being in the area the weekend of our visit, and they sent someone (Marco) to help bring our things, drive to and from the town center, and treat us to some local wine and fresh bread when we arrived. Marco was also very responsive, one text away, and happy to help with anything that we needed. Overall a really comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Would happily stay again.

Je remercie Veronica pour son accueil chaleureux. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description, très calme et facile d’accès vous avez quelques commerces de proximité. Et vous pouvez garer votre véhicule facilement a côté. Le logement est très propre et Veronica met à disposition des serviettes de bain. Encore merci de nous avoir accueilli ma famille et moi c’est avec plaisir qu’on reviendra.

Fouad en zijn echtgenote ontvingen ons (twee ouders met 4 volwassen kinderen en een hondje) erg gastvrij, we voelden ons gelijk thuis. Het huis biedt alle ruimte en rust. Ernaast wonen meerdere opvang honden die lawaai maakten zodra we langs het huis liepen. Nadat we deze tot vrienden hebben gemaakt (met honden snoepjes) waren ze voortaan veel rustiger. De sfeer in en rond Casa Paola en het mooie weer maakte dat we de meeste tijd op terras en rond het ruime zwembad doorbrachten, heerlijk ontspannen vakantiegevoel! Fouad was altijd erg behulpzaam. De niet werkende koelkast werd gelijk aangepakt en een reserve koelkast neergezet. Hij heeft spontaan aangeboden onze zoon bij vertrek nog naar het station te brengen (omdat onze auto erg vol was), super vriendelijk! Al met al een absolute aanrader, we kijken met plezier terug naar de dagen in Casa Paola!

We just returned form a wonderful week in pelago. The house is beautiful and the location is stunning, if you want a relaxing break in private surroundings with amazing views in all directions. We were a group of 9 including four boys aged 4-11 and three grandmothers in their 70’s. The house had something for all and the games room was a real bonus for the kids with lots of Lego which was perfect. We spent most of our time at the pool which is lovely, large and clean and all yours with a great view of the surrounding countryside. Night swims after dinner were a real hit with the kids. We really hope to return to this magical place in the future. Nicoletta was very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommend

Alessandra and her husband made us feel at home from the moment we walked into their home. It was absolutely beautiful! The boys loves playing hide and seek in all of there hidden compartments. I loved the view from their swing. Alessandra went above and beyond helping us with anything we needed. She even brought over a thermometer and medication when I told her I wasn’t feeling well. Her kindness and compassion meant so much to my family and I. I truly don’t have enough words to describe how grateful I am to have found this beautiful rental.

The photos provided in listing do not do justice to the place. It is stunning! Spotless, beautifully furnished, in a minimalist fashion, very serene. very close to restaurants and shops. very safe and secure building. thoroughly enjoyed my stay! thank you! highly recommend!!

A chegada foi muito tranquila, fomos muito bem recebidos! A vaga para o carro é muito segura e prática! O apartamento estava impecável, banheiro espaçoso e ótimo banho. A limpeza e a organização nota 10! Local muito tranquilo e perto do centro principal! Tudo ótimo!

Siamo stati benissimo nella nostra sosta di tre giorni, viaggiando in 5 (due adulti e tre adolescenti). Appartamento molto carino e curato nei dettagli, arredato con gusto e completo di tutto. Pulizia ottima, bellissima la piscina con visita su S Gimignano e le sue colline. Zona tranquilla ma comoda per visitare i dintorni. Andrea sempre disponibile e tempestivo nelle risposte. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'alto standard di ospitalità. Consigliamo.

Квартира была просто супер, все как на фото, очень много деталий которые были выбраны со вкусом, большая просторная квартира , очень удобная кровать и большой диван . Потрясающая собственная терраса на крыше дома, она была самой большой фишкой квартиры, завтраки и ужины на террасе были потрясающими это прям дало шарма и невероятным дополнением о впечатлении Флоренции. Расположение очень хорошее пешком до всех достопримечательностей составит спокойной прогулкой 30 минут! При въезде хозяйка встретила лично и все показала, при отъезде помогла вызвать такси на раннее утро ! Однозначно рекомендуем к посещению мы с семьей прям в восторге .

Otttimo posto per visitare Firenze, vicino a tutti i mezzi pubblici e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Host gentilissimi e appartamento molto accoglionte, super consigliato!
