Apartment holiday rentals in Merkendorf

We had a great time at Fuchsbau! The apartment is located at an optimal distance to Lake Brombach. In 5-10 minutes you can walk to the beach. The apartment is clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. There is a gazebo where you can stay outside and your own parking space. The contact with Andreas was great and we can absolutely recommend him as a landlord. We are already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful time! The apartment is a perfect countryside getaway. We enjoyed all the birds that came to sing in the garden. The apartment is in the back of the house and behind is a big meadow covered in dandelions, where geese like to hang out. It is very calming. 5 minute walk to the lake, 5 minute car ride to the store and very nice bakery. Many good restaurants in the area (mostly car is needed). It was awesome to bbq in our yard or just relax with a book. Bikes are included. The apartment was pristinely clean. Arne and Sandrine are perfect hosts: friendly, responsive and kind people! We were very happy with our stay

Lovingly furnished apartment in a very quiet location. It is a bit remote but the bus stop is just around the corner, direct connection to the center. Kitchen with new appliances, a shower with plenty of space inside, views of the green backyard and garden. We used it for overnight stays during the Rock im Park Festival and it was the best decision ever.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The location is perfect and the communication was very pleasant.

Perfect stay – highly recommended! We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The cottage was very clean and superbly equipped. Everything was exactly as described. We would like to emphasise the warm hospitality of the landlords. They were always available and very helpful. You immediately feel that they really care about the well-being of their guests. The location of the house is ideal – quiet, but still central enough to be quick to excursion destinations, shopping or restaurants. In short: everything just worked out! We would love to come back and can recommend this vacation home without reservation.

Tanya was an awesome host. The area is exactly how it’s described. This was the best affordable Airbnb my family and I have ever stayed. If we’re in the area again, we would book the same place!

We felt right at home. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, but enjoyed the very quiet yet central location during the time. There is an organic market, bakery and butcher right around the corner, also a public charging station is only a few meters away from the accommodation.

Beautiful new apartment in a new building and quiet environment. Great communication. Since we only used the accommodation to rest during a long trip, we know that we will return to Bastien for a longer stay to get to know the beauty of the surrounding nature and local customs. Josef and Lenka

The week in Solnhofen with Bruno was great. The location is ideal for exploring the Altmühl Valley and its surroundings in a variety of ways. We hiked, took bike tours, and took trips by train to larger and smaller cities. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to paddle on the Altmühl. From a culinary point of view, we liked the café of the Solnhofen Klosterbrot (so delicious!) and the restaurant "Alte Schule". The Bürgermeister-Müller-Museum is definitely worth a visit. The apartment is great - very well equipped, clean, cozy. We felt very comfortable. And we always felt well informed and supported by our landlord. A clear recommendation - also for us, if we are drawn to the Altmühl Valley again.

The apartment is in a lovingly furnished half-timbered house and very lovingly and cozy but at the same time functional and was very clean, the bed even smelled fresh. It is right on the market square, so you are "right in the middle" - in a town of 40,000 inhabitants, of course, not comparable to big city life. There is an underground car park under the marketplace, the access is only a few meters away. There are nice restaurants on the marketplace, an ice cream parlor just around the corner, which also has very good coffee. In the other direction, there is a very good bakery. If you arrive by train, you can take the bus from the station to the market square - so it is also easily accessible without a car. Schwabach is lively - the surroundings with the lakes are also beautiful. And Nuremberg can also be reached from the train station by train in 12 minutes. The apartment is therefore a clear recommendation☺️.

Raimunds place was exactly like you see in the photos, plenty of space, the bed was comfortable, parking right in front and easy, pizza night on Sundays is a must do, if you're there over the weekend, the bathroom is huge, Raimund is a friendly and helpful host, the internet was a bit sporadic but he's working on it.

I highly recommend Christine's apartment. It is located in the old town, so all sights are within a few minutes' walk, but still quiet, as it is in a less busy street without bars and restaurants. The apartment is very nicely furnished, everything you need is there. I didn't meet Christine, but her employee was on time at the meeting point and carried my suitcase up (3 floors via a spiral staircase - since I'm on foot, it didn't bother me, but even I would have been out of breath with the suitcase!). It was a very nice stay, if I go to Nuremberg again, I will gladly book with Christine again!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is private and clean. The pool was perfect for us. Would for sure stay here again, thank you for the lovely accommodations.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

We had a nice short stay at Dario's. The communication was great and we were personally received. Dario had a few good tips for us to go out to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly to the subway.

This accommodation is highly recommended, we felt completely comfortable. Liz is a very warm and attentive hostess. If you have problems climbing stairs, you should consider this in the large apartment.

Highly recommended and well-equipped new accommodation. The landlords were very friendly and quickly accessible at all times. Individual requests and questions were answered directly and easily. An all-around great stay in an apartment that I would recommend to everyone.

Andrea was very welcoming and you definitely can see how much attention to detail she has put into every room. We liked the whole experience with whirlpool, terrace and the free Netflix. We would definitely recommend it anyone, who wants some fun and quiet time :))
