Beautiful new apartment in a new building and quiet environment. Great communication. Since we only used the accommodation to rest during a long trip, we know that we will return to Bastien for a longer stay to get to know the beauty of the surrounding nature and local customs. Josef and Lenka

We had a wonderful time! The apartment is a perfect countryside getaway. We enjoyed all the birds that came to sing in the garden. The apartment is in the back of the house and behind is a big meadow covered in dandelions, where geese like to hang out. It is very calming. 5 minute walk to the lake, 5 minute car ride to the store and very nice bakery. Many good restaurants in the area (mostly car is needed). It was awesome to bbq in our yard or just relax with a book. Bikes are included. The apartment was pristinely clean. Arne and Sandrine are perfect hosts: friendly, responsive and kind people! I had a great time in Als FeWo. As a host, he was nice, accommodating and always easy to reach, questions were answered quickly. I enjoyed the apartment very much all around. It has a very nice maritime theme and offers absolutely everything you need. The neighbors are considerate and at night it is so quiet that you can listen to the silence and unwind - perfect for relaxation. Shopping facilities are very close, so there is no wish left unfulfilled. The apartment is located on the outskirts of town and is a perfect starting point for hiking, in three directions there is only nature and easy to reach hiking trails. Close to Wülzburg, you could theoretically walk up every day. You can walk to the beautiful old town of Weißenburg in maybe 15 minutes, you can also take the bus to the old town or to the train station (with heavy suitcase recommended). Would come back any time (only leaving is difficult)!

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The location is perfect and the communication was very pleasant.

Perfect stay – highly recommended! We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The cottage was very clean and superbly equipped. Everything was exactly as described. We would like to emphasise the warm hospitality of the landlords. They were always available and very helpful. You immediately feel that they really care about the well-being of their guests. The location of the house is ideal – quiet, but still central enough to be quick to excursion destinations, shopping or restaurants. In short: everything just worked out! We would love to come back and can recommend this vacation home without reservation.

Raimunds place was exactly like you see in the photos, plenty of space, the bed was comfortable, parking right in front and easy, pizza night on Sundays is a must do, if you're there over the weekend, the bathroom is huge, Raimund is a friendly and helpful host, the internet was a bit sporadic but he's working on it.

Small, fine apartment with the possibility to sit outside. Everything is great, happy to come again!

The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our needs - we felt right at home! Birgit and Jurgen were the most wonderful hosts - they were so helpful, friendly, and welcoming! If we are ever back in Ansbach, we will absolutely stay in this sweet apartment!! Thank you both!

Heiko gave us some tips on activities in the area at the beginning and always answered questions quickly in advance. The apartment corresponds to the photos. The kitchen is super equipped and also well usable for 7 people. The only drawback: a few spices and oil and vinegar in the kitchen would be good.

The apartment was very nice and stylish. Everything worked smoothly and we felt comfortable. The two parking spaces were particularly practical. Communicating with the host was easy and quick. The view from the apartment was also really nice from all sides. Overall a very pleasant stay in Würzburg :)

The apartment is one of the best I've ever stayed in. Spacious interiors and impeccable cleanliness, which we always pay close attention to. The setting is extremely quiet and peaceful, it is really enjoyable to have an aperitif on the outdoor table. There are several points and places of interest in the surrounding area. The beds are really comfortable, the only note: white sheets are always better.

Lovingly furnished apartment in a very quiet location. It is a bit remote but the bus stop is just around the corner, direct connection to the center. Kitchen with new appliances, a shower with plenty of space inside, views of the green backyard and garden. We used it for overnight stays during the Rock im Park Festival and it was the best decision ever.

We stayed at Sandra’s for the second time and it was great. It is spotless and very cosy and Sandra is a very friendly, helpful and accommodating host. I can just recommend it to anyone.

We felt very comfortable in the super clean and cozy apartment in Spalt. Very nice, kind and helpful hosts. Everything was set in motion to get a replacement charging cable for our e-bikes (which we had forgotten🫣). Thank you again. Clearly a recommendation 👍

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

We had a nice short stay at Dario's. The communication was great and we were personally received. Dario had a few good tips for us to go out to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly to the subway.

This accommodation is highly recommended, we felt completely comfortable. Liz is a very warm and attentive hostess. If you have problems climbing stairs, you should consider this in the large apartment.

Highly recommended and well-equipped new accommodation. The landlords were very friendly and quickly accessible at all times. Individual requests and questions were answered directly and easily. An all-around great stay in an apartment that I would recommend to everyone.

Andrea was very welcoming and you definitely can see how much attention to detail she has put into every room. We liked the whole experience with whirlpool, terrace and the free Netflix. We would definitely recommend it anyone, who wants some fun and quiet time :))
